Your choice would depend on these in my opinion: 1. What you want to do with the phone 2. The amount of typing you do 3. Your love for touch screen or lack of love for it But strictly from my own personal view, the Storm 2 beats the bold by a distance. They are both BB based but there is a lot of technical differences between the two. The biggest advantage I see though is the tunnelling through WiFi to the BES, not just using the WiFi for surfing the web. If however you do not intend to have the BB service plan, then go for the Storm 2 as then there would be no comparison at all. |
Anyone interested in a World Cup 2010 ticket? The tickets are for all Nigeria group matches plus 2nd round and Quarter Finals matches should we qualify or the team that qualifies from our group (Argentina?) Note that these are not attached to any package so you are free to make your own travel and accommodations arrangements. |
luvbooks:I am wondering how you disproved the theory since you agreed that in the Holy Book, there are prophets of the Lord that had more than one wife/woman and the Lord did continue to speak and interact with them directly. I only told you that analysing those biblical situations might give you an insight into why ladies find it easier to forgive erring husbands than the men folk. Whether you accept it or not, the man would always be the head or leader in a family. Leaders can have many loyal followers, but followers cannot be loyal to many leaders, therefore the same plays out in the man-woman relationship. Sure you have heard ladies complain that a guy is not man enough - it most times translates that they cannot accept his leadership. Sure , A man shall leave his father and mother and cleave unto his wife to become one flesh, exactly the reason why you would never see a card addressed to a 'Mr and Mrs(s)', it is always addressed to a 'Mr & Mrs' irrespective of how many wives he has. Abi each of the wife no be mrs? If I can remember correctly, He came to fulfill the law. Read the Acts of the Apostles, when the Holy Spirit filled the first Christians in the new testament, he filled also those amongst them that were married to more than one wife. If you are that educated you should know that my inference to emotions being different from reality refers to the basis of your arguments and not to the reality of your being emotional. When your friend candidly tells you that what you did is wrong and should apologize, you might be emotional and get all worked up about you being older than the other person and thus continue to make a fool of yourself, or you can accept the reality and take your friend's advice and simply apologize. Hope you now understand how emotions are different from reality? WHAT you seem to have MISSED, is that my original post is about possible reasons why a lady might be more inclined to forgive a cheating spouse, not IF it is right to cheat. |
luvbooks:Now I know where your barbarism comes from. luvbooks:It is not only written but you should be able to read about it once you start to read the book yourself. The Holy Book is replete with instances where the Lords prophet had more than one wife. luvbooks:So in essence if the man says it is for having children, then you accept that he can have more than one? ![]() luvbooks:The bolded part above tells me where the fountain of your reply came from and thus is understandable. However, I am educated enough to know the difference between emotions and reality. And my dear, the reality is simple a lady Prof would hold onto her husband and find it easier to forgive his infidelity than a guy prof would. I presume you are educated and therefore would also assume that you would have learnt that with education comes different perspective of the same idea or theory, it doesn't make the other person less educated or in need of more education. Use the knowledge you acquired from the education you got. |
MRbrownJAY:Brown Jay, see the coloured parts of your statements, I can deduce that you are a little confused. Clarify your head and then make a re-post. And while at it, please do not make any supposed claims for me, read my post very well and understand it. The other woman was not differentiated into a LovePeddler, another mans wife or love peddler, just a plain other woman. get it! MRbrownJAY:So it is a sin, is that in argument? Learn to comprehend what is written by someone before you go off on an handle. The reason for the sin and why it is possible for one party to find it easier to forgive than the other is what I wrote about, not that it was or wasn't a sin. I said it twice in my earlier reply to you, I would say it again, Learn to read and comprehend. MRbrownJAY:And a wife neither lives in the mans house or quarters nor was she fed by the man or clothed by the same man and obviously not sh_agged by him as well! ![]() |
googles:Se eleyi o de ti po ju fun bobo yen? E gba brake di e ke. |
ayettymama:The last time I checked John Terry's wife is still married to him. (Or is there an unknown African connection with John or his wife?) |
MRbrownJAY:BrownJay, you need not wonder for too long if you do actually take time to read the good book you allude to. When you finish it from Genesis to Revelation, then come back and tell me where you read it that the good Lord chastised a man or any of His prophets for having more than one wife. (You can study the prophets and do a check on how many of them had only one wife! - And before you miss out on the assignment, note that you need not commit adultery to have more than one wife.) If you had taken time to comprehend what I wrote, I did not in any way say one was right or that the other was wrong. I only presented an analysis of the actions that is inbred in both sexes. You can agree with it or better still try and disprove it. BTW, you did reply to the scenarios that you couldn't comprehend despite your not too smart to attempt to disguise it. Hmmm, on the dumb scale, do measure yourself when you come round to understand what a scale is. |
