ogbiwa:Bro, that shhh made my skin crawl, like wtf ??All the pics on this thread are bad but that is like on another level of creepy and horrific. I pray that we get it right in Nigeria like seriously. Even drainage is still a problem everywhere in Naija in 2022. Here in Lagos, even the almighty VI, you will still see gutter open for people to throw stuff in. Laws aren’t enforced, environments left to degrade. We are on such a downward slope in Naija men to tell you the truth. Don’t argue with me blindly, just observe the simple things. In Lagos for instance, does police chase people who break traffic laws? So if that isn’t happening, what makes you think order is being enforced in other aspects of our society? Why can’t we make things work for crying out loud? |
See environmental, smh Why put that in the road to be sharing space with motorists? No town planning in Naija |
This is what is so fascinating about the tribal hatred we have in Nigeria. You hate them so much but you never want them to leave. Igbos hate other tribes as well but at least they want to leave. So how can you hate people sooooo much, like burning hatred, but you mock their desires to leave. Can such mentality really solve problems? So you have a problem, but never want that problem to leave? You have COVID, but want to keep COVID forever. You have malaria, but don’t want the malaria to be cured. This thinking is so irrational. |
omenkaLives:From the 2019 you mentioned till now, life has gotten exponentially harder for Nigerians, but you won’t mention that because all you care about is “Winning Election”! |
Horllamideh:I was watching an apocalyptic Hollywood movie scene, and they were complaining that there is no water and electricity has been shut down. I thought to myself, this is everyday life in Naija, and yet there is no apocalyptic level event in the country. Please is that not even worse than a zoo? In 2022 you still don’t have water and you want to hide it to play politics. Nigeria is a terrible country, say the truth and it shall set you free abeg. Free enough to start working on the problems! |
The black man seems to be inherently wicked, unorganized and demonic to his people. Only a fool won’t be able to see the downward slope of Nigeria. It even keeps me up sometimes wondering, like how fast our currency is dying and how fast our purchasing power is reducing. If you had 100k just a few years ago, that would have gotten you like 500 dollars, today, you won’t even get 200 dollars. So your savings have already died and we haven’t even talked about inflation further killing your savings. Nigeria is dying, but the Nigerians continue to be stupid and wicked, almost like they made a pact with the devil, the great destroyer, to ensure the suffering of their children. They brag about presidency like we don’t have a president today? Take heart innocent Nigerians that want a better country, I know you are the few among an evil many. Continue to work hard and pray to God, and under his wings you will find refuge, amen! |
One day they open threads about how government doesn’t care about the people, how people can hardly afford to eat 3 meals a day. Go out on the streets and see multitudes of people begging for a meal. Yet the average suffering and smiling Nigerian still doesn’t care. I wonder how much suffering a Nigerian can really endure? |
Foreigna2:Think about how the country is affecting you and your family. Is this the type of country you want for tour children? Or would you send them abroad to better countries if you had money like Buhari, Tinubu, etc, while you continue to ensure the failure of your country? |
I will keep saying how Nigerians are one of the most daft people ever. Then nairaland pushes this sort of topic to front page? Nigerians don’t want a better country, it’s a fact. With all the suffering of today, high prices and failing currencies, the only respite the Nigerian has is to hate other tribes while the problems gets worse. When dollar hits 1000, I hope Igbo hate would be enough for all to survive. |
The hate for Igbo is more unifying than oil itself. But remember that you still have to go to market and buy food like every other Nigerian. |
Is it not the same Naija that people are trying to japa The one with dollar almost at 600 naira? Nigerians are funny |
This thread is such a disgrace to humanity. See grown men typing “vawulence”, like da Fvck? I guess nothing works in black man country, even a simple thread designed to post ideas and experiences has been corrupted. Like leaders like followers. One would think these are secondary school students shouting “vawulence”, sorry, I meant primary school students. I can’t believe I thought I’d come here to update myself on any new info or things to watch out for. How naive of me, this is the Black man after all. So irritating! |
Esseite:As in... Gosh! Why can’t he even go to one of those agencies TODAY!!! |
Reference:It really is sad bro! They are just name dropping and tribal bashing all day everyday, yet the currency keeps falling and prices keep rising. They never talk about the problems that affect them, even if it’s to say, how can we increase police response times or how can we improve this or that sector. All day name dropping dinosaurs like IBB, Tinubu, Atiku and the likes... people we’ve all heard about since we were babies. Deep down I know some Nigerians don’t even want Nigeria to change. Imagine a Nigeria were you couldn’t even piss on the road, do you think Nigerians would be happy that they can no longer piss on the road? |
