The former arrangement that was made to fence the plot before we came in, may have made a mistake down the line. When we get to the site yesterday morning We discovered that the width of the land is not up to 50ft but 42ft. This affected our intention but will have to reschedule.

We have 3 options :

1) bring down the fence and adjust
2) redesign the building to 2bedrooms
Or 2bedrooms with a pent house

However we shall update you the option we finalize on

We are starting another four flat construction here in Enugu state.

To suit the size of the land we have designed a combination of 2 and 3bedroom ensuit apartment targeted at making the occupants very comfortable and special. Howbeit, many have experienced all kind of dissatisfaction and embarrassment over narrow parking space, especially in a small plot of land like this (50x100)

Having considered this as one of the major challenges in a combined apartment we shall make some calculative construction and space management to achieve uniqueness and difference and am sure that, will contain the ugly experience of car pack inadequacy in most combined apartments.

We are moving materials to the site as well as other arrangements, though the building plan registration will start on Monday so no work will be done in the compound until the registration receipt is released probably on Tuesday....
