Christianity EtcRe: Astral Travel Or Out Of Body Experiences by Aproko(f): 12:41pm On Apr 18, 2007
jen33, i like your researches.i think a lot of people are lazy when it comes to seeking the truth. people dont ask questions cos they are scared that what they will discover is different from what they have been told for so long.people seem afraid to ask questions, to question tradition. i do not necesarily agree with all your findings but i think it is a big step to get out of your comfort zone and find answers.a lot of people have questions but lack the guts to find answers. well goodluck to them. as for me, astral travel does exist, know someone who practices it. i will not do it even if i know how(i'll rather go to the US in flesh than see it from the ethereal wink )but wont stop those that think it is a must from doing it.

Christianity EtcRe: Jesus: The Son Of God, Or God? by Aproko(f): 11:44am On Apr 18, 2007
i've always felt jesus christ is a part of God.he is not 100% God cos if he is, then who did he pray to on the cross?(if thy will, please take this cup away from me!)was he praying to himself or to someone else?do you actually think God in his magnitude would have been crucified by we men?do you actually think that for the 3days jesus was in the grave there was no one in heaven watching over the rest of mankind?what of all the time jesus was on earth, you mean there was no one in heaven?jesus said in his fathers house there are many mansions, was he referring to himself since he is 100% God? just food for thought guys.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Why It Is So Dificult To Get A Job With A 2.2? by Aproko(f): 2:03pm On Apr 13, 2007
i agree with mypeace.the question is can you sell yourself?a 2.1 gives you an audience but a 2.2 means you have to make sure you have an audience.when you finally get it, what do you do with it?
CareerRe: Age Barriers To Graduate Employment In Nigeria by Aproko(f): 1:54pm On Apr 13, 2007
seun i think you should watch it.am glad you think you are smart, i think you are overdoing it a little, but try to remember that everybody cannot have the same opportunities or think the same way.its obvious you have read enof rich dad & poor dad series and its working for you but not evrybody will have thesame opportunities, not everybody will work in shell or nlng because life is not fair. you should have sympathy for those that have to graple with the fact that they have struggled to finish school and yet cant find a job to pay bills at home,at least a job for a start.i spent 7yrs studying law,1year lawsch,1yr nysc, and mind you, i never failed a course, graduated with a 2.1 & all.but do you expect me to be below 24 after all these years?show sympathy for those that are still finding their feet,no matter how old they are.encourage them instead of rubbing your success in their faces cos God is the one that blesses.it takes one moment to strike gold and the same moment to go under.just be grateful for your situation and help those you can instead of making a fool of them or their opinions.

NYSCRe: Vacancy For LLB Youth Corpers by Aproko(f): 2:46pm On Apr 12, 2007

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Law Chambers Pls Recruite by Aproko(f): 2:50pm On Apr 11, 2007
am currently in a small law firm(sole proprietorship) and i got in by reference!!!that was after i submitted my cv to all the major ones which am sure are shredded by now.now adays you need to know someone who knows someone, apart from God, that is your major hope and even that doesnt work all the time. there are too many lawyers and dont forget lawyers are stingy esp the sole proprietors, they use you and expect you to be grateful!!!being married should be a thing of joy and spell stability, but guess what?lawyers dont want the excuse of my kids are sick, have to cook for my husband, sorry i cant come to work on sat cos my in-laws are comming around e.t.c they seem to forget that they have wives too, or for the females they were once in this situation. i think you should keep your options open,an ICSAN is good but it may not be the messiah, God is. so just pray that what is yours doesnt pass you by.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Top Paying Law Firms! by Aproko(f): 2:26pm On Apr 11, 2007
dats gud.like a said its healthy competition amongst the top law firm. i guess they want to leave the archaic days of paying junior lawyers crap behind!!i know for sure that templars like 1st class and ivy league people.but in the legal profession, experience is your ivy league masters.so if templars think those with 2.1 or 2.2 dont know anything, i would like to know if oghogho apata graduated with a 1st class or has an ivy league masters.sorry o, but am really beefing the guy.everybody shld be given a chance even if your father doesnt have money to send you to harvard.
Christianity EtcRe: Trousers Or Mini Skirts: Which Is A Sin? by Aproko(f): 1:14pm On Apr 11, 2007
KAG, sorry oh, but wetin jesus wear dat time?na trouser abi na jalabiyahuh??the bible should not be interpreted literalily all the time.sometimes you need to dig deep to find out what the bible is trying to tell us.if the gal doesnt want to wear trouser because she thinks its a sin either against God or her boyfriend, then let her wear all the mini skirts in the world.its her choice and she alone bears responsibility for her choices. no need fighting over something dat petty.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Top Paying Law Firms! by Aproko(f): 2:57pm On Apr 10, 2007
its hard to really say which the top 3 are because there seems to be healthy competition amongst the top law firms.most of the big ones pay at least 70k for starters, but i hear banwo & ighodalo pays about 100k for starters. however, templars claim to have the best profit sharing in the profession even though they pay about 60k for starters. so i guess everything depends on the total package.but beware of banwo & ighodalo!hear they have a changing room dat means be prepared to spend some nights at the office!!!and talking from experience, pls stay away from sole proprietorships cos they will use you till you fade!!!!
