Toaskarity:The topic did not change, as you can see I said "Must you reply". You know arsencfc of a charcter. I mean some one that said " I want to kill my best friend since primary 0" . Can anyone want to kill his best friend from primary zero. to me that was funny because he was being sarcastic and I do not expect people on the forum to take his words serious. But soon after Okparaigbo and other started spewing out venom. Why I ask, I believe you do not have to reply to arsencfc of a character and moreover. You do reply hate with hate but instead with love. |
don't mind the man Kudos to my SE brothers and sisters to condemning this act. |

chy101:where did you get that from If onitsha is even the biggest market in Nigeria I would be surprise sabon gari is even larger than onitsha not to talk of idumota, bojir(ibandan ) etc stop lying and contiune with ur bigotry |
But the truth is and I say this without bias, The Hausas are the most useless tribe ever formed, Virtually everything about them is wrong, Their language sounds weird, their skin color is weird, their culture and tradition is way to the left of the rest of Nigeria, If we all were to unite and eliminate a tribe, I say we start with the Hausas and fulanis, Then the Yorubas, I really do not know what added benefit they are to this nation, The dirtiest tribe ever. And they are also very ugly and to mask their uglyness they put marks on their already hideous faces. After we are done with the Northerners, the Yorubas should be next, Now the rest of the east and the south!! The interesting thing is that the Igbos will end up killing each other, in the end, the middle-belt will have to repopulate the entire Nigeria, But in the food chain of Nigeria, The Yorubas and the Northerners are at the bottom,
My brother, why so much hate how can u describe another human being as such ? Please tell us what Igbos lack in Nigeria that others like the hausa and yorubas do not lack is it poverty, development, illiteracy etc you name it. all this ills of our society knows no ethnic group or tribe. Please reduce ur hate so we can build a better nation. |
T8ksy:thank you, this is what i have been waiting for yet some people call Hausa swines and Yoruba cockroaches ![]() anyway Sai 1 NIGERIA NOW |
By SAM EYOBOKA and OLAYINKA LATONA CONTROVERSIAL Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Mallam Sanusi Lamido Sanusi caused a stir at the Trinity House in Lagos when he presented an award on Professionalism to 92-year old founder of Nigeria’s oldest indigenous accounting firm, Akintola Williams Deloitte. Mr. Akintola Williams as part activities marking the nation’s 51st independence anniversary. Sanusi respectfully stood up to usher the elder statesman to the altar which was specially decor-ated in green-white-green in line with the national mood, where he presented the Trinity House Honour Nigeria Awards in commemoration of the 51st independence anniversary. Thereafter the Kano prince, born on July 31, 1961, the Sudan-trained Islamic cleric stayed through the church programme barely smiling whenever, Pastor Ituah Ighodalo cracks one of those his infectious jokes. The programme was put together by the Trinity House, a church established by upwardly mobile Pastor Ighodalo who is also a chatered accountant. The objective, according to him, was to recognize Nigerians of high integrity who have exemplified themselves in different fields of human endeavour and who have contributed to the nation’s growth and development and acknow-ledge them as role models for this present and future generation. This year’s awards were in the areas of leadership, professionalism, industry, philanthropy, and contrib-ution to society and it was not restricted to Nigeria. Recipients included Chief (Dr.) Chris Ogunbanjo (industry), Chief (Mrs.) Opra Mason Benson (Leadership/female role model); Lt. Gen. Theoph-ilus Danjuma (rtd) (phil-anthropy), Mufutau Isah (contribution to society) and former Zambian presi-dent, Dr. Kenneth David Kaunda who was present-ed the African award. Former presidential aspirant, Mr. Gamaliel Onosode presented the award to Miss Mosumola Ogunbanjo who represented the father; while Mrs. Opral Benson received her award from Pastor Ighodalo’s wife, Mrs. Ibidunni Ighodalo. The award for philanthropy was presented to the former Defence Minister, Gen. Danjuma by an Ogun State commissioner, Otunba Ashiru who represented his governor, Dr. Ibikunle Amosun but the entire congregation stood up in acknowledgement of the sterling contribution of the members of Disabled Overhead Bridge Sweepers Association) represent-ed by Mufutau Isah. The gathering of eminent Nigerians gave a standing ovation when Isah, a 42-year old citizen of Ogun State narrated how he came to Lagos and had taken up the task of making Lagos overhead bridges especially the pedestrian ones clean, saying that they have received assistance from some governmental and church organizations. The last award was pre-sented to Miss Zikiwe Gogo Peters who represen-ted the Zambian ambassador to Nigeria for onward transmission to the former Zambian president, Dr. Kenneth Kaunda. Speaking on behalf of himself, Gen. Danjuma said he was most humbled to be so honoured for his modest contribution in the area of philanthropy, say-ing that he retired from the Nigeria Army rather early at the age of 41 and dis-covered that there were