Maybe one day many years from now, we will get it right. Meanwhile, I bought coke 200naira yesterday from Total. Omo what is happening ooo Nigerians? Coke 200? |
michlins:This your advice get as e be ooo, slippery |
slawormiir:With God, all things are possible, even FREEDOM. |
So people were shooting in the air and no one was arrested ba? No police to shot back ba? Nigerians, is this truly the kind of society you want? Because you keep voting for people that can’t even promote law and order. This is not normal na! |
Dapinski:Tribe is everything in Nigeria, you can’t even make claims without infusing tribe. In Nigeria 1 + 1 = Tribe. Anyways, I like Ambode for few things that affected me including:- Changing those roundabouts at lekki epe expressway to traffic lights. Initially, when that was done, it greatly reduced the traffic on the lekki epe expressway. However now, the traffic is back, and I believe it’s due to lack or law and order still and some lights now working at some junctions. I also like the fact that he introduced those 112 police cars we see in Lagos. Again, at the time when it first started, those guys were a bit serious in that for the first time ever in Lagos, police vehicles were actually giving chase and pulling people over. What is sanwolus solution for people that run traffic lights? Is it to have an official that is STANDING, try to stop someone in a CAR? |
DrGoodman:I just don’t understand why Nigerians lie to themselves all the time. One day the position is used to campaign as you said, the next day they say the position is useless and incapable of effecting any change whatsoever. |
Dapinski:But you don’t shudder having a coup plotter as president that turned dollar from 200 to 500 naira? Suffering and Smiling! |
Like when you stop for a red traffic light while driving in Lagos, but everybody behind you is horning and cursing you for stopping, since they believe you should disobey the light since the road is free. You are trying to obey the law, but everyone is abusing you, saying you can’t drive, “your dada”, bla bla bla and of course police doesn’t use car to chase people in Nigeria, so they just get away, and you start to wonder what the point is in obeying the law. Maybe I really am a mugu, for obeying the traffic light. |
According to Osinbajo supporters, the office of the Vice President is totally and absolutely USELESS! So why do we need to keep spending tax payers money to keep someone in a useless position? They tell you that the Vice President has no say. They tell you that the Vice President can't do anything. Most importantly, they tell you that the Vice President is not responsible for ANYTHING THAT GOES ON IN THE COUNTRY. With all that said, shouldn't Nigeria scrap the office? Why are we paying BILLIONS of naira to keep an office, that has no positive impact on the country? Office is useless but we are spending Billions to feed the Vice, Billions for travel and so on. |
You can see everyday on here, that it’s only about tribe, and nothing else. That’s why they are called suffering and smiling nigggars, the lowest of all nigggars |
Everyday it’s always “Where will he come from?” “Where will he come from?” Never, “What will he do?” Suffering and smiling Nigggars Assemble! |
membranus:Isn’t that the job of the police or efcc or something? |
akus6060:Wow! Really? So I didn’t make sense to you? Sigh men! Sigh, sigh sigh, ![]() Don’t you at least watch movies? Don’t you see college kids driving cars to school? Or maybe you banned movies too |
aspabay:Lol, typical black matter How did you get water to bathe today? How much electricity did you get yesterday? Is the road in front of your house paved? ... Suffering and Smiling Nigggars |
What exactly has this guy done? Under his watch, everything became much much worse. |
Suffering and smiling Nigerians with no water supply argue over their next oppressors. Such a tragic nation and disgrace to the black race. |
omonla10:When I tell people that Nigerians love to suffer and smile, they don’t believe me. See the comment with the most likes on this thread discouraging the use of cars by students, chai! Why must we choose to be so backward in Naija? Then why are there so many people like this guy I quoted that will support backwardness with so much effort? I’ve never heard of a great school where cars are banned? Is it Harvard? MIT? Oxford? But you and all your sufferhead Naija peeps will be shouting, “Yes, ban cars”, chai. I wonder if they have a mechanical engineering department sef. Naija!! |
Buckeyemedia1:How is yankee as corrupt as Nigeria? Do immigration officers ask for bribe in yankee? When you travel, and they tell you that the chips you brought are not allowed, take N10,000 and try to bribe the officer and see where that lands you. Do police officers take bribe en mass in yankee? When you get pulled over and given a ticket, fold up 50 dollars and give to the officer, let’s see how that goes for you. When they go get American passport, don’t they all have to line up? Since you are a Nigerian, when you go, bypass the line and go to the next window and give them 100 dollars, because you don’t want to line up, then report back what happened here. I can go on and on and on... But something tells me you already knew these things and are just being the typical hypocritical Nigerian. Do you even have water or did you have to buy water in tanker this morning to “baff”, chai! |
