I kinda share your sentiments. I believe the govt is seriously behind this. Over 90% of the militants accepted amnesty and I don't see those who refused the Amnespy prog developing the ability to carry out such attacks..

Mr protection seeker AKA barcansita, always cross check your facts very well before running to put up an article. This is why you've been the most merucrial monicker on nairalander. Today you're for Jnathan, tommorwo for APC, NEXT back to PDP, in fact I see most of your articles as a show-up and always trying to display that you know how to write. Well, you may look for editorial appointment with some major newspaper and there you can put your writing skill to test.
how will it benefit d govt?

Only a politically naive man won't see the tricks APC is playing on Nigerians.

You lack professionalism, incompetence is your 'follow come' tag, then you resort to arming innocent and ignorant Niger Delta youths just to excuse your lack of political/economical finesse. This is utterly egregious, APC making Nigeria indirectly ungovernable through Niger Delta Expendables.
how will apc benefit from bombing pipelines and disstroyying their source of income? Conspiracy theorist.

Oyedepo, Adeboye, and Kumuyi abandoned our state and are taking their message to ibos who are 98% christians.

Is it because ibos have more money than we yorubas?.
Pls if they are genuine i want them to come to osun and spread the gospel cos ifa worshipers and moslems make up 75% of osunites
they will wait for catholics to evangelise then they will ccome and preach heir properity gospel

Well, this thread is a testimony of hierarchy of kingship in the western and mid-west nigeria before the benins start distorting history. If you're to distort history come with fact. This is not for supremacy but history should never be doctored cause that's the only thing left of cultural pride and heritage.

Now can we now say oba dey go transfer? Oba dey bow for chick? Oba dey dress in a masqurade regalia?

Yorubas and benins are brothers so please benin don't be too fast than your history cause pictures don't lie.
And the reason many edos are not here is because the issue has been trashed long ago on nl. next time do a search.

How did a picture of d oba receiving the queen in benin turn unto a heirarchy context? the oba leave d palace sumtimes any1 born b4 2000 when d oba was old will know this. that is not a masquerade regalia, it is a royal gown made of bead from top to bottom with few fortifications, i bet ur king doesnt own one. a picture only shows he had more courtesy than most kings.

I thought they said traditionally Oba of Benin cannot leave his Palace!

That is not his Palace!
The kings leaves their palace, akensua and eradiauwa left d palace sumtimes, they are not like d new age kings that prefer to b in d UK instead of with their people but while they were younger they left d palace, they only stopped it as they grew older.

in d picture d king didnt go and meet d queen in lagos as many kings did so d queen left lagos for benin and was receive by d king in benin airport.

first courtesy demands it, secondly it seems u didnt notice dat d queen is short, it is hard to shake a short person without bowing. the king also shoke hands with prince philip and didnt bow.

i think u've gat history upside down. it is the yorubas that were conquered by the nupes and driving away from their palace severally, they were even pursued from oyo. the nupes on the other had were mainly traders with d beni people, they didnt conquer bini, as for d igalas the opposite is true, the beni king drove the igalas out of d areas d ebira people now live. d attah once paid taxes to d oba.

the people who were been conquered then were d yorubas, D benin conquered them, the nupes conquered them the fulanis conquered them and their empire ended up killing itself even before d british came.

In other words, one can deduce Mary's immaculate conception from the virgin birth. If this is true, does it not follow that Mary's parents would also have had to undergo some kind of immaculate conception in order to conceive Mary sin less and also the same theory could as well be applied to her grand parents. And the list goes on.
Thank you.
Not really, it was fitting that mary be free from sin to give sinless human nature to Jesus, where God is concerned we will eliminate sin as much as we can for God is holy but mary is not God, it doesnt matter whether or not her parent were free from original sin, only God demands absolute purity.
italo said dat d ark dat contains the word of God show b without blemish, he didnt say d tree from which d seed of d ark's tree was goten shuld b without blemish.

I guess u just dont want to get it right? Her human purity do not count at all, but d symbol of virginity.

NB A virgin still remains a virgin irrespective, even if she steals her virginity remains intact. Virgin symbolizes purity which was what was/is been considered. Though I personally believed Mary was morally upright, but thats not the point.
So God only cared about a symbol of purity in d birth of his son but didnt care about the reality of purity?

that is strange becos a symbol is supose to point to a reality.

I see. It has always been like this. Catholics have nothing to offer as far as bible truth is concerned. I asked you which cross did he tell them carry and follow him, wooden cross? was Paul boasting over a carved wooden cross? Now this is funny, it is glaring you don't understand the root of this discussion but you foolishly advocate for her and intervene in polemic you know not a thing about. Anyway let me clear you I never said the abacha was a Catholic as a matter fact he doesn't have to be a Catholic or protestants because he and the pope are in the same bourgeois class, yes they are playing different roles and but acting same script, of course there's no unity between them (there's no unity in the bosses class) but they synthsynthesised a until out of common interest to exploit the working people and poor masses for the sole purpose of excess profit. I'm sure this is enough for you to do homework about.
So just becos u have put them in the same class means they have the same objective? that is a very flawed logic.
