May god punish illiterate Buhari and his army of ignorant fools. The lazy backward brain dead Nigerians only remember people abroad to milk them for Dollar. For your information, most of that 21 billion Dollars remittance come from drug, prostitution, alcohol, gays etc. So before you condemn those abroad for going to jail or being executed in the course of their hustle, just understand that they're more useful to Nigeria than your sorry as*s.
Many abroad are in jail to remit those monies that illiterate Buhari uses to subsidise his fellow jihadi moslems and some useless christians to both Jerusalem and Mecca. Now he wants to resume giving Dollar to mallams from government purse. Why can't they buy and sell without government taking part? How many northerners are abroad to remit Dollars that will be handed over to mallams for mecca and BDC? |

Iweala is corrupt and in any sane country, she should be behind bars now or standing trial for her stealing! Don't mind them. This is a typical envy Yorubas have for successful Igbo ladies because their women are non achievers. Can you point one Yoruba woman in the calibre of Okonji Iweala, Oby Ezekwesiri, Chimamanda Aduchie, Aruma Ote, Dora Akunyelu, Mrs Odua etc? Yorubas marry them off too early, they reluctantly send them to school, they're more interested in staging best owambe in town than sending their girls to the best schools. This is quite opposite of Igbo families.... we send our girls to Harvard if we can afford it; thank God they have the brain to study too. The whole thing is simply envy. |

Goke7: Am actually see this as a great opportunity for Nigeria right now to get off oil. years ago it took Obj to deny lagos state its monthly allocation for the state to begin to think internally and today Lagos is the only state that does not need FG allocation to survive and pay its workers regularly. If obj had not been that cruel, perhaps Lagos would have been owing many months salary like other states, forget the economic capital ish, states like delta, akwa ibom and rivers should be giving Lagos a run for its money if they know what they are doing and are thinking inwardly like Lagos state.
Now is the time for Nigeria to get off oil if we are truly serious, oil is not a renewable resource in the first place, if many of the developed countries today are not oil producing nations so what's our problem, even african countries like kenya, ethiopia before we even talk about south africa are not oil producing nations yet they have functioning national air carriers that are world class.
Nigeria wake up, Life is not all about oil. This is our last opportunity to get off oil finally. Rubbish! Federal government built Lagos decades ago. Collecting taxes and rate from Lagosians is not a rocket science. FGN built 2 biggest airports in Nigeria in Lagos, 3 sea ports, every govt agency and ministry headquarters, 6 multi billion naira bridges, most of the highways, national stadiums, national theaters, headquarters of oil and gas companies, cities like Ikoyi, Ikeja, V. Island, industrial estates, housing estates, embassies, major industries, major hotels, even connected it with a gas pipeline etc. What state will have all those and fail to collect the tax? |

This is no tribal issue, I think Yorubas must have a rethink with the kwa kwa kwa mentality when it comes to handwork. The battle might come back to the SW. Should the Cross-states railways be completed, the Lagos-Ibadan, Lagos Abeokuta, Ilesha roads be fixed and Ambode continues with his speed, the PDP might forget about Lagos, Oyo and Ogun. Which form bulk of SW votes.
The sacking of Boko Haram has gotten the APC the NE
Luckily for the APC, by 2018, Nigeria will be refining a million barrels of crude daily (going from figures coming from Dangote refinery being built in Lekki and Oando being built in Badagary).
The road is hard for the PDP but then, they should not despair, they have almost 3 years to prepare. You mean the mythical Dangote refinery? Let me tell you something you don't know, Dangote is not building no refinery....it is a land grab scheme in Lekky. Reason is that no sane business man will build private refinery with oil subsidy still in place and away from the region where the crude comes from. He knows that Nigeria is still fragile and SS/SE youths can keep blowing the pipe line every week. Only those that have not touched money and done investment before will take Dangote Lekki project serious. |
