Bluntemperor:So that's how Naija youth will hustle to run away from SARS, no job and insecurity in Nigeria, reach USA, and one stupid Oyibo idiot will just come and shoot you inside supermarket. Time has reached, let Agberos be going to that USA to beat the the living daylights out of some stupid Oyibo people wasting their country's opportunity. |
Rugaria:You number one. |
BlesE:When you turned the house of God into business zone how will they have any fear again? Pastor spending money on his own lavish lifestyle, Preaching ONLY about money, Speaking positive only on those who bring money to the church and shaming those who have no money. Who caused it? All of you that supported it. |
No, it's bad. Scatter the one Dangote is building. |
This car was not made for Nigerian roads. It's basically wearing shoe with white socks. With delivery business, you'd just stress the whole car with frequent use and shatter the parts. Get a more rugged vehicle. |
Flashycomedy:But the dogs are swinging their tails vigorously. I thought that is the "dog" translation for happiness/playfulness. as per, the dogs are just playing. ![]() |
080bjaked:Don't mind them. Same set of commenters on here, are crying ENDSARS, no Job, no light, no fuel, Nigeria is a zoo. Is that what you want a criminal to see and follow you? The criminal has already lost hope in a sane society that's why he's robbing. |
Rugaria:But we are not in China. China is full of factories and workers, producing products for the whole world. So anybody that goes into crime can be considered as lazy Here, Nigeria, is full of nothing. |
TLE900:It's a difficult one. He can't see where to change his life . Outside here is full of hardship, no light, no job, and fuel price, youth protesting and complaining ENDSARS. Na im E just carry gun continue with the robbery he knows. |
flexyrule:Na wa O. OP no settle anybody for here. She come travel dey send us useless picture. We already know abroad is fine. We have know that since we were born. |
Waziri9004:That's the typical attitude people have when they go overseas and have no plan or ambition. They start snapping pictures and looking how to send back home, to show they have achieved something. But we don't need nonsense pictures. We can see everything on google street view and YouTube. |
Modo9:Is ok. It's not only you that has pictures. We can use Google street view to see exactly how vehicles look in any part of the world we like.

LauraClasikVibe:The woman would not be a social media addict like all young girls. And would probably have time to just look at him face to face instead of looking at her phone ALL THE TIME. |
SadiqBabaSani:Girls can't fight now. So little resistance for them. This one was done to just get ransom money from government. In future, the guys can even marry some of these girls with their kidnap money. This thing is just business now. ![]() |
accolyte:Parents don't have money and they cannot see a future for the child. When graduates are all here complaining and protesting about no jobs, what is the hope for the kids. They thought the woman could help with training, feeding and small money. But the woman is also frustrated with herself and Nigeria and has little patience for the child. |
Pidginwhisper:The truth is that evil deeds makes a person ugly. The moment you start doing evil, you also start turning ugly. |
My own problem was reading books. I never liked reading books right from the start and just been struggling to read all my life. Anyway, came across motivational speakers. And they motivated and motivated. They said, one must focus on the key areas of one's life to make progress. Come and read this motivational book, Read that one, read the other one. Read them seriously. -- Ah-ah? I said that READING is my problem before. I've not finish reading my book. It's your own I will come and read? Are you people helping me to read anything sef? Na im I gather all their materials throwway. Carry my book and read. Back to square one. |
lekki1444:If you are abroad, eat their local abroad dishes for cheap. Nigerian stuff is categorised as import. And it will be expensive. |
smart1204:Do teachers go to school to look for wife? For a male teachers not necessarily. In fact you'd ruin your reputation showing interest in underaged girls. You even risk being labelled as a pedophile. For Female teachers, 0%. What does a mature woman want with a small catarrh-nose boy, still living in his mummy's house, when Hummer Jeep mature men are outside the school, throwing cash and flowers at her. |
EdoAirline:Well, it isn't an issue, provided that they weren't having sexual relations during her school days. It is good for human beings to have a childhood which generally ends at age 18. Childhood cannot be replaced and it isn't fair for anybody to have sexual relations with anybody under that age as you destroy them for life. But the story doesn't say anything about sex. So it is good that they later met up after her schooling. |
obiekunie2:Don't come and try to change the word of God here. God knows EXACTLY what causes evil and he has clearly told you. The LOVE OF MONEY is the root of all evil. |
WakeNbaked:What do you mean when I do my math right? I've live my life, earned my salary and married my wife and you didn't pay for any of that for me. So what are you teaching me? - The reward system in UK is not fantastic either. That's why you always see them drinking beer, getting drunk and committing suicide. Do you know how many times I went to church and it's only me that is the young guy there? The others are 60, 70 years. Young people just be working, working, working in UK. Work finish and drink and get drunk. They take credit card and student loans. Spend the money anyhow then be owing £20,000 student debt. That must be paid back and it sends all of them into depression. The only way to escape it is to run to Australia. If they remain in EU, the debt will follow them and mess up their credit rating. When they get a job, government will chook hand and collect that debt back monthly, for years. Me that went with my Nigerian money, I wasn't owing their government anything. But they still collected tax from the small student job that I did. - Sincerely, I spent many hours praying and meditating and asking myself, what am I really gaining in this UK? I'm seeing the money, but it is disappearing faster and faster as well. Check out student debt videos on Youtube. As a Nigerian, are you owning anybody for your school fees? Shey your parents just paid everything complete for you? |
seunny4lif:But, shey I said, they also do house carer for elderly or disabled people, You could have just focused on local domestic stuff. See, student job is nothing fanciful. Airport people did not need anybody. When an employer really needs part time staff, they won't bother with any nonsense certificate. Nigeria may not have an organised way of advertising jobs. Yes, as I said before, the University had and still has a dedicated section of their website where local businesses place their job adverts and the University careers dept can crosscheck it that it's not 419 and one-chance job. But in Nigeria, where such service is not available, then the student has to go to LOCAL businesses to beg for a position. The job I did, was not from Uni website. It was one of my Indian classmate that just told me to phone a number, speak English well and answer yes to all their questions. He was working in that place so he knew all the inside runs. |
adonainana:£180 was the cheapest rent I paid. The house was near the university. But my job was in another town, and I had to pay transport monthly. After graduation, I ran to that town to cut off transport money. But the cheapest house rent there was £250 per month in that town. So what did I now save? Oyibo know how to chop your money. Nowhere to hide. I lived in a so called northern town, where they say things were cheaper. The Nigerian guys that lived in London, the southern part of the country were paying like £400 per month. Those ones were working 24 hrs. Them no even fit concentrate on their studies. |
ephbe:Ok. I think I made a mistake. I was a student for 1+ year, and after graduation 3 years, full time. So I remember the £950 more because I spent more time earning that as my maximum salary. The student salary must have been around £400 then. Times were tough O. My life was just miserable everyday. We just didn't see the money. When you see small, transport will chop it. When you are full time, extra tax will chop that one. Visa/extension will come and chop its own. |
seunny4lif:Nigerian students are not serious when looking for jobs. Plain and simple. You think it's one fantastic job with AC that they give student? Student jobs is basically something like messenger, office assistant, Burger seller, car washing, labourer, or home carer for sick people. Yes, over there, an employer will go to the University career building and advertise these kind of low skill jobs on the university website, or some pamphlet on the school notice board. You are the one that will run after the employer to beg for the job. The only thing is that because you are a student, the employer cannot keep you more than 4 hrs per day. So that is part-time work. Plus you still have to read your book and pass your course O. You can't do full time 8hrs, until you graduate. So for you in Nigeria, you better go and run around and see who can take you part-time, and show your seriousness with the work as well. |
lordofreal:It's funny. I lived in UK as a student. I worked in a call centre answering phone calls in addition to my studies. Well, I was a very small boy in UK. My salary was about £950 per month. At that time, £1 = N250 So that will make the Nigerian Equivalent N237,500 per month. - Shey I don land? Well, My student 1 self contained room rent was £180 per month (then O, not now, 2021) - And this was the cheapest I could find. The next option is to go and stay under bridge. - The school fees of the school, - Phone and Internet bill - Money for laundry (you can't wash clothes with your hand. Their water is ice block) - Transportation to work daily - Gas money for heating the freezing room and cooking my food - Electricity bill money - Small cash to keep aside for visa applications/extension other serious emergencies - Small money for 1 shoe like £20 ~ £50 ====== The whole £950 don finish be that. ====== I think say na magic. 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years..... Same thing. Money finish. == Maybe if I go again as a professional instead of a student, we may see better job and more money. But then again, house rent now is like £700 PER MONTH O!!, NOT PER YEAR. See GumTree advert for house rent: https://www.gumtree.com/flats-houses/leeds

