If you all have not been lazy there won't be a cause for alarm. You have land to farm but you prefer imported food. The land is still there and no need to cause panick. Simply return to the farm to feed yourselves.

There is something wrong here. I see nothing wrong in what the school but they needed a signed consent form with guidelines of things the school will do in situation that parents do not abide by an agreed guideline. It's like when the school give your kid medication. Normally they can only do this if they have your consent and that consent must be seek beforehand using such form. That legally cover the school or teacher that such action was taken because the parent gave the consent even if the parent does not agree at that point.

They should futher reduce federal power by eliminating the land use act and exclusive ownership of all minerals. Individuals should own their own the land and minerals associated with it. If state needs land they acquire it via the eminent domain.

Land Use Act is already under state govt control. Not likely to be handed back to individuals. Already state govt already hands some lands back to native owners through Excision of lands. But its probably a different ball game if such land has some type of minerals under it.

Useless people, they know how to build big churches that can contain 50,000 worshippers but can't build facilities that will serve life-threatening purposes.

Yes, kids can easily knock off the virus as you pointed out but they can easily transfer it to elderly members of their families.

The case of Nigeria is like that of a child named "Folorunsho" (meaning: God look over you) who decide to use the fronds of banana tree to climb a palm tree.

You know you lack the means to fight a full blown pandemic and most especially because the country has one of the most densely populated cities in the world but you continue to let foreign travellers and even native travellers into the country from hotspots with highly infected population. So, who will Folorunsho call upon to save him, after been so suicidal?

How many Nigerians have Coronavirus? How many businesses have shut down? I am here in Houston where most workers are working from home. Restaurants and bars are all closed and eateries can only do deliveries and takeouts. Meanwhile business and daily lives in Nigeria are as normal as usual. Do you think they just hand money out here? Those who earn hourly and who are off work will have no income but still bills have to get paid. As the saying goes, "there is no free money in Moscow". Uncle Bill gives, Uncle Bill and its corporations takes back.

Just yesterday I read a newstory that a lot more Americans are buying guns during this Coronavirus pandemic period because they have less sense of safety and fear that someone may come rob them of what they have since many people are off work and others may be forced to steal in order to survive. Please before you buy land to build a property or rent a house try to do enough investigation to know the kind of risks around the area. Nigerians take things for granted. This is not a place you buy land or rent close to a pipeline. When a leak happens, the respective authorities will not respond on time. A 1994 petrol leak in Baruwa, Ipaja area is still there in the groundwater well expanding to new areas. After 25 years NNPC and Lagis State government have done nothing about it.
