Nice one

These idiots are steadily on the internet defrauding innocent hard working people. They should be killed. Useless people
Please there should be no jungle justice.

It is not every guy with a laptop that is succeeding in internet fraud.

It is not an easy thing.

One must have brain to make it work.

I am against all these illegal arrest based on the fact that they see them with fancy cars, laptop, and they went to hotel to idle away with women.

Corruption and deception could not even make South South leaders and governor set up their own railway.

Ex-President Jonathan with his low sense of thinking did not thought it wise to set up rail for his own South South Geopolitical zone.

The instability in former French colonies is something I've never been able to wrap my head around. Is it by design or a mere coincidence?
Learn to comprehend it.

It is a NORMAL ! NORMAL !

It is the consequences of bad governance.

This khaki dance is getting to the shores of Nigeria very soon if the political class refused to change.

Nigerian will start hearing martial music on Radio Nigeria and a Major or Captain seizing power.

It is just a matter of time.

THE ONLY WAY TO KEEP THE SOLDIERS FROM POWER IS GOOD GOVERNANCE BY THE POLITICIAN.

See small Rwanda of yesterday.

They have climbed up the ladder in the African chart of developing countries.

Now our governors carry their BIG TUMMY AND BIG BELLY to go and spend the resources of the people to learn democracy and good governance in Rwanda of yesterday.

Is that not a shame?
Politics › Re: No-Paper Governance In Edo; Physical Files Prohibited In Civil/Public Service by wink2015(m): 9:01am On Aug 30, 2023
This is a good initiative by the Edo state government.

This is E-GOVERNANCE or Electronic Governance.

It is reduced time and government bureaucracies or red tape, paper costs, wastages, time and fraud.

The United Arab Emirates and some government in the arabian gulf regions have long adopted E-GOVERNANCE Model.

I think the Edo state government copied this model from the UAE where this PAPAR LESS system has been in full operations over the years.

CORRUPTION IS A CULTURE IN NIGERIA AMONG THE POLITICAL CLASS
ETHNIC AND RELIGIOUS FACTORs ARE ALSO SERIOUSLY AFFECTING NIGERIA'S STRIDE TOWARDS DEVELOPMENT.

Nigeria should start investing in massive mechanized Agriculture.
Politics › Re: Nigeria’s Oil Production Drops 14.69% To 1.22 MB/D by wink2015(m): 8:02am On Aug 29, 2023
The political leaders of Nigeria are just deceiving themselves.

Nigeria can not continue to depend on crude oil.

NIGERIA SHOULD GO AND FACE AGRICULTURE IF THEY ARE SERIOUS ABOUT NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT.

SMALL UKRAINE, ZIMBABWE, BOTSWANA, NAMIBIA, GHANA, UGANDA, KENYA, MOROCCO, EGYPT ARE MAKING IT IN AGRICULTURE.

LET OUR ECONOMY BE BASED ON AGRICULTURE WITH LESS FOCUS ON CRUDE OIL AND GAS EARNING.

SOLID MINERAL ARE ILLEGALLY EXPLOITED BY THE NORTHERNERS AS THEY DO NOT WANT TO SHARE THE REVENUE DERIVED FROM MINNING.

This is not a good experience to see our northern brothers wanting to feed fat on crude oil from the southern part of Nigeria but at the same time do not want the rest part of Nigeria to benefit from their solid mineral.

TV/Movies › Re: Yorubas Started Nollywood, Own It —Aisha Lawal, Actress And Scriptwriter by wink2015(m):
Before I start the main point, I would like to say that the Late Sage, Chief Obafemi Awolowo started the first television in Nigeria specifically the Western regional television in Ibadan.

I ones read an interview in which Chief Edwin Clarke confronted Chief Awolowo for not extending television to the Midwestern region but Chief Awolowo told him that Midwestern region did not generate revenue for his government so he can not extend television to the Midwestern region.

That is just by the way side.

The Yoruba actress is correct in saying that the Yoruba started Nollywood in Nigeria.

She is actually saying the facts.

I quite agree with her. She is stating the facts.

But at some point in time after the death of Chief Hubert Ogunde the Yoruba movie started falling in popularity and cinema operators were folding because of low patronage.

She also mentioned this point during her interview.

I would like to state here that there are three era as far as the film industry is concerned in Nigeria.

1.CINEMA HOUSE ERA
2.VIDEO CASSETTE ERA
3. DSTV DECODER ERA

CINEMA HOUSE ERA 1973

The Yoruba started the movie industry in Nigeria when there was Cinema Houses in Nigeria.

