I could say same for you. When you burn in Jahannam or Hel or many of the numerous hells out there, your eyes will open too. But I don't preach nor subscribe to such doctrines of "Follow and love my religion, or you will burn". You people need to do better than threatening people with hell. Righteousness2: 3 Likes |

Can't these people use Zoom or Google meet like the rest of us? They use jets that contribute to global warming, yet preach that their government will make a change. Now there's a pandemic and they can't even use teleconferencing or videoconferencing to hold their fruitless meetings? Hypocrites. 9 Likes 2 Shares |

ednut1: Given special instructions for Nigerians? It's discretionary for the VOs, they bear no oversight and it has opened us up to racism. Nigerians are not the only corrupt people in the world. Read, not the only corrupt. Every single person should bear the responsibilities for the outcome of whatever docs they submit. But racism should not be be encouraged. Question is, what is IRCC doing about it? 8 Likes 1 Share |

AgreatMan: The Indians keep doing the best. By numbers, they are the most affected by restrictions and processing delays, so they'll complain the loudest. I'm sure their complaints will bear fruit soon. They (and all of us) have been thrown between politicized decision making from the pandemic especially by IRCC. 1.44 million TR and PR applications in backlogs and it is the Outlanders (and Inlanders with outland dependents) that got sacrificed to buy IRCC time to clear this horrendous mess. Students that land are not guaranteed vaxxed. Tourists will be processed and allowed to land soon. Yet PR applicants should fold their arms in uncertainty while the prime of their lives roll by "because Canada is dealing with a pandemic". More like IRCC was not responsible and preemptive enough to deal with the effects of the pandemic. Until IRCC comes out to address FSW/PNP outlanders and give them a definite timeline, they deserve to be called out everyday on their incompetence. Like you, I'm not holding my breathe for future plans they hold for outlanders. Marco keeps beating his chest that immigration quotas are being met just fine, to which he adds "despite the pandemic". And there are already inklings that they will be rethinking their immigration plans soon. My grouse is that they process and clear their current outland clients, most of them have waited for too long. 2 Likes |

Onedimple: You should have preceded with this. You waited two years for CoPR but think people should not complain or hold Canada accountable. Because they are doing what you refused to do while you waited? |

Onedimple: At the very least, this lacks depth in thought. At best, it is a needless attempt at denigrating the valid emotions of others. IRCC made people jump through stringent and elitist metrics to be chosen, collected processing fees from them, promised them timelines and reneged on that, keeping people in total darkness and uncertainty in their lives. Some applications are held as long as 30 months and you say they shouldn't complain or withdraw their applications. How is this even a wise thing to say? 7 Likes |

littyprincess: This whole rant reeks of an asinine superiority complex and ill-advised bias towards one's own country. I will just respond to the CoPR talk. I want you to go on Twitter under IRCC's or Marco Mendicino's tweets, you will see why people found different means to land and did not let their CoPRs expire. The Canada you're defending, particularly their immigration system, is steeped in time wasting atavistic practices and rank incompetence. 6 Likes |

Righteousness2: Gbenu oshi sohun. In the wild, animals eat animals. Moreso, ambush predators like alligators will eat whatever wanders into their domain. Or did your God not tell you that? What was the alligator supposed to eat? Wood? Or you'd rather it not eat anything at all since God ought to protect everybody. 1 Like |

I used Barter in November, I have friends that have used it to pay in December as well. Please don’t discourage people from having a valid option that works. Religion / Re: Do You Really Believe In Destiny? by Ultimus: 9:15am On Dec 13, 2020 |
Destiny from a Christian perspective poses a huge conflict in the reconciliation of freewill and faith. If you are given freewill by God, there should be no such thing as destiny. But if God is omniscient, it means every thing is predestined as God already knows before anything happens. This has implications for how we should also see the consequence of “hell”. Will you be going to hell for exercising your free will or will you be going to hell because God knows what is to come (hence you’re destined for hell)? 32 Likes 5 Shares |
