And here is where I am going to side with the policeman this time (First, apologies to the man's family for their loss).

In foreign countries, a loose animal means that animal control is called out, and they use non-lethal methods...like stun guns and darts...to subdue the animal....along with nets.

Nigeria does not have the equivalent of animal control. And that leaves the police...who for the most part do not have non-lethal equipment. Which begs the questions...what are the local and state governments doing to set up animal control units that could handle such problems? (Or is it to wait for Aso rock to do everything??)

The police man was called out to subdue a loose animal. And the only equipment given was his gun. No stun gun, no posion/sedative darts, nothing. Just a gun that used in a crowded area could lead to someone dying.

I don't blame the policeman, or even the Nigeria Police. they did the best with what they have. Blame Nigerians for refusing to vote for thinking leaders past and present. Instead, it is for people who can share money that we vote for.

Temperatures can drop as low as - 28°C at 30000 feet. Now what planes do is to heat it up to a convenient 23°C which is comfortable for passengers. No need for machines to recreate cold since at that level the plane is literally surrounded by cold temperatures

You talk like as if you know but you don't know. AC is only needed on the ground. once you are above 20,000 feet it is extremely cold so you don't need AC any longer. Plane flies at 30,000 feet so I don't know what AC that illiterate is asking for

Really am not talking even based on the new lady I met, what am asking is are we legally married? and if so do we keep enduring each other and for how long. Should I stay with her out of convenience because of what people in my church will say, my neighbours, friends, colleagues etc. Do we keep tolerating when we both know it was out of passion and youthful exuberance that landed us both in this. Very good development. Let see the stupid Toyota that choose Ghana instead of Nigeria who have the largest percentage of Toyota products in Africa.
We have the population (market) therefore we should call the shut. With the closing of the boarder,any company that is not producing in the country will suffer huge lost.
