For most Dutch Universities, minimum TOEFL requirement is 90 on the computer based test and its equivalent.
I need to know general qualification like GPA, test scores etc before I can advice you

My advice is that you apply to one of the very top global universities preferably in top 50 globally or top 3 in what ever country you are going because most companies prefers to recruit from top universities and you stand some chance of getting a job not guaranteed though if you go to a top school. As a foreigner and a black one for that matter, you just have to be smarter than the average white boy for an employer to take you serious because the potential employer have to prove to the government that there are no citizens qualified to do the job before you can be given a work permit

Why do you argue on things you're not sure of? I study at the Delft University of Technology, Netherlands and yes the school apply and get your visa approval from the Netherlands, if you meet the financial requirement which is either through your having being offered full scholarship like my own case or you have transferred the required fees to an account in the Netherlands.
When your visa is approved in the Netherlands, the school tells you to go to your embassy to pick it up. Its that straight as they will only ask you what you want to do in the Netherlands and thats all. Your visa is normally 100% guaranteed except there are inconsistencies in your application
Concerning admission, if you made a 2-2, forget about it and also I know people with GPA of 3.9 that couldn't get admission in my school and University of Twente. But if you have 3.8 GPA out of 5.00 and abve, you can apply for admission.

FYI, I stopped praying about 17years ago, when I started reasoning from thesame common sense i have been talking about since and today so many Nigerians will crave to live the good life I live today without wasting my time on prayer, but instead doing the right things I need to make my life better. I cannot not force you to help yourself live a better life since you have made up your mind that the only solution to your problem is prayer and not critical thinking of the cause of your problems and using hard work to solve them.
If you are all not ready to make your life better by trying something different from what you've been doing for the last 60years, I will not force you to.
How can you call yourself a christian and open your mouth to insult people with dissenting views from yours when all you needed to do was to give them reasons to see sense in what you're saying? For your information, I am black and so cannot be a racist against my own skin colour. But it is a pity that the so called common sense is so hard for people to use, and you are definitely one of those people that allow others to think for them hence making your brain to be a waste. The nigerian problem is caused by people like you who go to the church to pray and fast all the time and live a life that completely contradict what the basics of christianity is suppose to stand for. There is something called common sense and if you've worked in a multinational environment, After Action Review, where you analysed what you've been doing when there is a problem, look out for possible cause of the problem and put measure in place to prevent such problems from re occuring.
All Nigerians think of is praying and allowing few so call men of god to do the thinking for them because they want easy and quick fix solution to their problems. These so call men of god who are actually con men, take advantage of the docility of the black race because the black race have always refused to use their common sense to analyse problems around them to move forward. If at all there is a god, he has given you the most important thing you need to make your life better, which is your brain so its a pity that if you don't use the brain to make your life better, then you are actually a fool because no god will solve anything for you.
I cant understand how people will take the god of the people that brought slavery into their life serious. Millions of black race were sold into slavery and at thesame time converted to christianity, yet the the black man can not ask how it is possible for fellow men that brought such hatred and wickedness to them be worshiping a god that is as just and good as they claim.
American a nation founded on strict christian tenet had slavery till 1883 when president Abraham Lincoln emancipated the black race after a bloody civil water between the North and the Southern part of America and segregation existed after Emancipation Proclamation till the 1960's when the blacks actually matched into the street of America, to fight for their rights, under the leadership of Reverend Martin Luther King Jr.
Now back to the main issue, what have we achieved with all the praying and fasting we've been doing for the last 60years? Nothing to show for it. When Nigeria was less religious during the colonial era, there was a reasonable level of development compared to now that it is a completely religious nation (mainly christianity and Islam)
Most Europeans have long abandon the god they brought to Africans because it prevented them from progressing as a people for centuries because it prevented free thinking viz-a-viz common rules and teachings of the church and the result is there for all to see. Enough with praying and fasting because it is a complete waste of precious time and energy, instead the time spent in the church and mosque praying should be used thinking deeply on how best to solve your problem and work accordingly

Its so funny how Nigerians living abroad make comments about Nigeria, without knowing the level of suffering the people there are going through. I just came back to Europe on a trip to Nigeria and I must say that the level of suffering is something beyond the reasoning of a typical westerner, so it vexes when I see people in diaspora, saying nonsesnse about Nigeria and Nigerians when they live in a country where they are very comfortable. I was in Abuja and the pseudo Nigeria these politicians created for themselves is another deceit because a foreigner that comes to Abuja for the first time will think that all is well in Nigeria because light is constant, the roads are perfectly tared and things work generally. Coming down to Lagos and most other states, you will ask yourself if you are still in Nigeria because the government does'nt care about the development of other regions.
So if you want to support GEJ, go back to Nigeria and stop typing from your host country abroad, when you have no idea of what Nigerians are going through

