So someone will suffer long traffic to line up and pay toll then will now enter a substandard road with no lane markings no law enforcement...

I’m sure if this was a white country, the tolls they were collecting would have been used to make that road almost like gold sef... there will be serious highway patrol fully kitted with squad cars and bullet proof vests with cameras mounted everywhere so they catch a majority of those breaking laws...

But back in black man Naija, once you start collecting money, that’s the end of it. The road can die and decay for all they care. Do you guys remember how much we used to pay for toll on this road? Chai? Millions daily, yet you can’t pay someone to paint ordinary lanes with white paint.
