Don't marry this, don't marry that but the honest truth is that there's no sure banker in marriage. Half of these things you wouldn't even know until you get into the marriage, some of the points manifest as a result of the marriage. I have yet to see a perfect marriage, all I see are three sets of people: 1. Those willing to make it work by any means necessary and are content. 2. Those willing to make things work as long as certain conditions are met. 3. Those who fake it until they can no longer and all hell breaks lose. Choose your battles wisely because marriage is a war of not only tactics but divine intervention as well....GOODLUCK ![]() |
ngwababe:How would you know it's the woman that has medical problem if she doesn't go treatment? Cheating on a woman that ha problem with fertility is a solution? Mehn wickedness is now the new norm I guess! |
SweetCunt97:He tied her down with rope or what? Unless he was physically violent, she wsas free to leave at any time, in fact leaving could have saved the man's life rather than giving him hope and then telling him the hope was only pretense......Imagine you promised me 100k for something I needed urgently and when the time came you told me, guy I was only joking....this life ehn ![]() |
Lovelyn451:You're not making sense, did you read that he was a farmer/petty trader? Where would he see money for constant checkup/tests? Most likely he's been trying the herbal way but to no avail. He did not keep the woman childless, the woman could have left at any point in time, she had no excuse to cheat and have the man take care of her pregnancy, it is wickedness to give someone hope and then take it away, stop trying to justify such acts! |
Unik3030:Abeg keep quiet.....No one is saying she shouldn't leave the man and find her quare root but why cheat? Just leave the man, leave him with his problem! |
alezzy13:This is ridiculous, go and read how American government works, testing , ventilators? Is it the job of the federal government alone for these things? Each state has its own autonomy, what don't you undertsand about that? It's like nairalanders zombies blaming Buhari for everything, what happened to the governors, the LG Chairman? You want to put the blame on Trump go ahead but it won't mean a thing, there's enough blame to go around! Furthermore yes the initial restrictions were on people who are coming from China then it got expanded to non citizens or residents, then it got expanded via states to a total shutdown. As of March, if you're not a citizen or a resident, you can't fly to the USA. |
jericco1:Well USA is about 330 million people, 80 million already got their money last week, so your 40% estimate is already looking like a fallacy. |
Xisnin:LMAO....This is just ridiculous, my 12 year old Nephew could give you a lesson in American History! The Constitution protects life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. How can you achieve these things locked up like a lab rat? Yo usay rural states don't matter yet they played a huge part in the last election. Rural and manufacturing states which are often neglected by Democrats swung the electoral college in Trump's favor. Let's even forget all that, you think Biden is going to win swing states like Iowa, Ohio, Florida? Don't be silly . Furthermore, the U.S contributes between 40-60% to WHO. Maybe I didn't make it clear enough, the US government contributes about 16-25% and the Bill Gates foundation another 18-25%. I said 40-60% overall, read more carefully! Trump didn't close the economy, the governors did? It's a combination of both, trump closed federal ammenities such as seaports, airports and reduced the number of federal employees. The states handled state affairs. Republicans did not have a huge majority for rural votes in 1992 and 1996 elections because Bill was popular hence they lost the election, in 2000 and 2004 it was a different story, keep deceiving yourself that rural votes don't matter! Finally, WHO failed to declare a global emergency in December and January, this led to the continuous spread of the virus to places like Italy and other European countries, it led to further spread in the USA. Ebola was localized in the USA and screening measures were quickly put in place at airports and affceted areas. Why continuing to fund an organization that does nothing to safeguard the USA? You really think the economy should remain shutdown? Did you live in this country from 2008-2011? Trust me nobody wants the economy to remain shutdown, NOBODY! |
jericco1:I lived through the 2008-2011 recession, trust me I know America more than most. The stimulus will help 70% of the population, this is better than nothing. Trump wants to open up the economy because people need to work and survive, Trump is doing the right thing but americans must be sensible as well, face mask, social disatancing and so on, Trump is not going to save you from the White House you know ![]() |
LegacyB:https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/trump-approval-ratings/ Trump's approval ratings from 2017-2019 averaged 34-40% His approval ratings in 2020 averages 42- 47% I'm not one to rely on CNN or Foxnews! |
