Handing over after loosing an election is a normal thing that should happen but the case is very different in Africa especially when the ruling party losses to opposition. Whether GEJ didn't have the courage, will or machinery to thwart the election/ handover is the unanswered question. And most people are not genuine enough to tell people. People worry about causing offence.
