I saw this on facebook few days back and it made my day. The response to it were so hilarious that I was laughing for hours. Chai cheesy

SHE SLEPT IN THE KITCHEN AND WON MY HEART..

The testimony of Mr John chikezie and his wife...
.
my name Is John chikezie and I was born in abject poverty.
my father worked for the Nigerian Railway but was retrenched after 10years of his services without pension.
my mother being the virtuous woman that she was took up the responsibilities, and when things got worse we relocated to the village where my father was rendered totally useless by household enemies , principalities and powers.
He would come home drunk only to start beating my mother, stripping her naked in front of us,
the children.
My mother being a woman of virtue never uttered a word of complaint nor raised her hands against my father.
You see one thing with you young ladies is that you don't keep your mouth shut and endure, young ladies are not aware that marriage is a parcel and whatever you see in it you take it like that.
I must really applaud my mother for making me realize that there are indeed patient and loving women in the world.
While my father was busy being the village drunk, my mother was busy raising us well and of course in the way of the lord.
.
I got into the university and after four years I graduated with a good result, I did my NYSC in Lagos where I was exposed to evil social vices and Lagos girls who were only after a man's destiny.
it was so sad that I broke my celibacy vow and lost my innocence to a lady of the night at ikeja, from whom I contracted gonorrhea, it took me a year to treat this punishment for the sins of the flesh , after I was done with my service it was hard securing a job, but thank God for Rev Ndubuisi who revealed to me that it was the lady of the night that was working against me , I was delivered and redeemed .
After my deliverance I cried at the feet of Our Lady Fatima and on that spot I renewed my celibacy vow.
In 2005 I got a job that I excelled in and was promoted as the area manager ,I didn't want to work for someone, so when I saved enough money I established my own business which became successful after two years.
.
In 2008 I decided it was time for me to settle down (marry) .
I had already built and furnished my house but still stayed in my one room apartment, I didn't want a woman who would love me for my money.
.
I met my wife in December, she was a chorister, shy and dark-skinned, she reminded me of my mother but I wanted to be sure so I began my test...
.
the first test was when I shouted at her In public, she kept quiet and the next day came to me seeking for peace even though I was clearly the one at fault.
She had passed the "character test "
.
the second test was when I gave her a thousand naira (1000) to cook my favorite soup, do you know that she cooked a wonderful soup with that mediocre amount of money.
She had passed the "Cooking and Managerial test"
.
I couldn't believe it!
she was just too much!
.
I went into my prayer closet
where the final test was revealed to me..
.
.
.
I asked her to move into my apartment....
.
she was hesitant at first
but complied later

.
do you know that all through her stay in my house she slept in the kitchen ..
.
for one-week she slept there on the ground...
.
I became sure that she was the one...
.
she had passed the " Fornication test "...
.
.
on the last day of her night in the kitchen
by 12am I lifted her
and said
"philo"
"philo"
"philo"
"you are my wife "
and that was it!
.
after a few weeks I married her...
even though she wasn't a virgin.
.
I'm glad
Story for the monkeys.

Ok sis but can i ask you a quick question.

If you had a legal wedding with someone and the bride price has not been paid will you say both of you are not yet married?

Toks2008,thanks for this wonderful write up. As a lawyer and as a Nigerian, the only marriage that is known, is the traditional marriage and if u like you can perform that statutory marriage which is performed at the court/marriage registry.(it's optional). You won't get jailed or penalised for nothing contracting one. White weddings is a hoax to me. An imported culture. Whites or westerners don't pay bride price. Over there, a young man can moved from Atlanta to San Antonio in Texas, see a girl he loves and marry her without parental consent. But in Africa, in Nigeria, marriage is between families and not the bride and the bridegroom alone. The girl is usually handed over to the husbands family and not the husband per say. Hence family (father) must be present or represented at least.
Now to the statutory marriage, it's trendy cos if u wish to travel out and/ or perform certain obligations, it will be required of you. And also in divorce proceedings the provisions of the Marriage Act and the Matrimonial Causes Act as usually adhered to, and the High Court has exclusive jurisdiction and this tends to favour the woman and the children of the marriage, hence the trendy nature. But the customary court has jurisdiction as per traditional marriages and the customs and traditions of the land are usually invoked which are often than none unfavorable to women(wivies).Hence they insist on statutory marriage.
Now let's look at it from the Jahoval witnesses point of view. They usually encourage members to perform one which is basically the traditional marriage, they have a service or marriage talk show in church and it's over. This was also brought down by the whites. Have you ever bordered to ask y this difference? In Africa, traditional marriage is paramount of that is our identity. That's what makes us Africans. Statutory marriage is as a matter of convince that can be performed any time after the traditional marriage. On a final note, no church or pastor will allegedly join couples in church, when the pride price has not being paid. No church does that. Have you every border to ponder on this and find out why? I rise.
Bro I'm just seeing this reply but I still want your direct answer.

