Lemar's new single to be released mid August. Has a nice concept - only if you are patient enough to listen till the last few seconds of the song! Or what do you think? Enjoy it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GJz5vuaBb14&feature=player_embedded |
I hope, sincerely hope that the president doesn't share his wife's views... |
That one my auntie helped me collect without any verification by anybody counts? ![]() None in 10... seems more likely, depends on what a valid licence is. |
The man is just trying to dig up sources to link their stolen money as coming from should in case he and is wife are forced to declare their assets. He is not even sharp... |
Now GEJ is trying to scheme a way out of it should it become inevitable to declare his assets. tief tief mentality |
God help us. A friend who witnessed the event as it unfolded said the dead man in White shirt had a wedding ring - on his fourth finger from the thumb on his left hand! He also said it was a gun battle between the police and the robbers. There was a terrible go-slow and the police had created a path for their cars like they normally do. Nobody knew they were actually responding to an ongoing robbery incident. One of the police men was shot by the robbers and had to be rushed away. |
At my place of work, they call it it attracting the best people...If I know you are good and won't mess up on the job I reco you if there is a job opening that you are interested in and I get paid 250,000 naira if you successfully scale probation after 3 months. You still do tests and interviews though and only get the job if you pass the stages. That is how I got my job too...it is a cycle...not a vicious one. |
as my yoruba friends will say, "o pari" |
This probably occurs in many places but I only observed this in PH when I worked there -I had gone out of my way to ask questions about what was not really my business. On Saturdays, myself and a friend always met at this roadside restuarant (the one you draw back a lace curtain to enter) and I jokingly asked the Madam/owner why her girls/waitresses dont stay long as I always see new faces and if it was because they get pregnant on the job as i had observed. My friend kicked my knee. The madam just smiled and didnt say anything. My friend later told me they come from the village to stay with Aunty who hooks them up and sells the fruits. Am like |
Was there even any deliberation by the NYSC administration or the presidency not to send people to these violent states? Am now convinced the Nigeria is in the hands of the insane. |
At least we will remember GEJ for one thing: He was the president when Nigeria collapsed...and he did not give a Damn. |
GEJ does not gve a damn about himself so we should know he doesnt care about these companies. To him, these companies/people are being distracted from doing their work |
List of Federal Rascals Against United Nigeria's Development: 1) GEJ |
President GEJ will wake up one day from his DONT-GIVE-A-DAMN dream or whatever dream he is in to find out Nigeria has been packaged, shipped and sold. He is a mentor to many eager people hanging around him who are desperate for some share of the national cake and he will be beaten at his game. |
supereagle: The lawyers, said that most people go into marriage without prior knowledge of marriagethat is to say without prior or past experience ![]() |
What if he had illegally collected 620,000 dollars, or stolen billions of pension fund or inflated contracts at NPA? He would have been ordered to die many times, or go scot free and awarded a national honour? 9ja for show |
kcjazz: Funny people, didn't we have Lula visit Nigeria few years ago, why is this suddenly a great achievement? abi na because na female presidoExactly... I was going to ask if Brazilians didn't know Nigeria existed until now |
It surely is good to have Santa Claus as president. All the naughty boys and girls are getting daily Keresimesi presents.
You beat me to it: President GEJ Santa Claus It appears the man's job is not a responsible one. Or rather it's only responsibility is to appoint inept and corrupt people.. |
hillsate: Mr president sir, everyone has the capacity to be sad and thats not what we elected (elected?)you for. SIMPLE! THANK YOU...MY BROSIS? FROM ANODA MOTHER |
I will keep saying it with my tiny voice. The cause of all this problem is president Jonathan. He is so annoyingly incapable. I doubt if he knows the meaning of corruption. What else is he when it under his presidency that corruption is growing wings rapidly. He does not seem to know he has a job to do - which is to affect positively the lives of the ordinary man, the man that struggles to put food on his family's table; the man who has no savings to handle whatever life decides to throw at him down the line...Jonathan should be asked to leave quietly as he has no idea, he's completely clueless. He thinks he is in government for the people (his friends or the Nigerians he remembers their faces). How can a man except he is clueless not know he should let the common man know where he stands on the only program that seems to be taking root in Nigeria - corruption; He should be the leader and show some leadership by acting it. He needs to wake up or it will be too late and he will find himself governing a non-existent state. |
This Lawan of a man is finished. The question now is: Are Otedola's companies truly not guilty of the subsidy fraud? |
It is GEJ and his govt's fault...his business-as-usual, my-friends-should-be-OK, laissez-faire attitude towards corruption is fuelling it's spread at an unbridled rate |
Stadium......Really? We should care after other sectors are sorted Education Sector....lives ruined = undetermined Health Sector...lives ruined = undetermined Electricity supply failure...lives ruined = undetermined Unemployment = Undetermined Road Transport..lives ruined = Undetermined Air Transport...lives ruined = Thousands (low estimate) |
Is this meant for the Joke section? Or rather does Sun newspaper now have a Joke section? If this is true, Mikel had better stay away otherwise his pocket will be lighter after leaving National Assembly! |
May the souls of the departed RIP. As Sonala Olumhense aptly put it 6 yrs ago: "Mercifully, we are not able to see the graphic effects of the failures in agriculture, or education or health. We cannot see horrifying images of the failures in the National Economic Empowerment and Development Strategy (NEEDS), or in the sub tenanted battle against corruption. But in last week’s crash, we have a brutal reminder of how reforms that are not implemented may come back to haunt Nigeria. A plane crash is graphic, violent and tragic, and nobody likes to think about it, let alone of being in one. As a metaphor, however, it is the ultimate image. ... Last week’s crash is a graphic reminder of the poor road network in our country where not only are people slaughtered unacknowledged everyday, but thousands of man-hours are routinely lost as people sit in traffic. It is a reminder of the chaos in the Delta, and of the poverty and hunger and high unemployment." http://saharareporters.com/column/changing-tires-sky-sonala-olumhense-republished-honour-dana-air-crash-victims |
Nigerians are useless people. Do they not have any demands off of the government than change of names? Instead of taking GEJ and his minions to task on resolving societal issues and all failed facets of life in Nigeria they are arguing about MAU. Every aspect of life in Nigeria is horrible, just that the failure of education sector, financial sector etc can not manifest in sudden huge loss of lives as we see in the aviation sector, Nigeria would not exist anymore |
He thinks he is making people around him eat, merry and happy - just watch how he will be mistaken for steak... |
The guy is down to earth..no airs guy and the wife is his friend and not an acquaintance he has to impress... |
What about people who do not identify with any particular ethnic group. I have names from 3 ethnic groups. My great grandparents both sides of my family migrated from separate ethnic groups and their great grandchildren are just nigerians... Forms requiring home state are filled depending on which state one is living in at that point...confusing, I know. |
Like she was representing anybody at the event. |
Haba...because the VC died at 62, all lectures should be retired at 62. Not necessarily any cause and effect here. May his soul Rest in Peace. |
