lhordspy: Lot of mentally unstable people walking around in the US.
While its government is war-mongering around. Pokenosing into affairs of different country's security issues. Issuing security threat here and there. Trying to force gay ideology on other nations.
A place where you can get shot by a random unstable person, just because he cant find butter to eat his bread. There are mentally unstable people walking and roaming around the earth. Just that the ones you mentioned readily have access to guns, some knives (the ones in Nigeria have access to knives) Don't you think it is mental instability that makes a person slice off another person's head for ritual ? |

The lemon cake tasted like the best thing on earth. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as soft as I wanted it. Next time, I will add buttermilk and yoghurt to work magic to the texture.

mariahAngel: Ah! Loaded with nutrients and antioxidants from different spices we use o. It was before I used to fall for that "over cooked" theory. Not anymore o.
Most of the kinds of vegetables we use cannot be eaten raw. They're more potent when cooked a bit.
Why do you think Nigerians weren't that affected by covid, contrary to predictions by the oyinbos? They had/have strong immune systems. They didn't even comply with the social distancing thing. I dare say average Nigerians have stronger immune systems than the westerners who eat mostly raw foods. They can hardly tolerate/survive what we can. Covid proved it. Not the spices or food sis - Asians do the spices and vegetables thingz too - yet Covid-19 attacked hard there. Strong immune systems from build up of immune soldiers from previous uncountable exposures |

Superstitious beliefs as usual - what white people do appease the fake mermaid?
The Golden Gate Bridge used to be hot spot - a barrier was put in place so people can't use it to end their life. At another Bridge, a nail rail was put on the concrete and people can't climb to jump due to the nails added recently by engineers.
Mental health issues that are out of control is the reason. Human mind is complex and complicated - when you are faced with problems and no way out, the worst can happen.
Lagos state government should brainstorm with engineers to create prevention barriers such as nail rails, barb wires etc that can prevent people from climbing. |

I don't think any tribe holds the monopoly of best soup whatever. Cooking is an art - the taste of the soup is determined by individual tastes bud at a particular point. |

Pastor use the money for fine meals and nice lifestyle anyway.
Nigerians should learn from her. I hope you all here learn from her good deed.

If you are done with university, I don't see any reason for you to continue living in the same home you were born and raised. It is not good - And most Nigerians refused to get it into their heads that there is a time limit to everything in life.
When you leave home, go forge your life and make choices, you grow, gain experiences, exposures and learn better.
Parents should let go after university. And children should learn to leave the nest in their adult years Come visit that same environment but not live there. Continuing to stay home and your comfort zone might work against your pursuit of progress in life.
You are working- so leave!! Go create your own path in life. |

Kobojunkie: Nigerians, particularly the poor, need to change abeg. Go a poor home and you see big yard space but bare. Why?
Go oyinbo house, right from the gate na one plant or another you go dey avoid to reach door. Yet we get better weather for growing food crops all year round. . I tell you. Most are scared of hard work. Great weather, land etc but hungrier! No creativity or innovation. If there are large numbers of people like this OP in each state in Nigeria, things would be better. They all want to go to university - yet parents can't afford to pay. They can't feed yet have 4 children plus side children. |

raumdeuter: What is a cut off for abortion you support or you believe they can abort a day to birth. There is a mid point between banning at 4 hours after sex and allowing abortion at 9months without exception for life of mother.
Not like I personally care. As long as I dey kerewa with Hauwa 4 hours after sex, you don't know if you are pregnant unless you mean Plan B. Btw - I don't think anyone will just abort for the fun of it. Something might have happened to make them have a change of mind to do away with the pregnancy. Could be finance, health, abuse, trauma etc. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: American Politics Thread: Trump Is The 47th President! by armyofone(m): 11:28pm On Nov 14, 2022 |
SlyFoxx4Life: If you are not ready to care for a baby then either close your legs, use protection or at least don’t get pregnant for a deadbeat who can’t provide for a child. Liberals always talk about being “pro-choice” you have the choice not to have careless unprotected sex in the first place. Both should close their legs. A woman should stand her ground - condom or shuu off. In case of rape, let the woman make her choice to abort or keep the child. |