There was no Video Cassette Player VCR.

Hubert Ogunde movie were shown in cinema houses in Lagos, Ibadan etc

VIDEO CASSETTE ERA

The Igbo movie became a brand from the video cassette era.

This was during the 1990s

As video cassette player became popular Igbo movie took off from there.

Before the video cassette era the likes of Pete Edochie a veteran Nollywood actor were airing "Things Fall Apart" through the NTA ( Nigeria Television Authority)

SATELLITE TELEVISION ERA (DSTV DECODER ERA )
This is the era of satellites television.

It comes with monthly paid subscription.

The movie industry in Nigeria is at this stage.
Politics › Re: Nigeria Did Not Apply To Join BRICS, Says Shettima by wink2015(m): 10:02am On Aug 26, 2023
NIGERIA SHOULD GROW UP ITS ECONOMY AND JOIN BRICS.

Joining BRICS does not make Nigeria an enemy of the west just because BRICS was founded by China, Russia etc.

It is just a means of getting Nigeria to move with the big countries and getting to learn so much from them.

If Tinubu failed to take advantage of this opportunity when it is extended to Nigeria.

I still foresee a time when another President of Nigeria will move Nigeria into BRICS.

CHINA THAT WE ARE GOING TO BEG LOAN MONEY FROM IS A PRINCIPAL FOUNDER OF BRICS.

So Nigeria is shooting itself on the foot.

SEE SMALL SINGAPORE, MAURITIUS AND SEYCHELLES ISLAND.

They are big nations not minding their small size by landmass.

CORRUPTIONS BY OUR NATIONAL LEADERS IN NIGERIA IS THE PRINCIPAL REASONS WHY THEY ARE SO AFRAID TO JOIN BRICS.

THEY KNOW THAT BRICS WILL NOT TOLERATE COUNTRIES THAT IS NOT WILLING TO RISE TO THE TOP AND NIGERIA IS ONE OF THAT COUNTRY.

LIKE PLAY LIKE PLAY SOUTH AFRICA HAS DEVELOPED TO A EUROPEAN STANDARD WHILE NIGERIA IS JUST NEITHER HERE NOR THERE.

The Nigerien people have been suffering for years even with the french in their country.

Now they are getting rid of the french factor which have held down their country and they are matching on as a freed people.

THERE IS NOTHING AS GOOD AS FREEDOM.

Yes, freedom comes with its natural discomfort but in the short run or long run the Nigerien are freed people.

NIGERIA TODAY IS BEING TIED TO THE WEST AND THINGS ARE GETTING WORSE.

NIGER REPUBLIC COULD EVEN BE THE NEXT PLACE NIGERIANS WILL BE FLEETING TO.

I SEE THEM ABANDONING DEPENDENCE ON NIGERIA ELECTRICITY SUPPLY WHICH IS EVEN NOT REGULAR.

Nigerians should not blame Tinubu for appointing his kinsmen into federal government position.

Ex- President Buhari was the worst as he packed all the jobs to northerners for the 8 years of his rulership as President of Nigeria.

Ex-President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan failed to give federal jobs to Niger Delta or South South people.

He throw the bulk of his federal appointment to northerners.

THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ADDED "SELF EMPLOYMENT" AS PART OF GUARANTEED JOB.

Jobs like POS Business Agent.

When an 18 years buys a POS machines and sit under the hot sun with an umbrella from morning till evening without much business.

The federal government now calculate that as jobs the government provided for the individual.

ATEDO PETERSIDE HAVE EVERY REASONS TO LAUGH AT THOSE IN POWER.

SINGAPORE THAT IS NUMBER ONE ON THE LIST ALSO BOAST OF HAVING THE WORLD'S MOST POWERFUL PASSPORT AFTER BEATING JAPAN.

Singapore citizen and Japanese citizen can travel to a lot of International destination without visa requirement but only the presentation of their International passport.

BRICS+ ?
Corruption is too high in Nigeria.

This is the principal reason Nigeria can not join the global economy.

Northerners with all their big land refused to face Agriculture.

If Nigeria will ever dream of joining BRICS then it is a man like Peter Obi of the Labour Party.

Nigeria can not even guarantee regular electricity.

Crude oil and gas earnings are never used to build the economy.

I do not think Mr Ned Nwoko will succeed in this tasks because the western government that was involved in this conduct do not want to assume that responsibility of paying reparation.

I would want our political elite in Nigeria to change from their wicked way and allow the good things of lives that they enjoy in europe to come to Nigeria and Africa.
