useless and jobless idiots, through an accident of history thier fedora hat brother became president, the clueless Jonathan did not know what to do with power for 6yrs, the so called militants forgot thier struggle, in large numbers they abandoned the creeks and trooped to abuja, they were fed with our commonwealth, the militants became pot belied, the shoesless one did nothing for his region, no infrastructures in Niger/delta, ex militants fed fat from the federation account, the average ijaw cannot think outside crude oil, this oil boom will soon turn oil doom, the ijaws are very free to go back to the creek, but they will be up against a rebranded army, whose oga does 1000 push ups and plays with python.
Look at what this ignoramus is saying. Through an accident their Fedora Hat brother became president? It is through an accident of history that the Niger Deltans found themselves a part of the unholy union called Nigeria. Talking about common wealth, what common wealth do you have? It is the Oil and gas wealth of these people that you have been using to sustain this fraud called Nigeria for the last 45 years. Some of the Niger- Deltans deserve the insult heaped on them for being so myopic. We Igbos told them to join us in a struggle to leave Nigeria but some of them with slave mentality choose to remain in this British created fake contraption called Nigeria.

The unfortunate thing in this picture is that the other officer, Lt Colonel Usman Katsina knew that his fellow northerners were planning to kill Ironsi but he said nothing to his Boss. Ironsi was killed a few days later after this picture when he was in Ibadan.

i find it very very very hilarious that you mentioned asari dokubo. That fat obesed fool that went to build his university in benin republic whilst neglecting his poverty stricken people in the ND. The mofo cant even run a distance of 1km

Do you think PMB doesnt know what he was doing when he appointed a Niger Deltan as the new Chief of Naval Staff. All your creek thugs would be brutally wiped out within the fraction of a second
Why would Asari build his school in Nigeria where his investment is not safe? You want him to build it in Lagos so that one day the Yorubas will remember " Na our land" "Leave Lagos". You want him to go and build it in the SS? So the Government can raid and confiscate the investment whenever they are looking for Dokubo? His School is much better suited outside Nigeria in a peaceful Country like Benin Republic.

Its funny that these Nigerians are saying "try anything and we will crush you!" Your so called Military couldn't crush mend or Tompolo when they were fighting in the creeks, your Government went to beg for negotiation. Your Government couldn't crush Shekau even though everybody in the world knows where he is, your Government is already begging for negotiations. The Nigerian Army has no credit of winning any battle in Nigeria without international support. The Niger Deltans should stop their agitation for resource control and start agitating for their own country ( either in Union with Igbos or not) ,that is the only way they will ever control their resources.

Buhar came to national attention by becoming a successful coup plotter, not because he worked hard to merit it. The Murtala coup, the Dimka coup and his own coup made him, Governor, Minister and president. If Buhari had never joined the army , he might have just been another "Fulani Cow hearder" we see on the express way

There is no going back on Igbo sovreignty. We Igbos are are a tribe of 35 to 50 million people. Ghana is just a country of 28 million. Why should I as an Igbo man still be in Nigeria looking at the face of a Yoruba or Hausa man? I deserve my own indepedent country and the right to administer my own affairs. A Hausa man has no business being the president of an Igbo man. If anybody should be the president of an Igbo man, it should be an Ijaw, Ibibio, Ogonis etc who closest to Igbos in terms of proximity and culture. Nothing will ever change the fact that Nigeria is a fraud and a referendum will be conducted to decide its future
Politics › Re: ‪historyclass‬: Who Sold (what Became) Nigeria To The British For £865k In 1899? by zendy: 9:15pm On Jul 22, 2015
Mexense:
Let me get this. . .

The sale of the region now known as Nigeria, happened cos of the attrocities committed in the south by the now Niger Deltans and the British.

In other words, the North had no part to play in any of the transactions.
And to continue the history........ The Royal Niger Company recruited Lugard to lead the West African Fronteer Force to protect the interests of the company as well as personnel. It was with this Army that Lugard took over the area now known as Nigeria. Lugard appreciated that he was dealing with different ethnic groups with different norms so he used the River Niger as a demarcation point and at the suggestion of his then girlfriend, later wife, Flora Shaw, called those North of the River "Nothern protectorate of Nigeria" and those in the south "Southern Protectorate" Both having two separate Governors. Lugard became the Governor of the Northern Protectorate and in 1914, for purely administrative and economic convenience and without seeking the approval of the indigenes made one of the worse decisions in history by amalgamating the North and South Protectorates. Lord Lugard then became the first Governor General.

No amount of Nairaland or Facebook referendum will have any substantial impact until the SE lawmakers and elite become vocal about their support for this Biafra enterprise. I am curious as to why the SE elite are quiet about this? They can at least match Kanu's noise till they get their desired referrendum and give their agitation some real teeth, rather making noise all over the Radio and Facebook.
You are curious? Do you think that Biafra is about the elite? It is about the common Man out there. The elite are doing well in Nigeria, they will never support Biafra or anything that returns autonomy to the people. Unfortunately for them, Biafra is about what the majority want and not about the privileged few.

