Did the driver of the camry give to you consent to upload the pictures showing his/her plate number?

what is the essense of this post now?
It’s a PUBLIC event on a PUBLIC street, and thus the driver has no right or expectation of privacy...

And the “essence of the post” is to forewarn others of the dangers of doing whatever the driver was doing. SMH

Indeed. I think they are not saying failed marriage caused IVY acceptance. I think they are saying despite the failed marriage, the pikin is turning out well. These are two different things, as you would agree.
Sorry but I still do not see any logical connection. Are you suggesting that kids of a failed marriage are expected to become dumb or underachievers? With all due respect to the woman she should not make the kid’s story about herself and her failed personal relationships.

foolish girl, so what if your cousin or your brother was the yahoo boy? Think before you type
While I do not agree with her general sentiment on extra-judicial killings...

What difference does it make if her cousin or brother was the yahoo boy? While we shouldn’t be supporting the killing of yahoo boys (even after trial), it shouldn’t mean supporting relatives who are criminals. Such relatives DESERVE the same punishment as any other criminal.

Well even in the United States , if you are a frauduster or into any scheme to defraud people , you get arrested and prosecuted the right way. No police officer put someone’s life into his own .

If he had scammed 1 million people , did he scam you ? There is a process to go about all this . You don’t even have a proof to show he is into yahoo or ritualist . Na watin you hear you Dey use judge .

That’s why jungle justice will continue . Because from your point I could see you on the road and assume you stole something and people will gather , beat you and burn you . Meaning we put laws into our hands . Maybe you think before you open your mouth . The next person could be a family member of yours .
While I AGREE with your general point...

Unfortunately, one of the primary reasons that so-called jungle justice persists in Nigeria is that the citizens have little or no faith in the legal or criminal justice system. In far too many cases, criminals who have been turned over to the police authorities have simply paid off someone and walked scot-free - and of course if they are the vindictive type have been known to come after those who turned them in. When the system is so seemingly irretrievably broken, the frustrated citizenry unfortunately resorts to self-help. We all need to do better.

I can see a ticking time bomb in Nigeria, about to detonate. It is speedily reaching its apex.

Yahoo Boy makes money and becomes a celebrity in his neighbourhood because he shares part of his I'll gotten wealth with his hungry niggas.

SARS tried to extort money from him but he wouldn't succumb, so they killed him and lied on stray bullets. Both the SARS and the Yahoo boy are mad.

One day Yahoo will no longer pay, and these boys who are already used to the wasteful and extravagant lifestyle will do anything to maintain that standard. Soon, young boys will go around with guns in broad day light, beating people and stealing from them. By then SARS will have a real work to do. They will attack the boys and they will shoot back at them. Its going to be a real war, just watch out.

The level of hunger and joblessness sometimes makes you not want to blame these Yahoo Yahoo miscreants, but then again, Crime is Crime and should never be encouraged.

Nigerians, if you have a means to run out of this country, just get out. Things will get even worse.

PS: Does anyone have a link to migrate to Canada? Make una helpe me o.
If that was the real cause they would not be blowing their stolen loot on Oloshos and (as you put it) “wasteful and extravagant lifestyle”...
We have to recognize that some people are just ‘naturally’ criminally-inclined, and that’s why even in rich/welfare countries there’s still crime.

In academics, age is irrelevant. Mind you UI or CU can't even compete with many post 1992 universities on the UK. What about NTU or KAUST who though young are boasting impressive publications?

Don't just spew stuff. Not all readers on nairaland are gullible.

The party is supreme. And all members who won election on the party's platform need to respect its decision as long as it was done with good intention.

Allowing what happened in 2015 to re-occur again will affect the policy and programme implementation of Buhari administration.
NO, it is not! Which is why we chose this system of government over the Parliamentary system.

Once elected into office, the holder becomes a Senator of the FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA and not of the APC (or any other party). Accordingly, their votes and decisions should be that which they believe to be in the best interest of Nigeria and not necessarily just in the narrow interest of the party. If both interests coincide, then that’s great but party interest should always be SUBORDINATE to national interest.

You problem is low level of wisdom combined with knowledge of too many irrelevant facts. Jesus was sent to those people you call prostitutes but Covenant Uni as a school wasn't commissioned for the sake of handling such characters ( prostitutes ).
The fact that Jesus was with a prostitute is no excuse to open the doors of a school with a different vision to such characters.

So becos people fast and pray for visa to those countries we can no import all the shitty values the have into our system? You are plain dull.
This dude cannot even grasp a basic analogy... undecided

And yes, if you find people’s values to be “shitty” why are you struggling and risking life and limb to be surrounded by such values?

NONSENSE!

How many government factories are still working or working at full capacity?

It takes a special brand of idiocy not to be able to learn from one’s own experiences. Rather than diving into commercial ventures best left to the private sector, the government should be concentrating on the government’s job of developing infrastructure (reliable electricity, good roads, rail lines, etc.) and improving the ease of doing business in Nigeria, to make it easier and viable for private investors to jump at these commercial opportunities which they will run better and thus create jobs and further opportunities.

Stay there and be talking pure rubbish about how rasta hairstyle is part of one useless creativity. If you want to do rasta, there are many useless and open campuses that allow those and even allow gangsterism.
The private schools have their visions and it will be stupid for a student to gain admission and start demanding that the school change rules so their peers can regard them as big boys.
Notre Dame is a private Catholic university, so your driveling is ill-informed...

Again, many Nigerians keep chasing shadows in derogation of substance. Even the founder of your religion was reportedly keeping the company of a well-known prostitute, perhaps because he was not mistaking the trees for the forest. Funny how so many ignorant Nigerians turn their noses up at the West and their supposed “uselessness” - but will then go to prayer meetings and fasting to get a Western visa. SMH
