light099: I'm not a tiger, neither do I have to hold any horses. It only sounds somehow, if a whole human dies like you claim and even here on Nairaland, I've listed different solid options the neighbours could follow but nay, they chose to be looking for a moniker on Nairaland. Isn't that the reason why people fill forms when they pay for accommodation? They access her room to search her diary but they weren't smart enough to check her forms, ID cards etc for her next of kin?
Even if they can't access her locked phone, hasn't she gotten any call since from someone who's close to her? Or is her phone also locked from picking calls? Is weird though, if the neighbors are serious, they would easily get some reasonable information through the channels you mentioned. Someone even mentioned up there that he called the number but no one picked. Even if her phone is locked, can't they take out the SIM card and extract some numbers there to call? It is a bid confusing |

Originalsly: Hmmm..... this is backward.... very punitive. First... they need to place a fine for driving against traffic.... N100 000 or whatever. Vehicle in violation seized.... owner given his day in court. If guilty... given 14 days or whenever from day of judgement to pay fine in full. If unable to... then the vehicle is forfeited and sold at auction. This is how it's done in countries with well planned systems. I think all you have listed were tried here in Lagos, but people are intentionally stubborn. Then, such a fine was imposed and you go for training, pay training fees, buy training books but it didn't work. I am not sure this auctioning will still work. People can't just obey laws in this country |

Writing 'indentify in the same sentence with 'iliteate' in reference to someone's level of education does not make sense. To the topic, it is a good development as far as jobs are created and the airport brings in profit instead of the deficit many airports give in Nigeria. |

samonak: Ortom, had no input in stopping the coronation of Sardunna of Otukpo, It was a collective decision of the Idoma people, besides, it was the Deputy Governor, Benson Abounu that gave the proclamation that the ceremony be halted. Not Ortom. Secondly you asked what has D Mark done for Idoma people? The Oweto - Agatu bridge, who's brain child was it? The Federal University of Health sciences who initiated it? Under who's admin ( GEJ) granted D Mark didn't do much, but again u wouldn't blame him because it is not duty of the legislature to bring development projects ( it lies squarely with the Executive branch) rather their job is to initiate policies that would bring development. D Mark empowered many Idoma sons and daughters with federal appointments, Prof Adikwu was a VC in Uni Abuja ( mean while Idoma men can't be VC in Uni Agric n BSU) Engr Garuba Anebi was CG in Fire Service. AVM Monday Morgan( rtd) was Chief of Defence Intelligence. Abba Moro was a minister, D Mark used federal might to give many slots to Idoma ppl in para military and other government agencies, even slots meant for Tiv people ( since u people held the State, we kuku take federal, do me I do u man no go vex) This brings me to the question, what did Sen. Gemade and Akume do for Tiv people? How many federal appointments did they facilitate for Tiv sons n daughters? How many projects did they attract? Lastly, the fact that many Agatu people are Muslims doesn't mean the Fulani's have a permanent abode in Idoma land, the Fulani's by nature are nomads who move about n reside anywhere just as they do in Tiv land. You too are just speaking out of sentiments and not the core of the subject matter. He clearly states that, ranching is what they will be expected to do if they come to Benue. With ranching, the crises with farmers will not be there. This is what everyone in Nigeria is saying, Fulani should buy or rent land wherever they wish to live and ranch the animals, just like someone engage in fish, poultry etc farming. With that, the Fulani man can settle anywhere he wishes without crises. That is exactly what Ortom is saying |

Isn't it what we are all clamouring for that he said? Or don't you understand the meaning of ranching? If a fulani man buys land in Rivers and ranch his cows there, then there will be no crises of farmer-herder clashes. That is what Ortom is saying. There is a law that prohibit open grazing in Benue and the state government implements it to the latter. |

When you lose it, no one will ever take you serious again even with your good intentions. Not that people don't read, the Federal government has lost her reputation, credibility and her integrity. Therefore, no body is taking them seriously again. That is why if you are a leader in your local church, community, school, at home, at work etc Guide your reputation with all it takes because if you lose it, you are gone. When you lose your reputation and credibility, head lines is a enough to judge you because no body cares. It is really awkward reading comments where a commentator obviously didn't read the news |

BRATISLAVA: You are already disgracing yourself by believing everything in the story. You believe someone knows of the 7 times his neighbors wife got tested for her genotype, and he trusts her so much he can describe it accurately?
How are you to believe the man is really AS? The whole story is full of doubtful situations. The man could be SS. I know, it's hard for you to believe. Do not move from the point, you kept insinuating the man's genotype was hidden so as to blame the woman, while it was clearly mentioned in the story which you didn't read but pre planned to blame the man. It is no a question of if the story is true or not. It is a question of not reading before commenting, which is a great disservice to people following comments here. Assuming your theory of ss from the man is true, how come AA and SS birthed SS? If you wanted to question the validity of the story, you should have done that straight away. But, no you went straight to the man's jugular when he had not done anything wrong. |

So the wife is AS the man is AS as well |

If I understand the CP, the law is all about the effect of pregnancy on post graduation training in the specified period on women. A pregnant woman is limited on many things due to issues associated with pregnancy, both physical and psychological. From that point of view, it is difficult to effect it on men. |

kiddkash: dropping ever reliant Azpilicueta for Reece James was a bad decision. I get it, he wanted youth
always playing mount even when he was messing up. sometimes, coaches bench players so they don't get too ahead of themselves, but Lampard never did.
although Abraham seized his opportunities, he should have shown more respect to Giroud
having 3 left backs Marcos Alonso, Emerson, Chillwell still playing Azpilicueta at left back sometimes was terrible Idea.
beginning of the season, Always playing Werner up front was bad Idea. Werner doesn't lead attack, he plays the same position Mane plays which is why Liverpool didn't get Werner.
he doesn't know when to make substitutions.
his mishandling of Kepa situation.(he should have been ruthless and gotten rid of him)
he amount of funds that was given to him, Chelsea deserved a lot.
well I am happy about Chelsea's results Yes, but all these do not suggest nepotism towards Brits. May be we can agree he didn't have the technical know how to manage Chelsea. |

I admire his plan, but it made brits in his team to work less because they know they'll always have an opportunity just for showing up Please I am not a chelsea fan but I don't think he showed favouritism to Brits in my opinion. How many Brits were in that team to start with? How many Brits did he buy when he had opportunity to buy players? When Timo came, he was playing regularly, same with Carl. People complain about Mount playing but he ione of the few stand out players in this poor team. When Giroud picked form, he was playing regularly in the team as well, Tammy went back to the bench. When ever Ziyech is free from injury, he plays. Werner has played almost everywhere in the front but has failed to make any impact. It harsh to accuse him of nepotism in my opinion |
