Wickedfact: Attempted fraud. There's nothing like that in the Penal code.
The lady should get a lawyer to sue the officers involved and the head of Efcc in that state. Sue for damages and a declaration that they're unfit to hold public office.
That's automatic sack for them.
Meanwhile Star Sharwama was expecting an alert for the Payment of 1500 but the alert did not drop , they saw an alert but assumed it was for another person's order not hers because her bill was 1500 and not 1600. Did you read this part no assumption in law.
Eulalia: Meanwhile Star Sharwama was expecting an alert for the Payment of 1500 but the alert did not drop , they saw an alert but assumed it was for another person's order not hers because her bill was 1500 and not 1600.
How can they assume the payment was for another person? Did someone else place an order at that time? So why not use their initiative to reason that it could be the same Customer who just placed an order or better still call to confirm if she made the payment. Very flimsy excuse and poor customer services.
Kobicove: I need to hear from both sides before I can pass judgement in this matter
Thanks jare.
You saw alert of 1600 the person called and said there was overpayment yet you said you thought it's from someone else your alert no get name or details? While you kept harassing the fellow to pay when you are supposed to make a refund.
Ejima1: Exactly, how can they allow people for 6 Hours in Market and not allow them for two hours in church
There is difference people are self conscious in the market and can be there for as long or short to their specific needs but church is not like that, mind you the church is not a worldly organisation that are competing for relevance the real church is glorified in the so-called isolation.
emmasege: There are alternatives to 'church gathering' as individuals can still meet at family or house fellowship level. But there is no alternative to going to market. People must feed.
Abi Bishop will feed his flock (tens of thousands) with physical food after feeding them with spiritual food? Jesus did it, Bishop should also do it.
Bishop Oyedepo should announce free lunch for all worshippers on Sunday with an additional #5000 pocket money for indingent worshippers every Sunday.
And let no pastor sermonise worshippers to give. The giving should be voluntary and the poor should not be made to feel as if they sinned by not giving or that they are blocking their source of blessings by not paying tithe.
The gospel has gone beyond the elementary doctrines of tithing, giving and prosperity.
God bless you. The true church is now not those socioeconomic gatherings.

"The management team and director get 25% cut while the CEO also gets a reduction," he said.
He said Pension, transport, accommodation allowances remain the same without any cut.
TVC produces and broadcasts talk, lifestyle and information shows for Nigerian audiences of all ages.
Just because Bill Gates saw the solution to the Covid-19 crisis, they're demonizing him. This is the difference between ordinary people and great people.
Good one but they ought to have done that systemically since diamond acquisition as most Access and diamond are 100 metres apart at least for my area Akoka, Ifako and Gbagada don't know about UNILAG. Another thing is most Access full branch are bigger than diamond so they might close the bigger branches be it Access or diamond in close proximity.
Lanrelagboi: Power Mech Staff Complain Of Being Forced To Work Despite Lockdown
Staff of Power Mech company working on the Dangote Refinery have complained to the Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Damodardas Modi of the actions of their employers. They claim that they are being made to work through the Coronavirus pandemic and even threatened with violence.
The workers in a video with their leader speaking said every other company is observing the lockdown as announced by the Federal Government of Nigeria but Power Mech has refused to obey the directive and the workers are being driven out of their rooms in what they described as slavery. They also say only Power Mech is forcing staff to work as other companies have asked their workers to stay away.
The police should turn that Ejigbo upside down inside out once and for all by tasking their informants to deliver big fish during this lockdown before full throttle activities resume.

Lordsonn: Not a fake story. I am so worried now about this marriage wahala
Why do you get her pregnant since God has saved you with the first being fibroid. Family is irrelevant but the law and base on what you signed if your marriage was legal divorce is asap base on falsehood and deception.
This is a serious issue, all the crime in that area and environment should be charged on that man and the in-laws until they produce both present and former perpetrators and their gangs. All former tenant should report to the police if they are the landlord or not they should forfeit all they ever had to the government. The government should reward and honour the victim. CSOs over to you this is a real person not polithiefian.
