Na him madam later on that day told me that the guy's wife has called her, that since she blocked the dude, he didnt know the number that called but it happened it was the wife and she was like shes so so so person wife,that my husband said I should ask howfar with the reference and bla bla, I was like wow, should it get to that, how can you be the only one that they see that can render help. Madam said babes, there is nothing to hide hence her persistence in getting them help and her telling me over n over again. I was like oh well if my guy calls me I will ask him that I want to send his number to the family who needs his help. So someone cannot be an importer and consumer of the goods he imported at the same time?

very very funny. Okay let me throw your analogy back at you. The man based in Canada who sent the cars to Nigeria is an Exporter, at least you agree to that. The buyer of the car in Nigeria does not have to pay in dollars to get the car, he/she just has to pay an agreed cost for the cars/product. I have bought 4 cars from this my friend in Canada and I didn't pay in dollars. Now, if you bought a bottle of Hennessy and decided to pay for that bottle of Hennessy in dollars, does that make you an importer based on your own definition?

The simple explanation and deciding factor is purpose of buying. If I buy a car from the USA, and put it to use in Nigeria, I am a consumer. If I buy a car from the USA to resell in Nigeria, I'm an importer. If I have a registered business in both China and Nigeria, and I have a licence to send drugs and medicaments to Nigeria for resale/distribution, the answer to that is what? An importer and exporter! Import-Export merchant more like. In this same line of thought, if Peter Obi has a registered business and licence in the obodo oyinbo and here that would make him what?

There is nothing wrong with local production or any government encouraging such,however local manufacturers of this products will not sell at an affordable rate if the highlighted are missining in any country!
I am an advocate for subsidy removal however the FG must first prioritize rehabilitation or building of refineries or give licenses to other players to locally refine before venturing into the removal!

One refinery every year was the promise, and yet not one was built in 8 years and now the whole country is waiting cap in hand for Dangote who will show you people pepper..just wait and see...but no! economists will tell tales of how subsidy removal will fix everything, like we haven't seen economics turned on its head many times in Nigeria. Been married for over 5years now and eversimce my wife have birth to my first child, I've been suspecting that it's not my child die to no sense of resemblance and I finally did a DNA test but unfortunately the result shows that I'm not the father of my first child.
