switlily25:The girl fine well well and she's not even carrying shoulder. |
It looks scripted. |
E be like say Ngige sack these one.- |
nengibo:Like i said, read between the lines... |
nengibo:The problem with some of you is that you don't read between the lines. I never said that Kalabari or Okrika people are not Ijaws. I'm saying that i've met few people from these places who say they are not Ijaw. It's that simple. There's no grand rejection of the Ijaw tag like you would have with Ikwerres concerning Igbo. |
Graysons:You have comprehension issues. I never said they were not Ijaws. I was only stating that there are some Kalabari people that i've met that don't like being called Ijaw. |
SaintBishop:Kalabari...Isn't that supposed to be common sense? |
SaintBishop:I guess you've met every Kalabari person in the world. I've not met a lot of Kalabari people but few of the ones i met tend not to like being grouped as Ijaw. But they're not forceful or violent about it the way an Ikwerre person would be when referred to as Igbo. Infact, they may not mind it but have something to say about it just like how someone from Asaba may not totally say they're not Igbo but are not so keen on being called Igbo. |
nengibo:This is not entirely true. I've met with a handful of people from Kalabari that don't like being referred to as Ijaw though not in the same energy that an Ikwerre would deny being Igbo. There are also tons of people from Bonny and Opobo that don't like being referred to as Ijaw even though Ijaws refer yo them as such. |
Tranquill:It will not be strange because even though we think Ikwerre is Igbo, they don;t think they are. So, such association is meant to unite both sides that are not united at the moment. Even if Ikwerres agree to be Igbo, being Igbo will come naturally to them because they've drifted for too long. I'm neither referring to culture or traditional but more with socialization. |
Abeg, when will the quarrels start? Are you sure these ones will not live peaceful till the show ends? |
For now, i have several namely: LAYCON NENGI DORATHY ERICA OZO |
Francis95:Nobody would have known that there's any grouip called Ikwerre except for people who live or have lived in Rivers state. Igbos made Ikwerre popular by constantly trying to force them to be what they say they are not. I knew Ikwerre because i lived in PH when i was much younger. |
I've always maintained the fact that people are who they say they are whether or not they're playing politics with it and that is why for a while now i've come to accept Ikwerres as a distinct ethnic group because they're far gone and nothing can make them Igbo again. Infact, some of them have resorted to lies just to push this non-Igbo narrative but it's still acceptable, afterall there are are ethnic groups in other parts of the world that have similar language and culture. Now for other Igboid groups in Rivers and Delta States especially Etche/Omuma, Ndoki, Aniocha/Oshimili, i've always wondered why they would deny being Igbo when they're the most Igbotic of the Igboid groups in Delta and Rivers state. For some reason, i can give a pass to Ikwerre, Ekpeye, Ukwuani, Ika and Ndoni but the former groups i mention are unmistakably Igbo and not just because of language and culture but because they are contiguous with Igboland and if not for state creation that took them to a different state, they would have naturally been in either Abia/Imo or Anambra. I like the fact that the OP opened his mind and did his research and come to a logical conclusion which is what many people cannot do because they want to take their current narrative to the grave. Even though i don't think you need a research to see that you are Igbo. By your language and the culture/traditions you practice, it should be seld evident. |
So, far i'm sticking with NENGI and LAYCON. |
I think i'm going to support the 3rd and 7th housemates that will be unveiled tonight. Who's with me? |
Bossman25:My friend shut your gob. Enough of this holier than thou attitude that we see every year. if you don't like Big Brother then fvcking move on from the thread and stop whining. Some of you lie, cheat, fornicate and spend your whole existence on p0rn sites but have the effrontery to castigate people who watch BBNaija and blame it for the problem facing the youths in Nigeria. Before BBNaija started, how morally upright were you dingbats? I guess the country was an eldorado then? Let me hear pim from anybody again. Now scram. |
Who watched yesterday's match? Did ya'll notice how Messi seemed tired and unwilling to stress himself. |
robosky02:And why did he not help Arsenal to get to the top 4 of the EPL? It's now world cup that he and these youngsters will help us win. Are they better than the players we've had in time past? We always seem to rush any player that has any link to Nigeria without fixing our real problems. |
APC sponsored. |
There was once a thread. There's no need to ask if Ugwuanyi is working because this thread already has the answer. |
Efewestern:But some still look better than others. Warri should look better than this. |
And those 13 players say Messi is best player in the world. |
Stillthebest:Also read my answer to understand that i was referring to the person he was referring to. |
.“Kamani, Hushpuppi too do... I go done stop yahoo if I get even one quarter of wetin Hushpuppi don make from yahoo.” Nigga, keep quiet. Criminals don't stop just because they think they have made enough. It's in the blood and the more they make like oliver twist, they would want more. It's just like people who say that God should bless them so that they can bless others. meanwhile, they're not blessing anyone at their current level, so, what's the guaranty that they would do so when they make it. |
Whenever i see threads such and this and answers provided by people, i'm even more convinced that Nigerians do not know what their problems are. SARS is not a problem just like PDP or APC are not problems. The problem of NIgeria is Nigerians themselves. Whether SARS is disbanded, the regular police or just about any agency will take up from where they stopped as long as they have some kind of powers. Before SARS, police has always harassed people. Same with the military and even traffic agencies such as FRSC, KIA and LASTMA. They've been known to harass and demand for bribes from people. The lack of morality on the part of Nigerians is the reason for all this. |

1Sharon:Even though the Chinese, Lebanese and Indians are known for moving to different countries. They're simply here for the economic benefits just like the whites. |
Was it ever abandoned? |
EwuGambia:Despite the fact that she doesn't play for Nigeria, she identifies with Nigeria more than some people in NIgeria. Even her sisters plays for the Nigerian team. |
