I am a pharmacy student who is struggling to break into the world of programming...I have downloaded and studied lot of videos on YouTube and i do make use of the free lessons offered by freecodecamp. But all the hours i've put into learning how to code seems to been in vain, as I can't apply most things I've learnt to do something remarkable in real life. As an intermediate...start with web development, you will appreciate what you have learnt so far... With web design, u can apply javascript, php, and even python script to make a beautiful web... with that you will appreciate your knowledge of programming.

I had similar experience some years ago...this guy from my mom's villa I was linked to for temporal accomodation at delta state.
Then I was to go for IT, and because I have never been to delta before, I quested for a relative that stays around warri...on boarding the boss, I called to inform him, while on the way I also kept calling, on getting to warri the whole story changed...dude was like, ' I am not in warri, I traveled to Lagos but I will be giving you my younger brother's number'.

I said okay, I collected the number and dialed... The brother picked up, and after my introduction he told me to call back his elder brother, that he is lying to me that he traveled.I then called him back but his number was switched off, that was when I knew that I am alone... The whole thing seems like a joke to me, i did not freek out, but was laughing inside of me, maybe it was because I had some cash... I had to call my dad to inform him about the situation, and luckily for me help came from his friend who lives around refinery junction. The man drove down to the park and took me to his house (a very nice and comfortable apartment).

It was at this my dad's friends place I started reminiscing about what I would had been in... Guess what, that idiot later called me at pass 9pm, but I ignored it and he never called Even a second time...
