How can it be done please?

Any link to the application?

Thanks
Link is different depending on the county. Send a request for in-year admission. You can search online or ring your county council

Thank you. But hope the time I have left won't cause a problems with the application.
I would think you should have applied earlier. Applications are currently taking so long. Make sure to apply for priority so you can get passport back before your tier 4 visa expires.

She is 4, will be 5 in April.
Thank you.
If you live in England, she will be accepted into Reception. Make an in-year application for her.

Nice, quite and conservative community. Accommodation is cheap. Uni has a number of campuses depending on the course you are taking

Good morning my people,

Please a friend on Tier 2 visa just discovered that it 'Restricted Work' was written on her spouse's visa (Dependant).

I told her it must be a mistake as he should not be restricted. Has anyone had this experience please, how long did it take UKVI to correct it?

Toh, this matter tie wrapper ooo. I might just wait it out on the standard application if priority might also be delayed.
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by tushqueen(f): 9:27am On Nov 03, 2021
Please I need urgent responses as she is having Ber biometrics tomorrow.

I applied on behalf of my mum inviting her to the UK, still at the stage of uploading her documents. But all documents needed is available.

Can I change this current application from standard to priority? (Because I have noticed that there is a serious delay in response from these visa people judging from experiences shared here and those of the people I know personally)

Or would I need to cancel outrightly, if I cancel this current one and begin another. How long will the refund take - I paid for standard visa and premium lounge (42k naira). I hope I will also be able to get a date this week with premium lounge.

Please I will appreciate a quick response.

Thank you all

Can someone guide me promptly please

How much are you personally planning to spend in the UK? 500pounds
How much is your sponsor planning to pay towards your visit? 1000pounds

Is this reasonable or can anyone else guide us

Thanks for the response, let me reframe the question. I will present all necessary documents/evidence required. Does she need evidence of savings in her name as well?

I believe my account statement should cover her

Hi,

In applying for UK visitor's visa for my mum, do I have to show evidence of savings when I'm going to sponsor her fully for the trip?
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by tushqueen(f): 1:46pm On Oct 28, 2021
I want to invite my mum to the UK by applying for visitors visa, do I need to state that she has savings. She doesn't have an account number, she receives her money through my brother's bank account and does daily contributions. That is the only form of saving she does, how do I go about this. Do I need to include the savings part since I'm going to sponsor her trip fully?

Thank you

Yes, 30 hours is for British citizens and those that cannot access public funds.
Do you mean those that can access public fund?

The eligibility criteria is on the same page https://www.gov.uk/30-hours-free-childcare?step-by-step-nav=f517cd57-3c18-4bb9-aa8b-1b907e279bf9
Checked on this page several times, it doesn't tell if definitely you get or not. It only says may be eligible. Then redirects you to apply, when you try to apply you won't be able to provide the documents requested if you are not a citizen or can't claim public funds
TravelRe: Living In The Uk-life Of An Immigrant (part 2) by tushqueen(f): 10:53am On Oct 26, 2021
Hi my people, I have a 4year old daughter who couldn't get admission for 2021/2022 academic session because she only clocked 4 in Oct. She attends 15hours free nursery currently.

I proceeded to www.childcare.gov.uk to apply for her 30hours free nursery but I couldn't proceed to get the eligibility code. I was asked to provide 2 of 4 documents; P60, tax credit, UK passport or northern Ireland driving license. I can only provide P60 form.

Are they stylishly saying this 30hours free nursery is for British citizens only? We live in England with no recourse to public fund.

Please enlighten me

I agree with everything you wrote... this hussle no easy at all . Finding job is a full time work

This flowing with their jokes and banter is not easy for everyone but in my experience time helps..... When I first came I just couldn't flow, you throw one at me , if you are waiting for response... o boy I was like brick wall. I just smile awkwardly . I just couldn't respond for a while. With time I got better and as I like money pass anything (lol) , I had to teach myself that to climb to the top , there no other way than to follow with the jokes, banter, conversation and all. Me I want to climb to the very top as that the only way I know how to make money. I am not business oriented, just salary oriented

Today I flow as if I was born and bred but I smile to myself and look back. It wasn't always like that , neither did it come naturally to me.
I can relate to this! Did you do anything to help yourself listen/communicate better? Especially if you live in a county where people speak with strong accent

What's the situation in England? Can a 3 year old qualify?
3year olds in England attend free 15hours weekly in nursery. If you want more hours at nursery, you have to pay

If one has that amount to pay someone informally, I believe a nursery is better with proper structure and feeding included for cheaper or similar amount
By flat rate mean 30/40pounds for 2/3kids not just 1

Good day all

Please, are there any free or subsided childcare options for international students that have kids under the age of 5?
Nursery for 3years old, not sure how many free hours you get in Scotland. If you find an African community forum there, you might be lucky to get someone who takes flat rates for all kids (like 30/40pounds per day). I know a few friends who got such offers. Good luck on your search.

You can open a monzo account right in the corner of your room with your international passport and a video of your face introducing yourself. The account I'd also acceptable as salary account in most places.

Hello everyone, good job for the direction and clarity provided over the years.

I have a question on CoS. My employer provided my CoS over two weeks ago which I updated on my visa application. However, I was able to renegotiate my annual pay which led to my recruiter insisting that I will have to get an updated CoS to reflect my new pay before I can proceed with my application.

I don't think that would be necessary because you have already uploaded and done your biometrics (I suppose).

Or do you mean you are yet to do biometrics

I am just wondering what will be the implication if I use the old annual pay as it is also above the minimum pay for tier 2 visa.

Yes.
All students get this.
Speak to staff at the stations. They give you form. You fill. Your school endorses a stamp.
You submit with a passport photo.
You are sent an oyster photo card with your picture on it.
You get discounted travel when you purchase weekly or monthly travel card.
Is it applicable to those on tier 2 visa too?

Hi, for someone who earns 220k as salary monthly and trying to tidy up account statement for UK visa applications. How much will be reasonable as monthly expenses? Accommodation, feeding, and flight to be fully sponsored by sibling who is resident and works in the UK

I guess you think references and guarantors are the same. Please try to note the difference so that if someone ask you to be a guarantor, you will know what you are getting into.
Yea you are right, work reference is different from guarantor. Thank you!

Hi Everyone!

Please, I’m trying to get a place and the agent is asking for Guarantor. How do I get one? Kindly help.
If you are on a tier 2 visa, you can use your manager at work, but for tier 4, you can use anyone you know in the UK who is willing to vouch for you even if he does not live in your county. Just know that whoever you fill in will be contacted via call or mail during reference check before you get the house

In addition to the above, you can use the next 6months to ensure regular income is going into her account and also print that to show she can support herself as well incase anything happens she won't be stranded in the UK.

Generally, older people's application gets approved easily. All the best
Please I need guidance for SIL, she is 55, has kids in Naija 16- 20years old. What are her chances like, business has no financial/bank traces, a tailor and owns provisions shop. She is to be fully sponsored by us