This is a function of how the Lord have created us all. Check all through the holy books, it is written, no two men can share a woman; for there cannot be two captains in a boat. The reason is simple, unto whom is the woman that has cheated loyal to? the husband or the boyfriend? A man cannot live not knowing that his wife is loyal to him. A wife on the other hand has to be loyal to someone. She can decide to be loyal to the husband and thus forgive him and moves on, or can repudiate her loyalty to him and packs out of the house. To also give you an insight, think of this two scenarios: Scenario 1 A man walks into his house and sees a man on top of his woman/wife. What does the BF do? Scenario 2 A woman walks into her house and sees her man on top of another woman. What does the GF do? In scenario 1, the BF takes off immediately knowing that any delay could result in his death while in scenario 2, most times, there ensues a shouting match between GF and Madam. What does the above outcomes tell you about how the Lord has made us? The above reactions are natural inbred instincts and have nothing to do with your nationality or religion. |
@OP, take heart it will pass. She has said you put more time in work and family, then go tell her WHY you put time at work - to make her comfortable. WHY you put more time at family - to show her that your family (you & hers) would be the center of your life. If after the above, she shenks you, then go have a small cry, make sure it comes from your heart o! When done, wipe your eyes and go out. When you see a beautiful damsel that makes your eyes rove, say 'Hello' and that my friend is the key to continuous good life. Look forward to a replacement. |
Gbogbo nkan ni oni iwon! If your GF can contemplate that, then she can. Otherwise, get her something better if you do not want her to serve there. (You are actually scared of the men she would meet there, so get up, roll your sleeves and get her something better) Shikena! |
@Poster, Do not be afraid, what you have been approached about is a normal thing. Normally you would have been approached to just donate your spermatozoa anonymously and be paid for it. This happens at the standard spermatozoa bank institution. The only difference here is that the doctor knows you and has approached you personally. She definitely does not and should not reveal the identity of the couple to you. It is against the ethics of the profession. The question to ask yourself is simple: Are you ready and wiling to donate your spermatozoa to help others. (others implies this couple or any other ones) If your spermatozoa has been adjudged to be strong enough and free from any genetic defects, then I'd advice that you go ahead. Just think of the amount of spermatozoa that you have thrown away with CDs all this years. Imagine some being used to make some couple happy. Imagine being able to contribute to the happiness of others. Go ahead my brother! |
Omolulu:Do not worry, continue to fear Man U. Only I want to remind you, learn to cross a bridge when you get there? You gotta cross and huddle on Tuesday 1st and then have the semis. But I'd advice you to stay focused on next Tuesday! |
Omolulu:Sure you have the nerve to call the ref to question now. Cast your mind back to last season against Chelsea, sure you didn't call that ref a slowpoke when he magnanimously not call that stonewall penalty against Barca. If Chelsea had gotten it and scored, sure you'd be saying something else ko? And mind you, it's not Stuttgart that you'd be playing either. |
Omolulu:Look at your own post as you'd see the lack of any free thinking in there. So you were sleeping while Arsenal had to make two forced changes? They forced us to play our best game? You quite make me smile, sure they did and see what happened, the boys shook off the lethargy and responded. And the result was 2-2. BTW we will definitely score in Spain, mark my words. Till Tuesday! |
Arsenal are rudderless without Cesc(especially AWAY from home). . . .
You are so clueless about the Arsenal style of play. BTW, I thought all haters said the 'boys' could not hold Messi? Our own Song did a better job than JT and his team. |
We lost the midfield because that Diaby did not com to this particular party! Guy man was busy running around the pitch and looking scared and without a clue. In those days, he should have been flogged! |
Well, Madam Joy had contributed much to the senate, however, her time is up. No matter the personality involved, ONLY the winner of an election can/should be sworn in to that position. Though I might like her, but she was occupying that office illegaly and thus she must quit for the adjudged winner. Funnily enough, Madam Joy came inot the Senate via the same means. her name was swapped after the election and she went to the courts to get it righted and therafter was sworn in. She should thus have known better and no should not have gone into alliance with Uba & Iwu to rig elections. The chikens have only come home to roost. Her time is up!. A fair and credible election that returns an Onitsha trader as senator is much more preferable than a hand picked candidate, even if he is a Professor or Obamalike. |
@Poster, I am a firm advocate of seeing things from 'YOUR OWN' perspective and that one should learn to get even rather than angry. So you caught her and she confesses, it's your decision what you want. You can stomach it and stay, or leave her. Should you decide to leave though, don't up and go (please), stay a while, use her and the relationship to heal then when it is right, take a move on. BTW, make sure you learn if there was any deficiency in you that prompted her, that way you can correct it and make yourself a better person for the next lady you would be with. |
Hmmm, had quite a good time reading all through the posts. Been quite a laugh the different opinions. For me, well, my experience with this kinda things have been a little funny, there's been 5 types of outcome 1. The babe starts to enjoy it (and you) and then spoils it by demanding to be treated like a gf 2. The babe does not understand that being casual any one of us can walk out or opt out of the game at any time 3. It starts getting too regular. (I do fancy that a casual relationship is a dessert you can have, not a regular meal) 4. The s3x ain't worth the trouble. 5. Sometimes I do get to start liking the babe, so I move on (that ain't allowed in a casual, so I solve it! )Those are my own experiences. Am I game for a casual, sure it's a necessary tonic for life. (The ways to getting a casual though, is only gathered through experiences) BTW, it ain't no cheerful giver because it's not committed, both are just agreeable to their wants and available solution. (Most times, either party would still have others dying just to be with them.) |