Being there for you, means going thru the best and worst moments with you.
E.g , I met my wife then a girl friend in 2006, she just sec school and computer school. She was working as a cashier in a cafe. Then I had nothing was still strolling in bathroom slippers. She choose to date me despite all the rich Yahoo guys asking her out who could spoil her. She had to quit her job in 2007 when I gained admission to Uni, she gave up her dream of going to Uni for me to finish mine while she managed all the businesses we had . Through thick and thin she was there, no money she was there , opening shop by 8am and closing by 10pm . Sometimes rain will drench her home, she never complained not even when her friends and family kept telling her I will dump her ass immediately after I graduate or finish Law school. The money she made from the biz assisted me thru school. She gave up Xmas dress, birthday gifts , risked her life for a better future for me and took care of me when I had severe chest pain and accident . Took care of my momma when she was hospitalized for weeks. She practically moved to the hospital.
We dated for 9years plus all through school before we got married this year. Her savings from the business helped me settled down as in major relocation to the city, a nice apartment and a cool car to stroll round while she got nothing for her self. Now that's a perfect example of the OP 's question. She is today my wife. Despite not been a graduate, she is my finest and most cherished jewel . A woman God used to mold my destiny when I was a complete mess nd contemplated suicide.
This is a clear perfect case of being there for a man.

Many ladies would love to leave a struggling guy but no better suitor and at the end they will start forming I was there for him.

My Guy, Rent a three bedroom flat near Ring Road.

Put one babe in each room.

Use the Siting Room for Beer Parlour.

Each babe charges 2k per round.

If Each babe lays ten men per night that means you make 20k per babe and 60k per nite for the three babes.

........So now we have 60k per nite multiplied by 26 days in a month equals to 1.3 million naira per month.

Bros your own don better O grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin

UPDATE- From the reactions to my post I can say this..
1-Nigerians are to emotional,Sentimental and judgemental. I will not say they are hypocrites but these 3 qualities I mentioned gets in the way of their thought proceses most times.
2- My post is a business suggestion. Biz na Biz and different strokes for different folks. Their are many human wants and if some people are ready to pay you to satisfy those wants, then business don shele be that.
3- For the 'Welfare Service' I posted, their are some administrative costs involved.
- You will not have only 3 babes working all 23 days. Instead you have like 9 babes -i.e 3 babes on shift per room. This will also help to provide variety for clients.
-Offcourse you go pay the babes better salary
-you will also pay salary for Barman,2 female assistants in the beer parlour and 2 Egbe wagers A.K.A Bouncers(they will aslo serve as pimps and make sure the babes no pocket the business money.
- Very importantly, you have to know and become friends with the DPO that controls that area and you go they ROGER am him share every month.
--Remember say this na Business, Even Church sef Na Business.
Satanic advice.

Slipped her finger inside her puni and turned non -virgin cheesy just like that.

The thing de pain me.
You go out on a date with a guy the first thing he ask is..are you a virgin.

This happened last april. ..i was at home bored when a call came in, i picked up my phone..saw a strange number and i was so reluctant(i dont go abt picking calls that are not on my contact) so i decided to answer the call. I heard a deep voice..#cut conversation short.
He told me he knew me from somewhere..
So we got talking. Oneday, he fixed a date we should meet which i oblige to.

On that sunny day we met at fancy restaurant. I won't lie, the food was one of the best i have ever tasted cheesy..
We talked about ourselves.

This guy is from a wealthy family meh but very religious.
He Asked, are you are a virgin, i replied hmmmm nah"
His face was kinda sad. He told me he thought i was a decent girl. and i replied yes of course "I'm decent. grin.

