When a rape incident hit the news, the rapist will be criticized by many and people will be asking why he couldn't pay a prostitute to satisfy himself sexually.
Now, a man carries a prostitute with the hiccups of supposed payment and instead of addressing the main problem, you are busy criticizing his actions of engaging with a prostitute.
It's sad really. Humans can never be satisfied

I'm sorry to say, you are the one that can't comprehend.. Stop making conclusions after read 1st paragraph. Did you even read the expulsion letter?
I can call out my Local Govt Chairman if the road to my house is bad. But the moment I put it there that my Local govt Chairman diverted the money meant for road works without having evidence then I should be expecting a law suit.
Calling out the school is a very good thing. In fact everyone in the school may support his claims but where is the 'Substantial Evidence'?
Let him call for a legal redress if he has evidence and was illegally expelled. It was in the expulsion letter that he couldn't provide evidence at the meeting the disciplinary committee invited him to, hence his expulsion.
You are illiterate pure and simple.
I am not suggesting that you can't recognize individual words but the meaning are beyond your understanding.

If your chairman keeps budgeting millions every year and nothing to show for it.
It is within your rights to ask questions, be angry and even assume that the money is going elsewhere.

Fortunately, the letter is open for all to read and this hero was even more considerate by refusing to call the VC
the outright thief that he is.

This young hero didn't behave like the many cowards we have here.
He identified a problem, place the blame with its lies and proffered solution.

It is possible that you still don't get it but I can help you much further.

He was not asked to provide proof of incompetence against the management. Incompetence is not the same as dishonesty, shameless sycophancy, and misappropriation that he ignorantly accused the management of. And being competent does not mean someone cannot misappropriate funds or be dishonest.

Please, read. Reading does not kill.

Before you come out in the open to make allegations against a School management in Nigeria, you need to have solid evidence. When you have them, the best thing is to forward them to popular blogger or online news papers telling them you want to remain anonymous. This is the way to go. Another way is to open an anonymous facebook account and publish these informations there

You need evidence. Written, audio, video evidence. If you have evidence you have no problem. He was invited to the School Disciplinary Committee so that they could find out if he actually have evidence. These guys know that all his allegations might be right and they will find a way to deal with the culprits quietly but again, he should have been wise enough. He should have had a backup plan because I know that he knows the consequence of his actions is outright rustication.

I commend his courage but I wish he was able to present evidence. The evidence would have helped him to hire a good lawyer, sue the university for millions of damages and whoops he becomes a millionaire even if the case takes forever. He will win the case but without evidence, the allegations are just mere allegations.
You have fallen for the management's propaganda.
Which evidence do you want him to present?
Is he not a student suffering from a lack of transportation and also SARS arrestment?

Didn't the VC budget millions every year for transport purposes?
Why was there no improvement?

The management cannot deny any of the facts stated in the open letter.
A good lawyer can extract millions in damages from the school management for illegal expulsion.
EducationRe: FUNAAB Expels Michael Adewale Ifemosu For Writing Open Letter To VC On Facebook by Xisnin(m):
BluntBoy:
Why do you people find it hard to read?

It is there in the OP the reason why he was expelled.

He was not expelled because he mentioned the transportation malaise or the police harassment. He was expelled because he could not substantiate the allegations questioning the integrity of the management and staff of the university.
You can read but can't understand.

He was expelled based on the letter he wrote.
The letter is up there on the first page, yet you are parroting the management's stupid excuse.

It is foolishness to ask someone to substantiate their view of an administration and any deep thinker
knows the implication of such inanity.

If the road in your street is bad and nothing is done about it and you described your chairman of being incompetent despite receiving allocations.
Does it make sense for anyone to ask you to substantiate your "allegation" of the chairman being incompetent
when the bad road is enough pointers to his managerial disability?

Many of us have the ability to read beyond what is on a page and I suspect you are just pretending otherwise.

Even if he can't be reinstated, he must seek legal damage for illegal expulsion because the management
has foolishly backed itself into a corner. I will gladly donate to such a course of action.

Do u know in court of law in any nation, thr is punishment for false accusations? Do you know that similar case like this was posted on social media last year about a graduate and a lecturer in lautech? That even thou the guy had graduated, for not be able to come and substantiated is claims, his certificate was suspended and remains invalid till now?
There is no punishment for a false allegation even though laymen believe there is.
And from his letter, it is impossible to prove any of his points wrong.

"Buhari is a bad president and incompetent" is not a false allegation.
But "Buhari stole $90 billion" may or may not be false.
Even if it is false, the court cannot convict any suspect for "false allegation".

His only loyalty to Buhari is as a fellow dictator.
An ordinary committee chairman who arrogated absolute power to himself.
He ordered illegal raid without warrants, seize money and properties of suspects and never
remit any to the government he claimed to be working for.
It was almost comical when we discovered that he forged his WAEC just like his principal.

I do not support kidnapping and given the range of dangers victims of kidnapping are exposed to I do believe it is not too much to pass law and make kidnapping a felony crime with death sentence.

However, considering the circumstances that sorround the kidnap of 9 children, and many more in ongoing discoveries, I think this law has ethnic and religious coloration to it and is dangerous.

Concerned Nigerians should raise voice and appeal to Kano Govt not to apply the law retroactively.
The law can't apply retroactively to those already arrested.
There is nothing wrong with the law since it is against all forms of kidnapping and kidnappers

compare the Mopha situation with this post. Did Efcc make any public announced inviting the public to tender evidence against Mopha as they are doing with hushpuppi and co now? Mopha never expected to be arrested on the day he came to the airport. The plan was already in place to pick him up whenever he steps into the country. He won't have had such expensive wristwatches and other jewelries on him. Efcc were discrete with Mopha and mopha had no chance unlike this issue of hushpuppi and co. Let there be less publicity with our security investigations so as not to scuttle it
You just confirmed my point.
There is no single info on that post.
EFCC gave their standard response of asking for petitions from online activists.
Go to the Twitter handle and accuse someone of a crime, you will get the same response
and you will be asked to submit a petition.

FYI, Mompha ran to Nigeria after he knew about his impending arrest.
Nothing was secret to him. He was only banking on luck to be left alone but the EFCC decided
to focus on him.

I repeat, there is nothing with EFCC's response. There is no single intel in that post.
What is even more important is that all those names listed have not been convicted of any crime.

if the arrested Mopha had info like this about himself, do you think he would have easily been arrested in a Nigerian airport? It would have involved interpol and extradiction and these are complex processes. With this info, do you think hushpuppi will even be coming to Nigeria soon? He will even be trying to cover all evidence against him.
Which info are you talking about?

this isn't peculiar to efcc. We have seen cases where criminals were paraded before the media even when a search is still on for their accomplices. We have seen news media publishing the next move of the military. This is wrong.
Parading criminals is standard practice except in extreme cases.
Nigeria law enforcement agencies do secretly hold high profile terrorists but you won't know because they aren't paraded.

All the Yahoo boys currently being tried by the FBI have accomplices who are at large but that didn't stop them from
being paraded(mugshots) and tried in public court.

This is why other civilised countries are always scared and skeptical about sharing intel with Nigeria. We put everything in the news and scuttle investigations. I expected Efcc to have been carrying out discrete investigations on suspected individuals even without any petition or public knowledge. Prosecution will start after gathering enough evidence. America investigates even the Potus without his knowledge.

Are the Governors, ministers and public officers who steal our money and intimidate us with sirens everyday live inside prison?
