Don't just call the leaders bro. We have never had one single person as a leader. We have had many of them. You should be say we have stupid and corrupt mind set. Every one is waiting for their turn to loot. Nobody cares about the future generations.

Nigerians self doesn't care about who the leader is. All they want is to get access to the national cake.
You are right

Love800:
Ok.
If am to understand u, what you saying is it leads to inflation. Right?
Yes, it can lead to various economic problems, including inflation. Inflation means increased cost of imported goods, increased cost of production for local manufacturers that depend on imported machinery and fuel, and lower purchasing power.

If the dollar is rising, wat is the negative impact it will have on us?

I want to really know pls. Am not in anyway insulting u o. I just want to learn
Nigeria is an import-dependent nation. When the value of the Naira falls against the US dollar, we spend more Naira getting imported products like your phone, usb cord, television, cars, rice, even toothpick.

1. Nothing special about the "first man" (if it can be proven that is), it's simply evolution.

2. Nothing special about dreams too. It's simply your brain working while your body seemingly rest.
1. Evolution from what? Do you even know the meaning of evolution?

2. Maybe your dream life is not special. Mine is.

Dumb post, naira has not gained since FG removed subsidy because petroleum companies still require dollars to import diesel and petrochemicals into the country. Do you you think they are getting the dollars from the sky?
Return your certificate to your vice chancellor. Are you consuming the same amount of fuel since subsidy removal?

removing subsidy doesn't make naira gain, what affect naira is import and export
Ignorance.

Subsidy removal leads to lower fuel importation. Fuel import/consumption has dropped by over 30%.

Don't just talk, try to think first nah.

With subsidy and 700, fuel importers have access to Forex through the CBN, they collect dollars at official rate, reason for the little shocks.

With no subsidy and floating of the naira, there is no exclusivity, no product is given preferential treatment to get dollars, that is what it means.
So what exactly is your point?

Some of you will never learn. Better goan secure yourself and your immediate family. As you have seen, you are more patriotic than these guys in power.. but patriotism will leave you with nothing but severe hunger and renewed shege. When you love Nigeria more than the people you elect, best believe you're in trouble.

grin grin brother let's start more of export than import so our economy would start springing up,all what you're saying doesn't relate
Your optimism is great but facts are undeniable. Naira has never gained significantly against the US dollars for a consistent period of time since the 1960s.

You're competing against the strongest currency in the world. Even if Tinubu manages to improve the economy and Naira, do you think America will be stupid not to improve her own economy and currency abi na only Naira wan improve??

Think am! The more the American economy improves, the more the value of the Naira crumbles. It's a two-way thing.

how would it gain when you still import?
Import what quantity? Report shows that fuel consumption fell by over 30% since the removal of subsidy? Does that explain why Naira keeps falling??

understand the post before asking questions, has Nigeria ever gotten a working refinery?
10 working refineries will nof fix corruption, criminality, and bad leadership.

Having more functional refineries will only give NASS members more reasons to buy 5 Prado each as opposed to 1 each.

Ikaeniyan0:
look at the billions of dollars we spent importing refined petroleum last year 🙆

When the Dangote and PH refinery start working, it will really relieve pressure on the naira.

I really pray the refinery will work
So why hasn't the Naira gained significantly against the dollars since the removal of subsidy??

When we paid subsidy in billions of U.S. $$ - Naira was @700

Subsidy was removed in 2023 and Naira fell badly to N1200

What other evidence do you need to know that nothing thrives in the midst of corrupt and stup!d leaders??

2. My dreams/visions: I wonder how I can dream about events that are yet to happen, not events from the past, only to have them materialize in the physical world days, months, or even years later.

You don't need any ogbanje spiritual stories to believe in spirituality; the spirit world is as real as the physical one. You are a proof that spirituality exists.

Men keep their options open too just so you know for the same reasons that a woman keeps hers open. Even while in a relationship, men still ask/give numbers so it goes both ways. I was expecting a figure, though, just like you did with the women.

Good morning. How you dey?

Eat at cheap roadside vendors. Those ones don't sell by plate, they sell by spoon. So you can buy yam N200, Beans N100. Avoid buying any kind or form of meat. At night you can buy elewa and bread. Maybe elewa N200 bread N200. That's N700 for the day. 700 multiplied by 7 days would give you 4,900 for the week. The additional N100 would be for pure water.

For this to work, you must avoid women. They would only scatter your slim budget and leave you on a compulsory fasting.
nawa oo. What in the name of shege is this budget? grin grin
FamilyRe: Should People Have A Backup Plan For Relationships? by Acidosis(m): 8:26pm On Oct 23, 2023
Yuneehk:
You didn't mention that you are a researcher.
What percentage of men in relationships have a back up plan, though, based on your research?
Majority (men) do not necessarily have or need a backup plan. Do men cheat with their side chicks? Yes, majority cheat (or will cheat). If you need statistics, I'll say 98%, unfortunately cheesy

A side chick is not a backup plan. No one has a plan for her. But most single women will keep their options open until their wedding/engagement - that is the backup plan. A backup plan is why a single lady in a relationship will give her number to a guy.
