The article said " It’s frightening that Nigeria has only 10 standard and accredited laboratories across the country" , but the heading spun it to "Only 10 Medical Labs In Nigeria Produce Reliable Results" .

This simply means that many Medical Laboratories don't bother to register and go through the accreditation process because of high processing fees, high dues, frustrating administrative bottlenecks and of course "egunje". I am sure the only ones that gets accredited are government laboratories. I am sure states and federal government laboratories are more than 10. So it means that some government laboratories are not even accredited.

Exactly. Most of our grand mothers or great grandmothers were given out in marriage before they were 16. There were never cases of cervical cancer.
