I think the industrialised countries have not looked into this relative immunity hypothesis because it does not help them for now and it's a racial thing.

I watched the video and I am shocked at the level of professionalism or lack of displayed by the policeman.

First it makes no sense at all for a single police man in a vehicle to be patrolling the highways. Even in shit hole Nigeria, patrol vehicles consists of at least 2 police men.

Second, the behaviour of the police man confirms what we have been saying all along, that the police as a whole is racially bias against young black males. Imagine if it was a black male that was driving the highways in heavily tinted car. Immediately the polics man confirms the driver is a black male, he would immediately draw out his gun. If the black make even tries to reach for his glove compartment or seat belt, he would be shot. Here he saw a white male with a rifle and was pleading for him to have the gun for his own safety. The white male came out of the car holding a rifle, pointed it at the police officer and shot him, without the policeman drawing out his pistol. Do you think such serenio is remotely possible if the guy was black?