opportunities in the Niger-ian economy. “I went into business and after some false starts, I started to make money, good money. So good that it was embarrassing. I then thought of how to give back to the society what the nation had given to me.” “This accusation, you will agree with me, is not without foundation. The very idea if individual foundation to alleviate poverty among citizens began in Turkey where wealthy army generals started the idea of plowing back to the society what the society had given to them,” he added, stressing that the West actually borrowed the idea from Turkey. Danjuma then urged Pastor Ighodalo and other Christian leaders in the country to begin to feed the less privileged people in the community, and attempt to rid the nation of derelicts who reduce the unemployment rate in the country. Pastor Ighodalo, in a brief sermon listed some card-inal ingredients of a good leadership to include, holy living, servant leadership, vision, pointing out that there is too much idolatry, sexual promiscuity, corr-uption and lack of sincerity in the country. “We must begin to do the right things so that Nigeria can be truly transformed. We must resort to the core values our founding fath-ers canvassed,” he said. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2011/10/sanusi-marks-51st-independence-in-church/ |

Obiagu1:So what do you feel. SW people in poverty while the SE people are rich ? I would like to know what you feel ? |
Obiagu1:How am i becoming irritating ? Ain't you and your friend more irritating by gloating over people in poverty ? Or is it a thing of pride and achievement in which you two are proud of ? |
nolongTing:nolongting, you really should not be discussing with south-east aka aloy emeka of a person |
igbo2011:+10 I remember the same in lagos, what happened to it ? |
OkparaIgbo:do u hav to reply ? |
Beaf:Beaf Not support Jonathan presidency does not equate to ethnic bigotry. I brought out an example for u to see. Beaf you can not label people ethnic bigot just because they do not support Jonathan presidency. I mean he has not said anything patenting Jonathan ethnicity or "Jonathan is the worse president because he is Ijaw" A lot of Kanuris spoke bad of Abacha leadership, does that mean they were ethnic bigots. Certainly not |
arsenefc:this guy, ur jokes are expensive you know ![]() |
Nnenna1:answer the question if u are being honest with yourself |
Beaf:so not supporting Jonathan = ethnic bigotry ? ![]() so yorubas that did not support OBJ also = ethnic bigotry against their person Not everyone would like Jonathan, you need to understand that, but that does not mean they are ethnic bigots |
lagcity:So he was a hero then ? and that is why he was not relected |
@Beaf, I think you'r worse than Ibori! You pedal falsehood and defend criminal with such zeal the likes of Ibori,Uduaghan can only dream off.
that is 1 think i don't understand about beaf if some was a thief, why try to protect him ? it is very sickening when Nairalanders try to protect Tinubu, IBB, ibori and co. clearly, their work would speak for them |
By the way am not too familiar with ohakims achievement perhaps u can educate us more,
the man was a villain that sucked Imo state dry |
One question Why would the ex -president write a letter to the president ? If he want to communicate to Jonathan, he would probable use the phone or see him in person. Rubbish report IMO |
Nnenna1:Nnenna, you get too worked up about all this threads. really is it worth it ? This thread is not bashing Igbos at all. |
lagcity:don't mind south-east, chino11 and co but I would love to think it is only some of them that think this way ![]() of course south-east aka aloy-emeka is an ingrate and tribalistic doluwa chino11 aka chy101 is just a psycho that is obsessed with anambra ![]() |
chy101:calm down, I don't believe SW or Ibadan is in any competition with SE or Onitsha. |
White007: hausa/fulani warriors ![]() when the title said Nigerians ![]() anyway, what is ur take ? |
I agree SLS has a strong character and so far looks incorruptible, buf fashola is a better politician who better understand the murky waters of 9ja politics
I agree with you. Also I would just like to add I don't think Ngozi got what it takes to rule this country. Infact looking at Rochas now, he is not a bad candidate at all. Although I would not want him to be the president, probably VP to fashola or Sanusi. Rochas looks more like a philanthropist than a progressive. What I mean is that, he is a good person with a good heart but does not look like a planner per-say Ngozi does not tick it for me |
I would go for fashola as he is the best candidate around. SLS is not bad as well |
arsenefc:Fstranger I am with you and i don't really like that ojuyobo but what is wrong in osun and lagos politics been intermixed ? |
Alj U right on federalism. The power at the center needs to be reduced ASAP. I believe it will reduce the message of hatred. The idea that people can not survive without oil is a big lie. Oil money ends up in elites' pocket as it is.
Thank you. The north , SW and SE have never survived on oil before the 50's and they all did well even better than today. The country was thrown into civil war because of oil hate for different ethnic group because of oil MEND, ijaw vs itsekiri vs urhobo etc because of OIl. Abeg all this should just end and federalism should start |