Oh shut up man. I have watched the video. Ojukwu was holding his plate and was eating and Gowon came over with his spoon and started sharing with him uninvited. It is a tragedy because this same Gowon signed an agreement with Ojukwu on that same day right in front of the Ghanain President, General Ankarah to avert wat only for the same treacherous Gowon to return to Lagos and abandon the agreement. This led Ojukwu declaring Biafra and the war that followed. Gowon directly caused the war.

Isn't that the bigger fraud?
Why not biafra for ibos alone?
There is nothing "mini" about Biafra Biafra as it will home country of over 60 Million people. Yes is will have different ethnic groups but the difference here is that those ethnic groups will "freely" accept to be part of the Biafran project or they stay back in Nigeria. Unlike Nigeria where everybody is forced to be Nigeria wether they like it or not. Biafra was never about the Igbos alone, Igbos just happen to be the majority.

A DEAD COUNTRY FORMERLY CALLED BIAFRA by Chinedu Ukeh
Any sensible and wise igbo man should know that Biafra died and was buried 48 years ago.You are a collosal idiot if you claim to be agitating for a Biafran state now. Ojukwu contested for the seat of the president several times and got very few votes from the igbos that claim to be 25 million in population.Just 3 months ago,Chekwas and Onovo contested as igbo people, but the foolish and most stupid and hypnotised igbos in their millions rooted and voted for GEJ an ijaw man from Otuoke and threw their own igbo brothers into the gutter. The ijaws and GEj are more responsible to each other than the igbos yet they are at peace and are not talking about seperation.GEJ's loss is not even giving them headache and yet the igbos want to drink phensic for them. You shout Biafra, you carry Nigerian passport, you shout Biafra you spend the naira, you shout Biafra and you call your self Ezendigbo in your host community who recognise you as a Nigerian, you shout Biafra yet you have Reps in the senate and hous of Rep.representing you and your constituency.Have you ever asked yourself why those Reps of yours glue themselves to the billions of naira coming from Abuja while you the chief whip of morons keep hoping and day-dreaming for a biafran state. Why not go to NASS and protest forcefully against them so they will leave NASS which belong to Nigeria and then join you in your agitation for a Biafran nation since they are fellow igbos like you.
When GEJ recently said that the unity of Nigeria is not negotiable, why didn't you protest and call for his head, since he as a fellow Biafran according to you now could issue statements against your hopes and dreams.Yet you hailed, cheered and clapped for him on this statement. You cited myopic reasons of high cost of living, lack of job, poor economy, lack of infrastructures, killings ect behind your clamour for independence. If I may ask you,is it only the igbos that have been experiencing all these negative conditions or a cross section of Nigerians and her various other tribes?.Did all these problems you now give as reasons start in the last 60 days of Buhari's tenure?.What have your senators,Reps, governors and other high ranking government officials been doing with the funds allocated for your overall development and wellbeing?.Why don't you hold them accountable for your woos?.Don't you understand they are the major reason behind your problems?.Don't you understand they are the reason behind your poor or lack of infrastructural developments?.Don't you understand they have been embezzling your state and regional funds?.Don't you still understand they are deceiving you by urging you to be agitating for a Biafran nation while they are secretly sharing the loots under Nigerian government?,laughing behind you and calling you a big fool. Each time you look at the federal leadership structure, you see the igbos adequately represented even to the envy of other tribes.Their agitation for a seperate independent state of their own therefore remain an unsolved mystery to many. If you think any body is marginalising you, your igbo leaders are and not Nigeria.
Bros/Sis,you are very very sick and need either urgent medical attention or spiritual deliverance.Yours is indeed an absolute case of emergency.I weep for igbo people, suddenly a generation without sense and wisdom now mingle with us.I pray that someday those hypnotised and gullible igbo homo sapiens will become composmentis.in the dying days of Ojukwu,he truly wished for a strong united Nigeria which is practically achievable with great understanding. He never at any point in time gave any body instructions to pursue vendetta.
You see your life?!!!,you rooted for an ijaw man from Otuoke, voted for him died for him and right now in your grave. He urged you on,he and his people told you you are one and together in the presidential election.Today, they are mute over your own Biafran agitation and instead stick inseparably to N-I-G-E-R-I-A.if I may ask you,to where has the TOGETHERNESS gone?..CAN YOU NOW SEE YOU ARE VERY FOOLISH IN REALITY?.

