Well, what can we do? Maybe the presence of the Colonial Masters in Lagos (due to the sea port) gave it that "development" foundation that no other city in Nigeria seems to have. This seems to be the best we get. Hence all the noise about Lagos. Multicultural, economic capital, Yoruba Bride price is not costly; you can pay and collect wife fast-fast unlike the nasty experiences in some other states.

As you know, Uk is a very old Country. 500, 1000, 2000 years old or more. And they've had many Kings and Queens in the past. Any official found wanting was usually executed by cutting of the head.
