The tricky issue is withdrawal of consent and not consent itself. Consent itself is encouraging and lack of resistance during penetration . If after initial consensual penetration, she then withdraws consent by saying no more thrust, and you go ahead and continue by force. That would be a legal grey area according to US law.
Here in Nigeria, it's a non question. Here even dressing inappropriately to a man's house in most cases is considered consent.

The testimony of a witness or witnesses alone cannot be used to prosecute a criminal case.
First you need there to be an actual murder. Meaning there has to be a body certified dead by a qualified medical doctor. You cannot assume a missing person even after 20 years as murder.

Secondly, in most cases you gave to present murder weapon or means of murder, and also a medical report that the murder weapon was the cause of death of the deceased.

Thirdly, you have to prove motive and premeditation to differentiate the case from manslaughter or even self defense.

Finally, you have to prove these beyond "all reasonable doubts".

If all you have in a murder case is a bunch of affidavits or witnesses, the judge will throw you out for wasting his or her time.

Once again the phone did not technically explode. It burst into flames. If the phone actually exploded in his pocket he would not have had time to quickly remove it from his pocket. His hip and groin area including his long john would have been damaged before he could act.

It's very unlikely that phones will explode, burst into flames yes, but actual explosion, no. This is because the Lithium battery used for phone is the Lifepo4, 3.2v pouch cell type that does not explode. The one that can actually explode is the lithium ion, 3.7v type used in laptops that are encased in cylindrical metal casings.

It's not the phone but the charger. The charger probably was a cheap Chinese one without an isolation transformer. If it had a transformer, there was no way full 220v would enter the phone.

Lithium battery can only get hot and prone to explosion if it is over charged beyond safe voltage.

Fast chargers are the suspected culprit in these explosion because they charge at higher voltages than normally recommended for Lithium batteries.

First of all the law on drugs always applies to possession with intent to sell, transport and distribute and not to possession for use or consumption. Users are considered addicts by law and not criminals.

Secondly, in the video you posted, there is no evidence that Hunter Biden was smoking crack, cocaine or any of the other hard drugs. There was no way to ascertain the exact drug he was taking.
