If the FG can ask the Perm Sec to sign on their behalf, it means that they have accepted ASUUs terms hence the perm sec being mandated to sign. Now due to past experience ASUU say no we wont accept it. We want the AG or President or who so ever. It is only logical that the govt in a bid to show that it is serious about educational reform mandates who so ever ASUU wants to sign to do so. It is no secret that education in this country isnt taken seriously. If it was NUPENG or Trailer Drivers the strike ll never last this long. If they can pay militants and criminals billions of naira and also send them abroad. They should spend more in the educational sector where the supposed leaders of tomorrow re bred.
Even if lecturers report to work and sign attendance register, it doesn't mean that they ll teach. In that case its still the students that ll loose cos no one ll teach, n no script ll be marked plus their salaries for December ll be paid cos they reported to work and sugned thier registers as the FG directed. Anything being done should be done rightly not fire brigade approach.

perhaps he has run out of ink, or his physician advised against signing documents to avoid a relapse in his medical condition. But even if his cant sign the AG must have ink and for them to allow the perm sec to sign means that it is acceptable to them. So whats so hard if you told your perm sec to sign on your behalf and the union is requesting your own signature, is it not to collect the document and sign on top of the perm sec's own?

Very foolish politicians.who will conduct interview for the new recruits? The same lecturers that are on strike or the VC himself and his non academic staff? or ll they use dragnet? like say na company work.....mtcheewww.

Then getting the AG to sign is now a problem. The office of Permanent Secretary should not even be recognized in this matter.. cos the agreement can be rendered null and void if he is retired.

So you want ASUU to call off now and go on strike again next year if He(Jonathan) fails to honour his 'air promises' abi?

Thats just the problem, ASUU says they ll end the strike as soon as the govt puts it down on paper. This shows that the govt is not sincere, if you can make a promise then signing your pledge shouldn't be an issue.
As for sacking all lecturers it is just like sacking all military men or all civil servants. They are just joking.

There is nothing bad in borrowing a ride, but what I disapprove of, is borrowing money for weddings. Its so wrong. You can have a nice wedding even with a small gathering of 50 to 100 guests and you go home with peace and rest of mind.. than having someone breathing down your neck.

Personally I have experienced such. It a little bit difficult for me to believe that a woman can come out of the blues n love someone just like that. Infact i find such thoughts scary . Yes you like him but I feel you should give him some time to get used to you n sincerely like you too. guys run away from such proposals cos the intensity at which the lady approaches, is usually much and she expects you to like her instantly. Guts I have noticed that these 12000 mah powee banks are not usually 12000 mah.
The ones I bought from aliexpress can only boast of charging my grand with 2100 mah battery btw 2.5 to 3 times, as against 4.5 times. Also once the first two led lights go off, the battery is as good as empty. Anyone noticed this?

There are a lot of factors to consider. I have seen guys who are graduates by 22 n by 25/26 they are already set to get married. If I am to marry at that age I would certainly look for ladies btw 18 n 23. It all comes down to what the individuals involved really want for themselves n each other.
Such couples always have other members of the family looking out for them. Everyone wants em to stand so they are usually guided till they learn the ropes unlike the older couples who re more independent n left alone to sort out issues.

Such relationships require high level maturity n understanding from the guy, as he tends to assume that the lady mistreats him n has no respect for him if they have any issue. It requires more respect from the lady as she has to let the guy wear the pants in the relationship for his ego. The guy has to learn that he doesn't need to shout, abuse, or be stubborn to gain respect n be d boss.. he just has to treat her right.
Then there is the aging factor to consider, most men would prefer a younger woman cos youth symbolizes good health which is an important factor in procreation. the tthe society esp African doesn't really encourage such kind of relationships.