Can anyone help with the Manual Settings for the Zain MMS configuration? I would very much appreciate the help. It is for a Sony Ericsson X1 running WM 6.5. Any help please!!! |
My people, before we start jubilating on this news, let me narrate something to us that is fairly simple. A man has borrowed his friend N500,000.00, with the friend promising to pay back in One month. At the end of the month, the friend doesn't pay, after two months he still has not paid. When the man went to his friend's house in the third month to ask for his money, the friend was very uncooperative. So he promised to deal with him. While storming out of the house, he notices that his friend's car is unlocked and happens to see his cheque book on teh car seat. So he writes himself a cheque for the N500K and forges his friends signatiure and proceeds to collect the money. Pray tell me, when the police come for him, would the fact that his friend owed him the 500K save him from jail? Me thinks not! The same with this situation. You cannot correct an illegality with another illegality. The only option that the NA can transmit power to the VP, is to impeach the president. No other way except of course if the FEC declares him unfit, or if the man dies/resigns. Any other way is not recognised and is a nullity. For starters, the man cannot sack a single minister and he knows it! pronounced Acting president or not! |
So Amodu qualified for 2 WCs and thus he seems to think he is the best Nigeria has? Note that Amodu's era was when Africa got 5 slots, and thus because of Nigeria's previous performances, we became a seeded country and therefore avoided the big guns. The 1st qualification, did anybody in the world, including the Benin President, expect Benin to qualify ahead of us as of 2002? Of course, any half rated coach would have qualified from that lot. In 2009, we needed Mozambique to beat Tunisia for us to qualify, note that Nigeria couldn't beat Tunisia over the two matches, and we largely depended on luck throughout the qualifiers. The same luck we depended on at the ANC. Amodu is clearly a coach without any clout, which serious coach goes to a tournament with 7 injured players in a team of 25? and which coach plays 3 defensive midfielders in a knockout stage of a tournament? Nigeria played 7 matches and we played the same pattern in each an every match! Haba, that shows a coach without any ideas!!! For the good of Nigeria's football, Amodu has to go! He can cash in on his contract clauses, but he has to go. Such mediocrity should not be allowed to continue. |
This is definitely a hoax! The first rule in law is simple: You cannot give what you do not have. The National Assembly cannot constitutionally empower anybody, VP Jonathan inclusive, to act as Acting President. They can only exercise such powers when the President WRITES to indicate that he has transferred his rights to his Vice. Not very much that the constitution clearly states that ONLY after they have received a letter for the President. In this case, they have not received anything. BTW, I thought their is separation of powers in this country and in our constitution, so now the legislature wants to determine the head of the legislature? Mbanu! |
You guys sure made my day reading all through this post. As an Arsenal fan, I am gutted by yesterday's performance. I feel like slapping AW and knocking some senses into him. Some players did not deserve their wages yesterday and it was his fault that they were on the pitch in the first instance. At this rate, I wont have even a tongue to say I am an Arsenal fan again, sha I no fit comot as Arsenal dey my blood. Shey Burnley too get supporters now!!! To the ManU fans, enjoy your day in the sun. |
honeric01:I am surprised at you reacting to this statement and using it as a yardstick. If he was not interested in the money, what the hell was he doing there ![]() Please, if you believe it that someone that slaps you didn't intend to hurt you, then start basing the choice on that. The guy is in the game for the money (he hasn't rang the bell yet, and aint ringing it), don't blame him if his strategy also includes deceiving the uninitiated. |
It's been fun reading you guys & ladies. In fact its been much more fun here than watching the BBR on air itself. However I do notice that everyone seems to have a beef with Eddy nominating Kevin. I really do wish to know why? As I see it, Kevin did replace Erastus so long ago, but then that was his choice and his strategy. Since then however, he has ALWAYS nominated Eddy! So the question is, why is it acceptable for Kevin to always nominate Eddy and Eddy can only be 'dumb' to nominate Kevin?? To all of us, this is a game in which strategising, conniving and lying has been allowed. BBR is a no holds barred version and thus must not be judged on the standard rules. Everyone's got to do whatever it takes to win the moola. And like the good proverbs say: Good guys finish last. And last does not win the money. Just my 2 cents. |
HITV is definitely NOT making the best business decisions. They have premised their success on the perceived craze for Nigerians to watch EPL matches Live. Their initial gamble has not paid off and resulted in them hiking price by 50%. Now that they have evn paid much more money for the 100%, how do they plan to recover the investment? Through another hike in subscription I guess. Well, in comparison to DSTV, they have only increased prices by 30% between 2004 and today, that is a 30% increase in 5 years! But what is the increase in the number of channels? They have gone from 30 channels in 2004 to 120 channels in 2009, that is a wopping 400% increase. Now compare it to the channel increases for HiTV in their 4 years and the subscription increases. It shows the business sense and the value they place on retaining customers, while striving to improve service. A payTV is not based on Football matches alone, ask Setanta Sports. BTW, HiTV would do with investing in their bouquets and even EPL transmissions. |