jericco1:You really think Trump is the one that decides what proper research and safety meaasures to enact during an emergency? Why do we have secretary of defense, HHS and so on? Trump will always sweeten things, he would rather play it smooth than to start sounding the alarm, it is up to the experts to give the American people true diagnosis of the situation not a president. Furthermore if you truly knew Trump, you would know that he is just as scared as the American people but he does not show fear, it is part of his persona. Talking about approval ratings, your figure is a flat out lie, his approval rating now is higher than when he came into office, his approval ratings is in the 40s and for trump that is excellent considering all things. Your comment that some people are working while others are not has nothing to do with Trump, each state controls its lockdown procedures not the federal government! |
alezzy13:He shut down the airports, got experts together, enacted executive orders and went to Congress for funding. The way the USA works is that each state is independent. The governors of each state has almost the same powers as the president. When state needs additional help they call on the federal government, so rather than put the blame on Trump, majority of Americans are going to hold their state government accountable FIRST! Furthermore, you see those stimulus checks that Trump signed with his big and nasty signature, an everlasting reminder of the person that got their backs ![]() |
jericco1:LMAO....Child there's so much you don't know! Just this week, we had over 20 protests in the USA demanding government reopen the economy, over the next few weeks, it is going to get worse and people might start getting violent. Americans are not like Nigerians, they would rather risk Covid than to remain locked up like lab rats and lose their way of life. Even the Constitution gives superiority to preserving the American way of life over anything else. You want to know why Trump blames WHO? WHO an organization that is funded 40-60% by the USA was not proactive, they failed to declare CoVid as a global emergency hence gave Trump the false idea that it was not that serious. I mean it's like the CDC in America saying Ebola is nothing to worry about. Make no mistake Trump deserves to be blamed too but if you think Biden is going to defeat him based on Covid then you're sadly mistaken, Trump is going to open the economy back even if he has to use every dirty tactics in the book and a bright economy is a sure path to reelection, Biden would have to do what Hilary could not and that is win rural America, I can bet my last dollar that is not going to happen judging by Trump's approval ratings rising steadily over the past few months ![]() |
Xisnin:What should he have said? That everyone is going to die? When USA had 15 cases, we all knew it was bobo because test kits were not available. If you've been to New York, Chicago or any major metropolitan area and see how people live, you would know majority of people in those areas are doomed. The beauty of the USA is that governors are almost as powerful as the president, everyone goofed up, they did not take it seriously until it turned into a disaster. |
If you don't have sex for 6 months will you DIE? How selfish can you be? A woman can lose her sex drive at any time, so can men. It started before childbirth and continued afterwards, what are you doing to ease her concerns? Did you ask if she was still in pain? Did you ask whether she's feeling depressed? Do you compliment her daily on how great she looks? You are so concerned about physical gratification that you neglect the most important of all, MENTAL! |
What's news about this? Majority of Americans already received their payments via direct deposit into their bank account, the ones waiting on checks are slowpokes! If dem like make Santa Claus and Easter Bunny put their signature for the checks, money na money even the ones given to you by your enemy ![]() |
Truly I say blacks are the most clueless set of people on the planet! We fight over everything from flags to chicken. People are dying of virus, people are dying of hunger yet a freaking flag is where we get outraged? SMH....Bloody Negroes! |
Ayhomes:Absolutely and I'm not talking about age but intellect...Kapeesh! |
Lhoraproperties:No shaking! |
Ayhomes:See your comment below especially the bold part, there would be no need for calling you ignorant and letting you know of my properties if you didn't make baseless assumptions. I'm glad you know people that own estate and I'm sure they'll will their properties to you but don't step at me like that again, make everyone know his or her mate! have been following your reply on this post sir, why are you comparing your land at ogombo with an estate land at Abraham adesanya ? And you said op can not compare Vgc and Abraham adesanya while you already compared Abraham with Sangotedo shoprite. |
