My thoughts are from observation of the imbalance in the society between men and women especially in Nigeria.

At least in the UK or USA if you choose to build Amazon with a Bezos, you get to walk away with 25% of the wealth you quit your job to build - but if you try this nonsense in Nigeria as a woman .... you get to open a thread on NL and recieve some sympathy and some sneers

I study people, culture and make an logical conclusion plus I have a calling to help women choose a better mate so kids donot hawk or beg or suffer.

The truth is I've learnt bitterly from two experiences that MEN love to spend to spend on their Women. To them it's like a form of fulfilment and relevancy reason why most assume the roles of father immediately they enter a relationship. Forget the redpill and all things guys type here, it's opposite offline and op is really projecting reality.

As one who hardly takes gifts because I feel it kind of subdue someone to some form of indebtedness.I go to relationships with the "He isnt responsible for me" mentality and I don't ask. One told me, I blocked every form of his existence,and made him feel useless and accuse me of "probably getting my help elsewhere" The other didn't even say anything, only found himself a Barbie doll he can decorate with gifts. While to me, I was only putting them first.

The truth is Men love to be leeched on. It gives them joy when they share their stories. I'd be foolish to think otherwise. I've learnt the hard way. I even came across Ubunja thread on How a man's heart is where his money is.

He will NOT go out of his way for her - infact he will complain about feeding her - he wants her to pay for him being with her (bills) but when he meets the girl of his dreams he will toil for her, he will not use logic with her, he will provide for her

That is why these disillusioned women when they realised they have been scammed and thier "loving" husband who they feed, cloth and house has impregnated one village girl who he is clothing, housing and feeding they are extremely confused and make excuses for him.

Thier ego cannot take the fact that they are not his woman - they are the smart brilliant investor and that don't make a diickk hard. PERIOD!

for example, I see a controversial post on social media that's been attracting attention. I screenshot and send to him, asks what his opinion is. It doesn't even require too much brain work, just tell me what you think.

So I try to get him to be less vague by asking him to explain what he means.

And then he says something like "different strokes for different folks I guess" and then proceeds to ask what I think

Now, no one is Keeping any options open here. The lady only simply refused the ring prolly for fear of the unknown. Mind you, not all proposals lead to marriage eventually. Dunno if I'm making sense here. So what if after the courtship they decide not to go ahead with it? Therefore I feel, they should leave out the ring and just go through the courtship. If it works out fine. If not, nobody gets to know if she had been engaged before. And it doesn't in any ways make her unfaithful.
