I understand where you're coming from but there are problems with moving accident victims:

1. you don't know what they broke in their body, and so moving an accident victim can worsen their situation if you're not a professional. You really need emergency personnel with stretcher.

2. in our dear country, there's no reward for doing good... if you pull somebody and take them to hospital, three things may happen:
- you're on the hook for the hospital bill
- police will start looking for somebody to blame and frame
- if you somehow made something worse (by moving the person without training), instead of thanks you may get a lawsuit

One of my aunts was implicated by police and got into so much undeserved pain, trauma, and financial cost for stopping to help the victim of an accident and take her to hospital. With these in mind, we've learned to mind our own business, and leave victims to the professionals that our oil and taxes are supposed to pay for.

When we talk, we never put ourselves in the position of the victim.
The story of the good Samaritan continues to apply till this day. I'm sorry for what happened to your aunty. God knows exactly how he will reward her. On that day, she would have forgotten all this. You cannot be calculating anything.