He explained everything to me that he is a virgin and vowed to get married to a virgin aswell.; don't be angry, we can be friends you know, just friends. I was so furious in my mind. angry na wey i wan hammer na enemy don put sand for my garri.

To my question:
Nairalanders, do you think what he did was right?
Its all about his choice.

If a lady can choose a tall cute guy I see no reason why a guy can't choose a criteria he desires in a lady.

I have a 40 yr old virgin friend who has made up his mind to marry a virgin so if you are a virgin lady ready for marriage abeg use style quote me or send a pm to me.

I'm damn serious o cos the guy nah my bestie and he told me this in confidence.

I am persuaded to agree with you. I think the major problem is Africans practice Christianity without applying wisdom. In fact, personal wisdom is foolishness to them.

In Matthew 10:22 the bible advised Christians to flee from any area where they are attacked or not received.

But no! An African will enter the battlefield where bullets are visibly flying. When the person dies, they will start saying it is the will of God and that they are happy the person has gone to heaven.

The other day, some people got themselves heavily drunk knowing that they will drive. Eventually the inevitable happened and all of them died in a ghastly head-on collision. Some people still said God knows why He allowed it to happen.

I think sometimes we blame or accuse God wrongly because He can't be the author of evil.
So spot on.
Christianity EtcRe: Eunice Olawale's Daughter, Jessica: "What Mum Told Me A Night Before Her Death" by Toks2008(m): 4:37pm On Jul 13, 2016
histemple:
That is it! The first usual reaction of African Christians in this kind of situation is "The dead has gone to heaven so let the killers repent".

Other times, we accuse God of permitting such acts. It's particularly annoying because it is difficult to believe that the same loving God who rescued Shadrack, Meshack and Abednego from a burning furnance would permit His evangelists to be killed in such a slow and painful fashion.

I still wonder what the bible was telling Christians in Matthew 11:12 when it said-------From the days of John the Baptist, the kingdom of God has been suffering violence and only the violent can take it by FORCE.

What the late woman told the told is just normal and it doesn't suggest that she had any premonition of death.
I'm a believer in Christ and inasmuch as I commend her boldness to go into a core Islam area to preach Jesus, I am also forced to conclude that she did not apply wisdom else she won't dare.

Even the king of kings while on earth used his discretion in some places he went.

As believers in Christ we must be as wise as serpent yet as harmless as a dove.

But the best part was that she died serving Jehovah...R.I.P sis.

John 8:59 reads;

At this, they picked up stones to stone him, but Jesus hid himself, slipping away from the temple grounds.

If i saw your snail thread, would i have come here to talk about it. Were you not the one who spammed every snail thread with a picture of snails and your ability to deliver back then? What did you expect?

Now you have become a "big supplier" and have suddenly forgotten your humble beginnings. Dont forget, pride goeth before a might fall. All the best sir
Guy you really need to learn some etiquette and stop brandishing an odoriferous altitude.

You left a thread where you ought to post your request to start quoting me here to make an off point request and does this make sense to you? to me that was an avoidable sarcasm and I owe you no apology.

You further reiterated your baseless egocentrism by asking me to contact you when you could have simply sent me a mail and I would have discussed the deal with you discretely and with absolute serenity.

It is apparent that you have no idea of what spamming means.

There was no case of spamming in an open interactive forum especially when the subject matter is discussed and there was no case of small beginning as I defined my module operand from the onset...MINIMUM ORDER APPLICABLE...but unfortunately all individuals that have contacted me can't meet up which necessitated my new policy.

And for the records, I did a little bit of psychology in my university days and my sixth sense tells me that what you did here was a childish act of mockery and this makes me wonder how old you are and your intelligent quotient level.

NEWS FLASH! I am an entrepreneur and snail business is good business which I decide to add to my business arsenal asides my corporate E-commerce firm so I'm not ashamed in anyway to indulge in it.

But in case my assertions are wrong, I still owe you no apology because you goofed big time by quoting me here when you had the decent option of sending me a mail or at least quote me on the thread you saw the info.

Stay blessed.

it maybe ignored if it was being used by a member, but we are talking about a pastor here, who stands by the pulpit to preach the word of God...but instead of the bible,he uses a phone...
The most important is the logos which is the written word and not the object the words are read from.
