chiommy123:I hail that decorator only for being bold to ask for his pay, but boldness would not get him paid. You decorate and spoil the wedding for not getting complete money, you wont get a dime from me thereafter. He should have blocked the entrance before the wedding started but mid way, i wont have it. The groom messed up but the decorator messed up bigtime. |
Finelinks:I didn't say exactly that, i am guessing they did since am not sure. Am sure he wouldn't know the difference if he wasnt told. That means unless the dealer is an honest man and did full disclosure, he would have been misled. Of course you know what most dealers would do. There is a label on the seat belt, where it is bolted. The label has the year of production and it is never different to the car's year of manufacture. If dealers really want to hide the yr of manufacture, they cut it off. |
Bayur01:I didn't ask. I really do not want go there asking and telling him the bad news if my guess is right. The beans has been spilled, there is no going back. |
topsy23:Let me break down electrical 200k wire 60k pipes and accessories 40k DB 100k labour |
Pius4me:Shebi we dey call Knorr, Rayco etc say na Maggi or Close up, Oral B etc say na maclean. Come think am, Land cruiser Prado na Jeep? |
twinskenny:The main thing is quality. What i did was a mid range estimation below which personally, i wouldn't want for myself. Wire and DB quality is the determinant for electrical costs. I wouldn't expect him to insist on Nocaco/Kabelmetal or PPR pipes for plumbing with a 2m budget |
Pius4me:Bro cool down, they still call it asbestos but it is not asbestos. Asbestos production has been banned in Nigeria long ago. What he is talking about looks like asbestos but is not. No company produces asbestos in Nigeria FYi. |
tempex88:Didnt forget, the budget wont accommodate it. Sanitary fittings is one of the last things in building a house. |
Me i just wonder, since PDP does not approve of this administration, does PDP expect APC to cease to exist or what? |
If it were ABU Zaria, failing 4 courses of biology for 5 years means you will either remain in 100level or would been withdrawn by the 3rd year. 60-80% of 100level courses are prerequisite of 200level and it builds up to the final year. If a student does up to 3 courses of biology like this case, then his higher department is heavily dependent on those courses making at least 2 of the prerequisites. What am saying is that if guy in the story did so many biology, he must be of one of the following faculties; science, medicine, pharmacy, vet medicine. If he is in chemistry, he may escape but anything biochemistry, microbiology to anything medical, he sure cannot move forward until he clear those carryovers. I am still wondering, which science department would do so much of biology and still do not treat it as a prerequisite. For eg my roomate and i did electrical and civil engineering respectively. We did exactly the same courses in 100l and failed the same courses. A math and a physics (electrical). By failing that course he was doomed for an extra year, like a repeat since 2 of his 200l courses are dependent on that physics. His is a chain link till final year. I also needed to do his 200l course but it ends there for me. |
Adaowerri111:E no follow. Wetin remain na interior doors, screed, tiles, elect fittings, plumbing fittings, paint and cabinetry. If na to enter b the matter, free the pop for pvc, drop the wiring and security door standards. Still dont think tiles will be completed. |
Adaowerri111:Depending on your taste and off heart lump sum assumption 1. 400k for electrical piping/wiring 2. 150k plumbing 3. 400k Plaster 4. 700k POP or 500 POP/PVC 5. 600k windows 6. 220k security doors Total 2.47m or 2.27m |
segzy14:What he is referring to as asbestos is actually not asbestos but cement fibre. FG has banned the use of asbestos a long time ago. jabolo:I used its ceiling board in a project. |
My neighbor traveled for a burial in the east, i had to call and find out if everything was ok as he took too long, almost a month. He just showed up with this car below, after pleasantries and congratulations, in my mind i said this guy was probably cheated. This morning, my 7year old said, "wow, this engine is so new". Great mileage of about 90k (i dont doubt), but a salvaged 2008 with 2012 body kit. I saw the steering and audio system and i knew, checked the seatbelt and it confirmed 2008. He got a good deal in his mind but i know he most probably didnt. Infact putty already fell off his rear bumper. People buy cars every day, getting a good deal is the problem not the brand of car you are buying. A 90k mileage is a good buy but buying a 2008 at the price of 2012 isnt fair and would definitely not be a good deal. Unless there was full disclosure that is. A good deal is just getting a perfect car at the perfect price where both buyer and seller leave happy and satisfied. A bad deal is when price is higher than the value of the car most times arising from insincerity or ignorance.