Ayhomes:With all due respect, shut the hell up! You made a lot of assumptions which makes you sound ignorant! Apart from having friends that are lawyers, surveyors and so on, I also have deep connections at Alausa itself, my land apart from having a global C of O, now has approval from the Governor, so are the other 6 properties that I own. My intention was never to spoil OP's business but to let him/her know my opinion and to see if the price was flexible or maybe the land offers more than what was written in the descirption. I'm not saying you won't see mumu people that would buy into the promise of an estate with full features but as people often find out later especially during rainy season, the whole area is a joke! Your price is 33 million, I'm sure there are people selling same plot in the same estate for 28 million or less, it's all about marketing I guess but at least tell people the damn truth! |
Lhoraproperties:But your advert stated specifically Abraham Adesanya not VGC, not Ajah but Abraham Adesanya! Unless I'm mistaken, Abraham Adesanya is after Ajah and before Sangotedo, so you really can't compare VGC to it, VGC is compared to Ikota Villa Estates, Megamound and so on, not estates that are still underdeveloped! My friend bought well below 30 million, if I remmeber probably 22 million or close to it, even then I laughed at him because I bought 2 different plots close to Ogombo road for $15 each, I guess I'm just more savvy, no lele , you'll surely see your own customers....Peace! |
Lhoraproperties:They're estates on that same Ogombo road selling for that price, even the estates on the Shoprite road at Sangotedo are selling for that price or just a little bit more. I can even remmeber my friend purchasing a plot of land at Urban Prime One for way less than 33 million but like I said everyone has the right to put whichever price they like, buyers plenty for Lagos...lol. |
Excuzeme:There's always a reason, they might hate your skin color, the way you talk or because you freaking invaded their country but it is never for NO REASON but we are talking about home invasion here....We all know my people dominate this kind thing ![]() |
Lhoraproperties:But your advertisement says at Abraham Adesanya, so that narrows it down. You might want to change the title and description tho because land on Abraham Adesanya and Ogombo road is way cheaper precisely between 15 and 22 million....Just a friendly criticism! |
WILLuKPquiet:Hardly would you see a white man or woman rob a common man. They are usually sophisticated and would rather rob banks or millionaires but you see black people, they can rob and injure for ordinary buckets of chicken. |
Mehn Nigerian leaders are so dramatic, no be the same USA we dey? If your ass chose to sit down for New York or other highly infected areas na your problem be that, as for my people in Georgia, most of us are without masks, msot of us are still able to buy groceries, order fast food and so on. Covid or no Covid, America will bounce back and all you shitty politicians will come back for your medical treatments, your kids schooling and so on because we all know the difference between a country torn by a pandemic and one that was built to be cancerous! |
Lhoraproperties:I have two properties in Ajah, one in Ogombo. 33 million for any plot of land at Abraham Adesanya is RIDICULOUS, estate or no estate! |
Comedy....33 Million ![]() |
Oversabi lawyers still stuck in their own little bubble. Always mixing apples and oranges, wetin concern political office for this discussion. The couple would just like to serve their punishment and get on with their lives stop exaggerating rubbish! |
Presentation is everything in life. If you're going to criticize a post make sure you're not in anyway validating it. Your post about equality, your own video hinders your actual message and actually support's the guy's points. Now here's my point of view on both topics: Yes loneliness happens in all countries so does depression. A person can have hundreds of followers and friends yet still be lonely. Are Canadian Nigerians uglier than Nigerian females in 9ja? I wouldn't know because Canada is a large place and this type of generalization is foolish! LAst but not least, men and women are not equals, get that rubbish out of your mind! Even in Canada, women don't want equals, they don't want tit for tat, they don't want a man that splits everything with them 50/50. Equal rights but not equal responsibilities, this is the mind of majority of females both home and abroad. If you think this is a lie, just look at trends, Valentine Day, Birthdays, Christmas and so on, majority of the females out there find it hard to spend 500 dollars or more on their man but their expectations from him is something flashy like a new phone, car, jewelries and so on. Look at the media, Valentine's Day is always from the point of view of the woman, give her something special, give her this give her that, one would be lucky to see a commercial about giving something to a man. Let me not get into divorce laws and so on, equality is a sham jaare, let's just leave it out of the discussion because I could go on and on...lol. |
Everything you wrote, nothing is too spectacular, it is the story of the average foolish Nigerian male that allowed love to dominate their thinking instead of logic. In fact the average Nigerian has a story similar or much more drastic. One issue no one is mentioning is the paternity of that boy. You think because the boy looks like you that is the guarantee that you are the dad? You've already been through so much, I would suggest getting a DNA test to ensure you're the actual father otherwise you might be in for a rude awakening. |
