I am highly dissapointed in the management of nairaland and more dissapointed in the individuals below.

For God sake, in a world were talent is being appreciated and encouraged, Nairaland admins have found no meaning to appreciate and encourage its loyal members not to talk of great content writers and traffic pullers.. Hmmn.


1) Tosyne2much - Brilliant and Very creative writer.. His top ten lists are sure delights to nairalanders.. Has nairaland ever deemed it to give him a dime for the time, stress and talent put into creating this traffic pulling lists.. No .

2) Wristbangle - classic. His threads on relationships, dating and women and love generally are awesome..

3) Toks2008 - Controversial, blunt and his topics are almost certain to cause a plus in traffic .

4) Emusmith - Yes..... Brilliant threads ..

5) All writers in the Literature Section - Repogirl,Larrysun,Safarigirl,onihaxy,flows,davidflo,

Classcaptain,oyinprince and many more...

The Admins may deem it fit that dont deserve it but why.. Even if its something little.. I bet if nairaland start giving rewards for good writers and traffic pulling threads, most of these stupid threads and trolls everywhere we reduce..

People will be encouraged to write better things, better content, better contributions and more mature views..

I will advise this people to boycott posting anything on nairaland if this is not done.. You guys should contact eachother and create a blog.. Put all this content u pose here on the blog and let see if fans and nairalanders here wont follow you.

Create the blog or website and push it.. Haba... Na one day Linda ikeji start...

I just read a post on FP concerning masturbation. I now asked myself an honest question; isn't it better to masturbate than to fornicate. At 20, i have come to realise the joy and fulfilment in living life to the fullest. Coming from a noble home, i was not raised to be a man's stooge not to talk of an animal's. My worth was defined from the day i stepped into earth and has been shapened overtime. I was taught the right and the wrong. And that moral laws condone no breaker. If a woman must be condemned and despised for a crime, a man must by all means face the same. I believed this and i knew before God and men it was the truth. I didnt just believe, it became real to me and has influenced my judgement.

However, the society has flung half of this truth and has held on to a part because of how drunk in power it has become and the advantage this fist had fetched it.

We are aware now of this evil conditioning that a woman who sleeps around is a slut and should be desired less but a man who does same a stud and should be the craving of every woman. Many men have quietly nodded in agreement and a few mouthy ones have not failed to vocalise their agreement. And women? So many to the shame of dignity and womanhood have sang along with the men. And you wonder which would sacrifice her pride to make a stud!?

Because to make more studs we need more sluts. Can any of you women come out and offer yourself to a man who would dump you for another. If you cannot hold your peace and stupidity!

A stud is a man who is sexually attractive to so many women. So they say! but i see a stud as an animal who is unable to control its sexual desires, hates monogamous relationships and (therefore) deserves to be judged and condemned.


Women who say they are attracted to studs and hate inexperienced men need not only their heads examined but their consciences and should not take offence when they are called sluts. Cos only a slut or zombie would reason this way.


A stud has nothing tangible to offer except to toy with my emotion, cause me heart breaks and render me unproductive.

For every stud out there there are ten whores rendering my gender useless and subjecting me to prove myself as a woman of pride and esteem all the time. Nothanks.

What should be said instead is that do not give anybody 100% of your trust. Still leave some percentages for mistakes as we are all human. Anybody that does not trust at all will most definitely not enjoy life as you will always be paranoid, negative,bitter and judgmental. Plus I wouldn't hesitate to kick negative energy away from my life. If something goes wrong, life still goes on. YOLO!

am saying this out of experience.. in relationship I don't demand becos am not that kinda person and me my parents are solely responsible for my upbring.. but this my ex took this behaviour as an opportunity to act anyhow.. even during my birthdays to buy gift is a problem for him ..and anytime I go to his place tfare is an issue all this things ain't that the lady is materialistic is just a sign of responsibility on ur part.. and to cut the story short he won't cease to demand for sex.. imagine.. even when she doesn't demand at least once in a while try buying something for her...

court registry is just about 70 years old in Nigeria ....so what happen to our grand fathers and fathers that married before the commencing of European court system ....where they not married,or million of muslims and ifa worshipper that married daily,guy pls don't get over carried by European way of live ....all marriage na marriage one it suit the individual and families

Frankly I prefer Texas common law marriage.

Only three things need to occur, roughly:

1) tell your wife she's your wife now, she tells you you're her husband

2) you introduce her to someone as this is my wife

3) a reasonable person have enough probable cause to assume that you're hitched

The important thing is marrying a good man your bone and flesh, even without any form of marriage, he will cherish and Love you!

particularly Anglican, Catholic, Methodist and so on..
you are issued a certificate of marriage which is same
as that issued by the Court registry so you do not
need to do a marriage in the Registry...
