Evolution is a very slow process and is driving by environmental factors. You can never notice evolution within one generation and even within 10 generations. As the environment change, a creature must be able to evolve to cope, else the creature will become extinct.

I tend to agree with you. GEJ is the only other politician that has national appeal to take on Atiku. Tinubu is popular in the South West, but in the North, he is only popular among the political elites (for obvious reasons). He is not popular among the ordinary people. In the SS/SE, Tinubu will not get the required 25%. He is loathed in the SS. He has no political relevance in the SS/SE. Atiku is hugely popular in the SS/SE.
