It's been a while since my last post, due to the fact that i was posted to borno state 4 my nysc. I was impressed with wat i saw in this forum. Keep the fire burning. I noticed that the northern state enjoy free to air more than us in the east. I hail you all.

E.tv has really chased out some members. Had it been that must of you are following this thread, you wouldn't have given a damn about about e.tv. The alternative is to change position. I hail a the gurus in the house(too many to mention)

@all i heard that hi-rubbish has bought up the rights to show champions league. I hope it won't affect ait and others free to air tv.

Satellite signals are not always steady. Don't touch ur dish, it might get better.

@Iykemann. Here is the setup of my own dish. Though i'm planning to add another one for pas7/10ku. I enjoy every it at any time

The worst reality show I've ever watched in my life. Its not entertaining or educative. I'd tried to make out a single thing in that show. Nigerian broadcast should do something!

@george-D, these satellite signals are funny some times. Could u believe that after i stopped recieving france24 in the night for over a month now, the stupid thing hit 64% last night. Not that its important but i just fancy the english news. Pls can you help me out on this one. I have a rod that can be attached on my c-band lnb. Is it possible to track any ku bird with it since i'm on 22w.

@obidebs and those who wants to track w3a & sirus birds. These two birds are not on the same direction of mytv and dstv(east) they are on south-east. If you already know dstv position, move your dish to your right and try to point it to the sky. If no signal, keep moving right and pointing it up and down to the sky. You most hit green. Use this frequency for tracking w3a: 11192v 3210. Make sure you have atleast 60%. After tracking w3a, type this tp in your decoder for sirus 12605v 29950 for global cast. If no or bad signal, try to move ur dish a little bit up. If i turns green, search the channels and check w3a channels if they are still there. Goodluck.

@all newbies, why not go back to the previous post and read them. Their are so many birds you can track in naija without sweat. just name any sat you want to track, and the procedue will be given to you detail by detail. Unless you want to track out of footprint birds like nilesat or badr, u can call 4 help. This forum is more or less do it yourself. Hope you grab?

@all, who can confirm if Daarsat is still free to air.

@george-D, why is it that a channel will be on in the day, it'll give you 60% signal. But at night, it turns red. That is the case with the france 24 i told you about. Any solution, or is it from weather?

@george-D, i tried all i could inorder to get my france 24 back. But all to no avail. I then change the sitting of my lnb, becos the former is more wide. And i finally got france 24 and others. Thanks 4 ur advice and others who help too.

I was able to nail sirus and w3a, but i couldn't track stv1 and koko tv

@all, how possible is it to track w3a and sirus on same position.

I tracked ABstra2B, with the provided frequencies only to hit 50% without turning green. I'll see if can use eurobird2 as my brother stated

@all, Plz i have a connecting rod for ku-band lnb, but i don't know how to use it. My dish is a 1,8m c-band. Its facing 22w(Nss 7). Is there a way i can connect the rod, inorder to recieve any ku bird on that same position. I'll appreciate your help. Thanks

@all . My tv africa bird is about to rock. Rescan ur decoder u'll get britAsia tv with one indian religion channel. Then try this tp 12.560v 30000. Its turkey channels. Though i'm yet to confirm it. @gurus, I'll like to join you @ google groups. I'll be very loyal Pls.

@toxNaija. The tp is 3830v 5787. Yes Ait was down yesterday.

@all. The canal 3 is yet to show any video. I was able to track Ait abuja, though the signal i weak. I think it might be from weather. I also tracked tpa feed, they where playing nba. Apart from Ait, those any of there station on 18 west and 27 west(nta) show champions league? That's why i'm interested on them.

I used to recieve Ait on 18 west with 57% signal but i can't even get it now.But the Daarsat feed and the ethopia channels are showing. The same thing happens to nta and co. is it a general problem?

Good morning all. I tried tracking nilesat this morning with 90cm ku, without success. Is there anybody that recieves the bird in south east of the country . So that i can try more or quit. God bless.