Thank you for your last post. I keep on saying that the reason why Africans are suffering everywhere is because they have been placed where they are by their fellow wicked black men but people are quick to point finger on the white man. If we are fine in Africa, will anybody think of going abroad? To get job in Nigeria, preference is given to foreigners by a black boss. When a black man is in thesame position with a white man in Nigeria, the white man is paid far more than the black man, but if a black man is in thesame position with a white man in a white mans country, they are paid thesame amount.
Why do we treat the white men like a god? That is the basis of the problem. People run abroad to face racism and lack of human respect because their country doesn't have anything better to offer them. Africans need to come together and think of how to make their life better rather than looking up to Europe/America/China for solution because that is the only way we can get respect from other race.
Have you notice that Haiti, the only solely black country in America is as poor as a typical African country and they got their independence from France as far back as 1804, just 28yrs younger than the United State(1776) and we can see the difference in both countries

Religious problem is almost strictly an African problem as the west have outgrown this problem decades ago. Why cant people just reason objectively and ask basic question from the most common sense? Religion is a quick fix solution to problems which end up solving nothing but causing more complications, poverty and suffering like you have in Africa, waiting for god to come solve their problem and killing innocent people because of difference in faith.

Was it not thesame colonial masters that built the University of Ibadan, Yabatech, UNN, Unilag & ABU? Were these schools built to train Brits or Nigerians?Ask old men that attended university during the colonial era about the quality of education when they were taught by whites and compare with the current quality of education when blacks are in charge before you say they want us to remain ignorant.
Who developed the agricultural sector making Nigeria one of the largest producer of cocoa, cotton, palm kernel, groundnut & rubber in the world? Were all these things not done by thesame colonial masters that you paint as the devil? What happened to the railway system they left for us?

What the Libyan rebels are doing by attacking blacks indiscriminately is quite bad but  you also have to remember that blacks were brought into Libya by Ghadaffi to help him in his war effort so it is a naturant expectation for them to direct their anger on any black they see even though it is not justified and very wrong? Why do people always talk about African Union stand being the best for the continent? Look at Africa from North to South, East and West, all you see is extreme poverty of the black race and people still agree to have respect for the AU leadership. If you come to Europe and see how Africans suffer just to escape the bigger suffering in Africa, you will start becoming more pragmatic that the African problem is caused by Africans themselves and not the white man. Respect yourselves if you demand respect from the western world because why will Africans be struggling to come to Europe if the African continent has got more to offer them? The news you see about the African continent centers around poverty and nothing much which is really true, so why do we shy away from reality, instead of admitting we have problem and look for how to solve these problem? Instead we are always quick to say let us pray for Africa but do nothing practical to solve a man made problem which we have attached spiritually to.

I visited both UCL and Cranfield in July 2011, and will tell you to forget Cranfield. UCL certificate sells just because it is UCL. For job and your PhD consideration, the ranking of school is very important and that is where you see the benefit of going to a highly ranked school.

I accept correction on the terrorism statement. But telling me that the white man will come and solve our problem is the biggest mistake you're making. African leaders are millionaire at the expense of the suffering masses and you attribute the whole problem to slavery by the white race? I understand your problem with the imperialist nature of the west, but it is pending when we can advance ourselves like the Asians have done that we can get the much needed respect you crave for. US/UK all sanctioned the South African white dominated government against black oppression during the Apartheid era and never called Mandela a terrorist.

To be realistic don't you guys think Africa was better and working during the colonial era than things are now? Why do we keep on faulting the west when for about 50years of them allowing us to govern ourselves, we have proven to be greedy, self centered, and non reasoning in our approach to life and our fellow black race. I think it is unfair to always put the blame on the west when we fail to tackle and solve our problems from within.
As an African currently staying outside Africa where everybody care for their fellow country men, I keep on asking why we don't just reason straight and do things right for the sake of the masses rather than the politicians thinking they are demigod on earth, while the people celebrate them.
The British left a working Nigeria. What have our leaders done with the structures put on ground by our colonial masters? Sentiments should be remove from our analyses our problems otherwise we will still be in the same position in a hundred years to come.

Germany was in ruins and almost completely destroyed in 1945 after the fall of Berlin. It took the Germans less than 30years to become the 3rd largest economy in the world showing that with good governance and proper planning a nation would prosper, so your Ghanaian story is baseless.