sweetmelanin:Me, I just take mop and mop the room. The wet ground will evaporate and cool the floor a bit. I mop the room and house like 10 times in a day. Next, I take bath like 2ce. |
Nigeriadondie1:This country suffers from inability to keep data and records. Foreign nations keep their data either as paper files in archives, or as digital data on a server. Then they get all the IT experts to guard that data with their lives so that nobody can just change it anyhow. Driving license is obtained from just one database. Police can stop you, and they have computer to cross check your license against that master database If you mess up, they mark a point against your license and it is uploaded to that database. After messing up 5 times, you have got 5 points and that ban you for life from driving. The record is permanent on their server and you will never be issued driving licence again! If you still do mago-mago and drive without licence or fake one, na prison sentence go follow. It is very difficult to be purposefully STUPID in foreign nations. MOT is issued to check the vehicle's capabilities. If the vehicle is bad, you must repair everything before driving the vehicle. The vehicle data is uploaded to a website. When you check Google images for UK cars or USA cars and you see the number plate, there is a website where you can input the number plate and it will show you the MOT status of that vehicle. So there's no hiding it. |
SapphireBlue:You see, University courses train one to work in a sort of Administrative setup, office, file, coat and tie, roads and cars. But Nigeria is not fully developed with all these administrative buildings like UK, Europe. So there are few buildings but MANY MANY graduates. They cannot fit into the minimal spaces available. Hence, ditch the administrative course and do a practical course instead. A course that teaches you how to create something, Ordinary block moulding can enable you to build a wall on a plot of land and secure yourself there. It doesn't have to be hard, and you don't have to be ashamed of anything. Social media is messing up everybody with shame. - The barber that cuts my hair, is from Benin republic. He learnt barbing there with all their French. But you know that country is a nonsense country. He now ran to Nigeria and went to carry block on building site. He suffered small, managed his small money, to buy clipper and rent one shop. Then started the barbing again here in Nigeria. Gathered his money, bought generator 2.5Kva, 3 times, because they stole one.... The guy is just humble managing jaga-jaga English but making his constant, HONEST money without any FUCKING university degree. Omoniles and other useless people are Hungry and tired, looking lean and starving. But this guy is always looking fat, because he eats well. He's decently planning his marriage. NOBODY HELPED HIM IN NIGERIA FOR ANYTHING. His illiteracy helped him not to waste credit money on data and facebook FUCKING BULLSHIT as MOST OF YOU do on this website. |
Hassanmaye:You can check what I wrote now. I just did this to mark a position in the feed. |

The FRSC is not doing enough. Also, killer drivers must be prosecuted and banned for life from driving.
