Boss, at the end of that post there was a disclaimer.

If you Read the disclaimer closely... Then you'd get the sarcasm. Infact the sarcasm was easy to see, because Tinubu was the only candidate that successfully avoided all presidential debates, basically his only declaration for running as president was "Emi lokan", it really shocks me how a few people believe someone would perform better when he literally could not convey his national vision & plan in person.

Tinubu & APC will be shocked@the end when legal disclaimers make them return an illegality...

My brother the whole of Rivers State voted for Tinubu, infact nobody voted for Obi at all ... all of a sudden we are seeing magic on IREV that Obi won by over 70% in Rivers State...How?

Bro the same thing happened in Benue state and Bauchi and Akwa Ibom state ... nobody even knows Peter Obi at all ... all of a Sudden on IREV it shows Peter Obi won.

When we in Nigeria all voted for APC and Tinubu... can you imagine.

The truth is Nigerian youth were 100% behind Tinubu... Tinubu was actively engaged in discussing his national plan by granting interviews nation wide to the Youth snd common man.

We heard his vision on Power generation, security, job creation, industrial innovation etc

There are two principles that make upturn election results difficult especially presidential election. They are principles of substantial compliance and principles of consequences, lawyers have idea of the first principles but only few of them understand working of the second principles.
Many issues have been raised against election of president elect Asiwaju Tinubu but most of them are mere academics exercise. The issues of drugs, non transmission, double nomination, 25% in FCT even if proved will not be the basis for cancellation of the election because of those two principles.
The only reason that can lead to cancellation is not score highest number of Lawful votes. Peter Obi and Atiku will need to come to tribunal with their agents copy of results with tabulation of their scores state by state and prove of how they score highest lawful votes.

2003 Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) & 25% in FCT
After the 2003 elections, @MBuhari called for the cancellation of the election since Obasanjo failed to win in FCT but it was resolved that winning the FCT is not mandatory but having 25% in FCT is very mandatory.
President Obasanjo back then satisfied the basic requirements of 25% in 24 States AND 25% in FCT also having the highest number of total valid votes cast.
It was also started that if there was no election in Abuja or election in Abuja was canceled , the election will ...
automatically go into re-run regardless of satisfying other requirements which validated the importance & exceptional factor of FCT in our constitution.
It was established in 2003 by those justices that 25% in FCT is as mandatory as having highest number of total valid vote cast to win an election in Nigeria.
