caprini1:No pics? |
overdrive:See opulence! |
If he's the best i pity the rest! ![]() |
What's the aim of this thread? To mock Igbos? |
Great2017:Bros, it's been 'suspended' till the second coming of Christ! ![]() How's that for a resumption date!? ![]() |
Awol1:That's politics for you! |
Ballmer:No matter how you slice and dice it, the only two times Nigeria went into recession were when your god was at the helm of affairs! You can chew and ruminate on that! ![]() All this talk of GEJ, his 'wives', Dasuki and Allison looting is all diversionary talk to try and cover the crass incompetence of Buhari and his team....they just haven't got a clue! Buhari has been president for more than four years now; if this accusation of looting billions of dollars by GEJ and his team was true, then it would be a cut-and-dry case in court and the monies would have been recovered by now. So care to tell us how much has been recovered from the people you mentioned.....monies so huge that its being pilfered threw a once 'biggest economy in Africa' into recession? A more pertinent question though would be.....we now have Buhari almost completing his 4 years in office, and according to you the incidence of corruption has now been reduced to its barest minimum; the price of oyel has been above budgeted estimates for at least the past two budget cycles; we now have a 'performing' president and team navigating the economy; billions of dollars stolen by GEJ, his 'wives', Dasuki and Allison have now been recovered (like i said earlier, you must have recovered these billions since you sound so confident you have proof they were stolen in the first place)! If all this is the case, shouldn't our socio-economic fortunes have not only improved, but surpassed the levels they were during the GEJ, Yar'Adua and OBJ years? Tell you what....let's go ask the man on the street. He would be able to give us an unbiased assessment of things! ![]() |
ckenneths:Couldn't they take some time and effort to make this place look appealing? ![]() |
Watching NTA Network News, and just seen a 2019 APC campaign promo on the newly built Abuja Metro system. They showed one or two new stations, air conditioned trains and spoke to a couple of commuters. At the end of the promo, they showed a smug picture of Buhari grinning from ear to ear....no mention of GEJ whatsoever! |
mktinsight:Obiano is into what....his 6th year in office now? Like-play-like-play he will finish his two terms as governor, and we'd still be dreaming of having a world-class int'l airport...a working river port....well laid out inner city roads.....the new 'Dubai' he talked of....reticulated water and gas supply to homes and industrial clusters; etc. The only areas i'm scoring him high is in agriculture.....attracting diaspora investments.....and to an extent; security! I'm yet to see the new Onitsha, Awka and Nnewi i had hoped to see with his coming in as governor. |
israelmao:The wealthy and connected are living in a bubble...their reality is different from the reality of the average Nigerian on the street that's dodging bullets, kidnappers and wondering where the next meal for him and his kids will come from! These greedy politicians are only concerned about 2019. You and i are just an annoying inconvenience they have to contend with! |
Flattino:Which part of PDP? Is it the part that has ported to APC? |
DanielOc:Mr Igwemezie said he'd been knocking on doors in Nigeria for the past 18 months, yet has got no response from the federal gov't. Anyone surprised? I ain't! He should have known the character of the gov't he's dealing with, and not bothered himself! They'd rather award a billion dollar contract to a total foreigner than allow a 'nyamirri' get rich from such a one-off, big ticket project. Rather, i think he should reach out to regional economic organisations like the one Prof Barth Nnaji said was in talks to build a regional rail network in the south east. |
resurgent2019:Hehehehe ![]() I don't wanna say it but we told you so! ![]() |
Looks like they're going over every aspect of his life with a fine tooth comb! They're determined to find something that'll stick! |
aniomafirstson:Just goes to show how Igbo haters will always find a reason to blame us for all the misfortune that befalls their Nigeria! Anioma, Ikwerre, etc, are Igbo or not depending on their agenda at any given point in time! |
Abioye92:Then you turn the page and are confronted with the scene of a bigot screaming in a Igbo mans face that the Igbo can never be president of Nigeria! Asked why so, the bigot will say that the Igbo haven't finished paying for the 'Igbo coup' of 1966! |
Shookonekilla:It's up to Edonians (is that how Edos are called?) to promote their own city/state. |
dbos11:What's 'beautiful' about those first couple of pics? They just show built up areas with hardly any greenery! |
I hope this man wins! Then again, i'm reminded that this is Nigeria; the electorate may overwhelmingly back a candidate, but there are other.....shall we say 'factors' that take precedence in deciding the eventual outcome of the election! ![]() |
For the sake of his wife and kid, i wouldn't say what's on my mind. They've suffered enough! You have to wonder why it's mainly southern soldiers that make up most of the casualties, yet it's the core muslim north that controls the army! |
BiafraIShere:Don't mind the guy! He's scrapping the bottom of the barrel as he hunts for flattering pics to try and prove Ikeazu is working! ![]() |
Sarkin:What's your own, state let's see how its capital compares with Umuahia! After that, we'll compare the second prominent city in the state to Aba! ![]() |
CROWNWEALTH019:Bros, Sherlock Holmes ain't got nuthin on you! ![]() |
Okoroawusa:You're not making any point! Gidgiddy has stated his reason why he thinks Mazi Kanu is being held against his will by the fulani gov't of Buhari! Now you state your own reason why you think Mazi Kanu is chilling in London! |
xbernardx:So you believe Orji Uzor kalu? Which passport did Mazi Kanu use to travel to the UK since the federal gov't are holding his passport? Also, did his parents who are also missing follow him to London or did the choose the sunnier Bahamas? Fani Kayode has said Mazi Kanu is being held by the federal gov't against his will; why do you disbelieve this and choose to believe the one told by Uzor Kalu? |
This is not gonna end well! ![]() |
Evablizin:I love that song! ![]() Onye ma echi...onye ma echi....onye ma uwa! Echi di imeeeeeee! ![]() |
Gabriel004:Dude, please tell me you're joking! ![]() You ever heard of the saying, 'placing the cart before the horse'? The Biafrans/Igbo haven't been given the referendum they've been asking for, never mind finally seceding; resources from Igboland are still being exploited by Nigeria...all this is still in place yet you call a meeting at Arewa house and demand Igbos leave the north!? Besides, you do realise the Christian middle-belt disassociated themselves from that call as was to be expected, leaving only the hardcore, northern Islamists? Personally, i wanted them to make good on their threat to expel Igbos from the north, but you and i know they were just bluffing! Any action by them to follow up on their threat would have handed IPOB the cause they were looking for to push for secession and the abokis were well aware of that fact! |
Radiant1020:Nigerian my black arsse! He's a Yoruba...let them celebrate their own! You think quota-system and federal character, not to talk of the corruption and rot that pervades the entire Nigerian system would have allowed him progress and reach the pinnacle of his chosen profession had he been in Nigeria!? The opportunities he utilised would probably have been given to some privileged, uninterested desert-dweller in the name of 'it's own turn'! |
Midastorch:That's Nigeria for you! It's just a collection of disparate and bickering ethnic groups at each others throats.....cobbled together by the greedy, plundering colonial Brits for ease of administration and exploitation of resources! Nothing else! Now we have a supposed head of state of the entire conglomerate of tribes choosing a foreigner over his supposed 'compatriot' just because said foreigner is his fellow Fulani! Ordinarily Nigerians are supposed to be outraged, but not Midastorch who is wondering what all the fuss is about, and is struggling to see how his darling Buhari has done anything wrong! As far as he's concerned, the story may be true, but the whiners need to STFU as their whining wouldn't stop his god 'winning' next year! ![]() You couldn't make it up! ![]() |
