Deepfeel:Because of internet. We are exposed to western ways, trying to copy them and not succeeding because of no light, bad infrastructure. We now get so frustrated. Before colonialism, there was no city, no vehicle, no traveling about. People just stayed in village, farmed, eat, marry, born. Now, that life style is NOT ENOUGH any more. Everybody must be inside the city, to earn money, to buy phone and show off. Meanwhile, village is empty. |
No, but some of you are being flogged in your University days |
Dwizeone:

Hedonini:Can you come up with a plan to policy cyber space? Right in this forum, so many laws are broken. Violation of privacy, indecent language, unlwful soliciting ..Talk less of children disrespecting elders. We haven't solved all those ones, how do you think we can solve yahoo boys and their defrauding activities? Efcc is using simple procedure of probability. It is highly probable that any group of young individuals using laptops and the internet, are not engaging in proper business. Arrest them And whenever they do, the people confess |
Sirjamo:Textile industries collapsed because our border is open to importation of Chinese fabrics, which are finished goods. People buy the Chinese fabrics because they are cheaper. So who opened the border? And who are those patronising Chinese good? Those are the people who killed the Nigerian textile industries. |
mediaNGR:Outright insanity? The students are OUTRIGHT INSANE to carry out such a punishment. This shows how lost and stupid you are! Do you know know that you are a FULL GROWN ADULT in the university? NO OTHER ADULT HAS ANY MORAL OR CONSTITUTIONAL right to ask you to kneel down AS AN ADULT. UNLESS ...... YOU ARE ALL SILLY CHILDREN, childishly running about in the campus, doing STUPID CHILDISH THINGS. Therefore you have sold off your dignity and totally deserve to be punished this way BY A WOMAN, HOLDING CANE ?!!!!!You student owe it to the ENTIRE HUMAN RACE, to BEHAVE AS RESPONSIBLE ADULTS and stop crying and complaining childishly on social media. Nonsense! |
sweetrace:As good as America may seem, their laws are still hypocritic. |
morikee:She was feeding a baby, by mistake killed the baby. OK Those that kill their baby through abortion, how many years do they get in prison? |
anyichiesunday:In the old days, Nigerians were humble and docile. The person that does not have relaxed like that. We decided to copy Oyibos and get ourselves mobile phones. Today, people are running up and down jamming each other, looking to where to charge phone. Everybody is carrying power pack and charger on their neck. People go to church FOR THE PURPOSE of charging phone. Phone is their new god. The oyibos we copied mobile phone usage from, are still under control. This is the same routine that will be followed with electric cars. The batteries will run down, people will be jumping on okada with jerrycan to rush and buy fuel, china will come with rubbish car batteries that will set the car on fire. This is how Nigerians think. You haven't solved the underlying problem of power, your eye is already on electric car. |
zeestone99:I have solar panels, inverter, batteries in my house. The entire system cost me N1,000,000 I know how many times i have changed the 4 batteries, I know how many times I have change the inverter. I know how many times I have fallen back on my petrol generator when the entire inverter syxtem failed. And I kknow what all these changes, purchases, maintenances have cost me The Inverter company has SHAMEFULLY ASKED ME to use NEPA to charge up the batteries. There is NO NEPA where I LIVE, that is why I got the 8 solar panels in the first place. Do you have solar powered system in your house? This is the question I asked you? The system does not work. The entire thing is a fraud. |
The picture is not complete. No White man. |
Codes151:When e hit you, you will stop moving and sit in one place. I have it. Pain 24/7 |
mperoakeem:Do you have or use solar power? It is the most expensive power system, extremely sensitive, bad for our southern/cloudy climate. All the English they paste on websites is just to sell off their wares. You the consumer will pay a giganormous price for it. Small generator is more practical. |
LuciferKoran:What do we do? It is their states (especially Lagos) that is developed. Development is the after mark of colonial rule. Everybody comes here(Lagos) to do business, so the locals just sit back and collect rent and tax. We don't seem to be able do develop other parts of Nigeria. So this will just continue |
This is Lego. For ages 2 to 14 years (or even older )The girl used Lego na. We played with Lego as kids. It's just a construction set of plastic pieces. You construct what you like. https://www.lego.com/en-us Unfortunately, this generation doesn't seem to have anything.

Ibcrown:They are making the car, selling it and people are buying. After releasing the film, majority will watch it legally in cinemas, and the money sent back to the car manufacturers. Or it will even serve as advert for the car brand, and more people will buy that brand . They are not making any net loss at all |
qualityovenbake:There's no basis for comparison. America manufacturers cars from scratch, mining rock ores to get metal to produce steel sheets/plates, pressed into shape to produce cars. Engine, tyres, everything. For them, manufacturing cars is like how we tap Palm Wine from trees. They can waste as many as they like. |
symbianDON:Haha. Enough . Jesus Christ that they claim to follow, said, "Greater love has no man, than to lay down his life for his fellow man". This one is for ordinary man. Then for a pastor, who is even "closer" to God, do you think your own sacrifice should not be greater? You will go and tell God, "I allowed the poor to suffer and die , because I had already done enough for some selected few of my favourite" (and broadcast it on TV for everybody to see). |
donvicky2007:That part of Christianity is not in their bible. They always skip that part of the Bible Jesus Christ spoke openly to everyone. He didn't select his audience. He even climbed until of a hill and for 3 days proclaimed his message of peace. Everybody heard it. People asked question and he answered them. Whey then do people choose to follow pastors that proclaim only ONE or TWO things that Jesus said, then throw away the remaining 99 things, like they never heard it? |
Toreddo3679:And you are what? |
PotatoSalad:Did she tell you she has a problem? You are the one carrying problem on your head and insulting another person |
SachaBastien:Why not read about the UK history? |
holluwizzy:When Charley Boy said we should come out and protest, "Our mumu don do", people were too preoccupied browsing Instagram and snapping selfie. This generation is drunk with social media |
andyanders:So when all police are dead, will you then be our police? Or we will not have any police again? Even more extra criminals will roam and attack freely without consequences. |
Abalado:Did anybody on this whole website ask whom you are? Why do you have the need to announce your job? |
Rossikk:This is our Nigerian problem. A person will go overseas for criminal activities. The family will all be in full knowledge. They won't condemn him, they won't talk. You won't see any story on social media. A. If the person returns unharmed and gives them some cash $ ¥ € £, they will dance to church, praise him for doing "Well". B. If the person is caught by the foreign police and sent to jail, you will see the family here, pretending like they never knew the member was into criminal activities. |
GazzuzzAutos:And the foreigner come and be Black! From a country that is well known for Kwaruption! |
ReneeNuttall:The brother didn't ask God for papers BEFORE travelling to China? Now he has put himself into trouble, he is expecting God to rescue him? Well, God as our Father, will let him receive small punishment so he learns his lesson and never does such a foolish thing again |
Ikpongiton:It is the same as no certificate. |
shadeyinka:Why is this your Failed Government remark supposed to do for us? We just finished Election in February and elected the same government again. What else are you expecting? |
rockastar:Well according to the type not offence, one is sent to that judge Small-small offences. There's one that one white girl entered taxi, for like 50km, (30miles) then refused to pay. 50km is like from V.I to Eleko. Or VI to Ikeja. The judge sentence her to WALK the 50km or go to jail. The yeye girl Waka the journey sweat well-well. Police following her behind He gives light punishment |
warlord24:He's an Igbo man. Never comfortable anywhere. Once you say "Home", his mind automatically assumes village in Naija. If you want to refer to where he sleeps daily, say "House". That's how they reason |
