I wonder how happier you are, seeing this type of stvpid flamboyancy, shutting down government businesses for a mere meeting, and you are here supporting your downfall,..... Maybe you need some evaluations shocked
Ol' boy, even when around, what do they achieve sef?

Funny is that all the things APC supporters accused Jonathan of are happening. Governor pulling a large crowd to the airport, I guess there are perm secs and senior govt officials there. To do what?

Even GMB's food vote, crowd and ceremony leaving and arriving 9ja are not negligible compared to previous regime.

Of course in 9ja, truth is a scarce commodity.

If you have money and connection in 9ja you can do most things and get away with it.

Unless you have enemies in high places like Metuh has.

if the rapist was a vulcaniser called Karimu or Keke Napep rider called Onyeagbulam, his pics, name, address and even his state, Lga, EDUCATION level and complete biography would be included.

Even the wound and naked pics and a raging mob would be included. cheesy

But do they ask Adele, Beyonce & others to help themm secure visas? The answer is a big no.
Is it a crime not to be born in a country where people mostly enjoy visa free travelling? A big NO.

Fanatical fans of Adele are mostly British, Beyoncé's mostly American. They hardly need visa to important countries & if they do, they get them easily.

I don't need a visa to Western Countries & developed Asian countries. But it doesn't mean I shouldn't have solidarity with those who need. grin
Properties › Re: Don't Be A Victim. Investigate Every Property Before You Buy Any Land This Year by AreaFada2: 9:44am On Jan 28, 2016

Good day my able people, i have been following this thread for a while and i must admit...it's very interesting.
I will like you guys to advice me on what to do about this issue.

I bought a land precisely half a plot 30ft by 120ft at Aseese, Ogun State. I spoke with an Achy friend who now told me i can't get any documentation for half a plot except it's a 3/4 or full plot. I couldn't dispute that statement as am new to that, but i believe asking here will suffice.

I appreciate your candid opinions.
Following this. Responses would the appreciated.

@Eloquenson, what document did you get when you bought it? Just receipt?

Because I have seen some half plots with r/s in Lagos. Or were they fake? shocked shocked

Is this the case only in Ogun State or every state?

I hope Danjuma, Dantata and other oil block owners will be scrutinised too. Does government get 100% of oil lifted by private firms? Do the firms not incur costs when lifting and also make a profit?

Having said that, anyone who cheated the common wealth should be severely punished, including Northerners. No selective justice.

Thank you.

Wait oooooo dy go pay them 4 dis ranking
But it will attract some rich & brilliant students & academics from Japan, South Korea, Russia, USA, India, Saudi Arabia & other Gulf states.

That will further enhance student & staff quality, thereby keeping the universities at the top for longer.

These rich students will in the future donate huge money to their alma mater endowment funds.

For example: Harvard university has a fund of $37.6 Billion, MIT = $13.7 billion. Stanford: $16.136 billion.

In UK Cambridge =£5.890Billion, Oxford = £4.246billion.

Now compare to 9ja 2015 budget of $23.8 billion, a country of 200 million people!

From 9ja "fire brigade" & "owo mi da" approach, no money will be shared for ranking.

But the future benefits can be enormous.

Quite a surprise to see Imperial College London at lowly 23, and UCL ahead of Cambridge.

And to see Emory, Brown, Baylor College of Medicine & Dartmouth (some Ivy League universities) so low, not even within first 30, is surprising.

My old university was ranked 16 worldwide one year & we were murmuring with discontent. grin

Black is my best colour, but my Mum would take me to MFM for deliverence for even thinking about it, so maybe another colour. Ivory, Champagne gold or beige won't be bad choices.

thanks to d ibos for starting that trend with "zik of onitsha".
I'm not Igbo but Zik was Owelle of Onitsha, a high chief I understand. Or is there another thing you mean? Remember Zik actually wanted to do his politics in the West. But ethnicity suddenly became an issue. Born in the North and worked mostly in Lagos. Politically was with Herbert Macaulay, Zik always had the Pan-Africanism idea as perhaps only Nkrumah did then.

Victims of Boko Haram & ritual killing didn't go anywhere. Yet they died. Apo six were killed (by 9ja police, argument over a girl, including the girl) just kilometers from Aso Rock, yet no justice till today.

What is percentage of youth unemployment in Nigeria again?

People have the right & freedom to travel anywhere. Respect that. Don't impose your view on others.

American citizens have been shot from behind running from their own policemen.

Happens everywhere.

RIP dude.