This write up seems like that of a kid who just left secondary School. How is it that so many Africans still have 'slave mentality' in this 21st century? The guy said Biafra is dead? The war might have ended 45 years ago, but Biafra never really went away. It has slowly built momentum and now, the agitation has has come to fore. He said that the Igbos didn't support Ojukwu with their votes. While I don't know what Ojukwus political ambitions has to do with Biafra, I will categorically say that Igbos voted massively for Ojukwu both times he aspired to be president but we were all living witness to how he was blatantly rigged out by PDP in the South-East. He said that in the last election, we Igbos did not vote for other Igbos in the race like Okorie and Onovo. What would have been the point of voting these men when they had no realistic chance of winning? Every body knew that the only two people who had any chance of winning was Buhari or GEJ, all others were just there to make up the numbers. Even if all the Igbos had voted for Okorie, he still wouldnt have won and the Igbos would have just wasted their votes for nothing and helped Buhari get a bigger margin of victory. Ijaws are next door neigbours of the Igbo, we see them as brothers. It is only natural for Igbos to support GEJ over the Daura cattle rearer. This myopic individual asked why we are using Naira and Nigerian passport if we are agitating for Biafra. Is he well? Until we have our own nation, we will have use those things but when we have our sovereign nation, they will be the first things to go. He talked about NASS reps agitating for a better deal for Igbos. Why should we be agitating for a better deal in Nigeria when we can do much better in our own country? Everybody knows that those NASS members are only in Abuja for "their pockets". Biafra is not just about marginalisation and corruption in Nigeria. A huge part of the reason for agitating for Biafra is letting the Igbos and certain minorities in the South-South decide their own destiny. It is their choice if they are Nigerians and denying them their right to choose is tantamount to making them slaves and no true Igbo man worth his salt will accept this. Nigeria is just a fabrication of the White man. My great-Grandfather was an Igbo man but he was never a Nigerian. He got up one morning and heard that Lugard had "baptised" him a Nigerian without permission. That illegal act of foisting an illegal 'identity' on people is what Biafra is here to correct. We Igbo hardly ever heard of the Yorubas and Hausas before the coming of the White man. We knew the Ijaws, the Ibibios,Ananags etc and traded with them, even intermarried. So on what basis is the Yoruba or Hausa man my brother? Because Lord Lugard said so? Not good enough. There is no going back on Biafra. We must be free of the White man contraption called Nigeria and hopefully, with certain minorities of the South-South who are as tired of Nigeria as we Igbos are. Anyone who knows the Facebook wall of the "foolish slave" who did the write up above should please post this on his wall.

The underlying question I like to ask people who say this is was Nigeria created through peaceful and legal means?. Naturally, I would rather want a peaceful restoration of Biafra but let's all not forget that Nigeria has no legitimacy. Nigeria was created when Lugard and his Army called the West African Fronteer Force invaded this part of west Africa and forced different tribes, some who didn't even know each other ( most Igbos didn't know who the Yorubas were before Lugard came). The process of creating Nigeria was bloody, fraudulent and illegal.

But what did you expect?.... It was a war!!!
I find it totally absurd that igbo's would rather demonize the federal Govt instead of admitting that their leaders were also to blame for thier suffering during the civil war.... If ojukwu had surrendered after the first 1 year of d war, most of d suffering would have been averted. But no... He chose to let his people starve than to surrender..... While Biafrans were starving, ojukwu refused to allow aide agencies deliver aid unless they paid him cash in addition to the aid.... Can u imagine?
The truth is Nigeria isn't perfect... We are facing a lot of challenges as a Nation... But all countries faced these challenges at one point or the other... And these challenges are better faced united than devided... Our biggest problem is not that we are multi ethnic or a multi religious nation, no!.... But our problem remains that our leaders lack the moral and political will to bring about meaningful development.
Before you start asking for republic of Biafra, arewa republic, oduduwa republic or what ever the hell u'd like to call ur ethnic states; please first of all ask ur governors what they've done with what they've been receiving from the fed govt.... Ask yourself this qstn... Can I really trust this people with more money?
Ask urself what is really the problem? What or who is responsible for my present condition?... Is it because a Hausa man is the president? Or is it because my Governor has taken the money allocated to build class rooms for my children and instead used it to buy houses abroad?
Demand accountability from ur leaders at all levels....
In conclusion the average Hausa man on the street in Kano is not the enemy of the Igbo trader in Enugu, but instead they are both victims of the Same oppressor.... The oppressor that has denied ur children access to education, ur wives access to health care, ur graduates access to employment.....
That oppressor is Corruption... Even if Nigeria is devided into a million pieces; if we don't stamp out corruption we will still leave in abject poverty....
Regardless of our tribes or ethnicities, our needs are the same; food on the table, education for our kids, employment for our youths, dignity for one another....
Fellow Nigerians.... What binds us is Much stronger than what separates us.... Do not succumb to hate and tribalism...
People like you never seem to understand the concept of Biafra. Biafra represents my right as a person to decide for myself if I want to be a Nigerian or not. Nigeria is a creation of the white man and that that white man has long gone back to Britain. It is now my right to either carry on with the creation of the white man or try something else.