drskyfly007:Do you think the person who wins 1million has actually spent the same amount in tickets? |
Na indecent proposal you wan act here? Where is her husband? If she is married and still with her husband, its wrong. If she is not with her husband, i guess she is free to do what she can to put standards on her children. I will say Gob bless her hustle. If all prostitutes have good reasons like this, then prostitution might get the rebranding it needs. |
Lie from the pit of hell. Who drinks 3k every day? A bottle of Heineken or Budweiser is available at N350 pump price and N500-600 at vip. Assuming he takes at N500, that is 6 bottles daily. I know people drink as much but it isnt realistic to drink it everyday. If he drank the average daily in an average joint which is N250, he drinks average of 4 bottles daily and buys 2 of his friends same amount daily. Thats still unreasonable since he is buying beer on the daily without reciprocal action from them. The story doesnt add up. Just say you are saving in a piggy bank but dont tell me an average guy spends 3k daily on beer. |
Islie:This kind of lobby is corruption already and has PDP name all over it. What ever PDP puts their interest in will eventually lead to chaos and corruption. |
diordaves:I want to understand how the client being in diaspora will make the labour cost higher? Why would the labours know that the client is in diaspora? Who will tell them? If bread is N10, a person from the diaspora cannot buy it at that price but higher say N15? No be we dey do ourselves? This is the same reason we are expecting inflation to increase as soon as the new minimum wage is paid. Even palm oil and garri go increase. As soon as purchasing power is higher price goes up for absolutely no reason. |
The standard labour per day i know for skilled labour is 3500-4500 while unskilled labour is 2000-2500. I make my labour cost estimate based on the ability to complete the job in a day. The final price is fine-tuned with negotiation. Most plaster jobs are simply plaster. Dressing is another job since some internal doors require dressing and some don't. When we talk of plaster, lets limit it to walls and decking. Personally, i will plaster long before i install doors so dressing will not be included on plaster labour. |
Binsugar10:This is how i make my comparison. 1. Camera- They have the same rear camera sensor. The difference of MP in front camera is insignificant. I almost never snap a picture at anything more than 5mp. Its the sensor size and aperture i care more of. 2. Battery - At 5150mah and 4000mah respectively, I prefer the latter because of the Snapdragon soc which is more power efficient and has quick charge technology reducing charging time drastically. The power efficiency may match the battery capacity of the former. 3. Both have the same RAM and ROM 4. Fingerprint sensors are available on both My preference is the Xiaomi for this reasons 1.Antutu benchmark is higher 2.187g of Xiaomi is much much better to the 217 on the Umidigi 3. Even though a little larger in length and width its much slimmer at 8.1 vs 8.5mm

GudluckIBB:How is that his responsibility. His responsibility is far beyond to road to his village or traffic lights. Ask Ambode why the traffic lights are not working. |
LesbianBoy:From the bolded, isnt it obviously who is better? |
MartinsD12:95% Snapdragon |
Samad805:Go to Apo, Zuba, Gudu or Kugbo and ask them you want any part for scatter, it will not fit a 2013 Accord. |
So PDP go still dey shout Buhari certificate till 2023? How pathetic. |
keepingmum:Assuming the entire plaster will be done in a day. Assuming a Mason's daily pay of N4000 and labour N2000. Assuming 1 labour to serve 2 Mason's. Assuming 2 Mason to plaster a room. 3bedrooms and sitting room=8 Dining = 1 Kitchen = 2 4 toilets = 2 Lobby =1 Store 1 2 Shorter external walls = 2 2 longer external walls = 4 Total= 19 Approximately 20 Masons a d 10 labourers. 20x4000=80000, and 10x2000=20000 Total N100,000 for labour. Work can be done by 20 Masons in 1day or 10 masons in 2 days or 5 Masons in 4 days or 2 masons in 10days. The labour cost should not change. |
biosilicon:See it this way, The most reliable Lexus The most performing BMW The most reliable and performing? Both Lexus and BMW lose points while Benz gains points. If your choice is Lexus, you didn't get the most performing car among the lot. If your choice is Benz, its neither the most reliable nor the most performing. Also if you get the Lexus, that means you priotized reliability ahead of performance. If you get the Benz, that means you priotized performance ahead of reliability. If you really want to prioritize both reliability and performance, then you should buy both Lexus and BMW so that your garage can show exactly your priorities. You would have ended up separating reliability and performance. Priorities means compromise either reliability or performance. You can't avoid the compromise. |
svc1:With 1.5m? That your Elantra pass 5M now o! Even Innosson no get 2m car. |
