Family › Re: I Have Fallen Out Of Love: What To Do? by armyofone(m): 7:08pm On Jan 05, 2012
if money is the problem, forget it cuz tough time don't last. if s.ex is the problem, why not show him how to do it the way you want? if you are falling out of love with him, girl the grass is not greener out there fa. take a vacation, work on your relationship and grow old together.
No one can ever make you happy so do what you love to do and stop being miserable.

give it another chance for the fact that he is loving right now.
i wouldn't say divorce him because he is not abusing you, so relax.

Family › Re: The Black Woman's Hair- What Do Your Partners Think? Please This Article by armyofone(m): 8:35pm On Jan 03, 2012
interesting article. black ladies spend on hair stuff more than any other group of ladies in the world, imo.

imagine 200 dollars for hair style that you will take out in 4-6weeks time.

heard Beyonce hairstyle cost avg 20k to do. not sure if it's true. AA don't joke with their hair. black ladies have come a long way from Hair Ironing to painful relaxer to back/front wig grin etc.

Hollywood not helping matter grin

Food › Re: Women Who Hate Cooking by armyofone(m): 9:08pm On Dec 29, 2011
cooking african meals is no fun. put this and that, buy this and that, pound this and that, grind this and that etc

i guess that's why african guys don't like cooking . . . too much work. go to african gatherings, you see the guys sitting and soaking beer plus gisting while the ladies labor in vain the kitchen.

i love cooking and can cook anything plus invent mine delish. however, if you make me a cook, be ready to eat papa john or pizza hut as your daily meal  tongue

@bamboocha thanks for your encouraging words

I have spoken to him yesterday i told him that everyone on Nairaland thinks i should pack up and leave well we had a heart to heart talk, and we have concluded on a few things only time will tell if any changes come of it for now i told him he has changed and is not the same man i met 8 years ago. I also told him im not ready to have another baby unless things change. Furthermore he begged me to come to this country so we can be a family and i wont live in this misery half way around the world from my own family. I told him his family is here now in his home and if he should respect that. We agreed that our relationship needs rebuilding in some areas and will start to work on it.

Thanks all for your kind words most of you anyways.
2012 go bring huge and better change, keep your fingers cross sistah.

good thing she knows how to protect herself from a bully.

a very nice investment she got there. why should major fight be all about hitting each other?
a bad husband is one who hit his wife during arguement. if her mouth is sharp, yours should be too or leave the house.

OP, don't ever whup your wife or she too will go and learn some judo, boxing, karate, jack kniving etc

Foreign Affairs › Re: Obama Bans Daughters From Facebook by armyofone(m): 5:55pm On Dec 19, 2011
right thing to do. what is 13 years old doing on sites like facebook and the rest?

going online to do research for her class work is enough.
the girls are better off reading and helping in the kitchen or playing with toys.
they are too young for facebook no matter how tall they are. 18years, okay not now.

good decision.

b.tw OP, no 13 years voted for him so your point is not sticking undecided

good question TOH, still searching. i think it is easy to find missing black on milk carton and some newspaper page than on Nancy Grace.
Politics › Re: 25 Year Old Missing Nigerian Found Dead In Usa by armyofone(m): 4:39pm On Dec 19, 2011
it is interesting o. i was searching Nancy Grace to see if she got the news on but nothing. saw lots but none on the nigeria lady. she usually focus on such case but why not the missing Nig lady?

So Sad, jumping into the bridge so far no body?? not sure if they are searching for her. what are the parents doing about the case? they should go to the media.
