Pukkah: Well done! The patriotic army of Oyo indigenes in London! You really behaved like 'The Pacesetters' that you are supposed to be but which your leaders have prevented you from attaining through senseless and ridiculous spending like this.

How can anyone try to justify this type of wasteful spending when thousands of the indigenes of the state are suffering? huh huh
psychophants and relatives of those people in question.

ballabriggs: Is Ebele Azikiwe not your brother again?

Na waoh!!!
is that why work is still going on at onitsha enugu highway while east west road project has been abandoned?maybe he hates his ethnic group so much so that had to add ebele azikiwe to his name?

ballabriggs: Did I tell you he is not an idi0t?
errr... Whether he is an idiot or not is irrelevant.it does not speak well that an ijaw man was president and perhaps the most important road that crosses ijaw region was not done and there was no ijaw lobby group to do anything.
Politics › Re: Ndigbo Wont Vote For ACN In Lagos by asha80(m): 11:42pm On Jul 22, 2012
ballabriggs: Hahaha another idi0t. Instead of you to organise your red cap chiefs to lobby the construction of the second Niger bridge so as to save you from mpiawa azu boys at bridge head, you are here fighting Yoruba people for commissioner position.

Na waoh, Igbo mma mma nu!!!
an ijaw man is president but east west road project has been abandoned.is that not shameful?

Desola: isn't that a shame? Just like the ones I see around me are the ones that stuff cocaine up their anus and get their heads chopped off in china and SA.

What are we gonna do about them, eh?
kill them all i guess.what about those that sit at home and do nothing while their wives carry loads on their heads in the hot afternoon for alaba traders?

do the igbos deny that people like that exist?i am replying to the person that implied that the averga igbo guy is tout.i guess you did not see that.

Desola: You should learn not to take those people so seriously. They have serious chips on their shoulders and deep insecurity issues. They have always been in competion with the Yorubas because they always see us as the ones to beat but the sorry part is that we pay them no mind. While they see Lagos as their final frontier, we see the space. Let the truth be said, we are not in the same category. The only reason why we even have this forum to discuss with them is due to the evil that was done by the British in 1914. We brought civilisation to them and they know it. Don't be fooled, an average ibo sees himself as inferior to the Yorubas and is always on the defensive whenever he is in the presence of one. It is this insecurity that makes them boast and want others to listen to them. They claim to have the most literate people but have you ever engaged an average ibo in conversation and see the stark difference? Isn't it intriguing also that they continue to flood the SW states despite their silly claims of having the most universities? Those universities are glorified secondary schools to be frank with you. Come on, only an ibo man would come up with Madonnna as a name for a university. Need I say more?
funny the yorubas i see around me here in anthony villge are alaye and area boy types that keep keep breaking each others heads because of chelsea and man u.

PeterKbaba: Na wa ooo, you give igbo man one mile, him wan collect everything. No wonder Hausa's love killing them in the not. The know what is wrong to think of, but want to imagine the impossible as possible... Just listen to yourself talk. LMFAO.... you want to be deputy of Lagos, you want to be governor of Lagos... you say you own Lagos, you own all the business in Lagos, if you leave lagos ( lagos will fall ).

Answer this simple question:
1. What business or investment do you igbos own in Lagos?
2. What will you igbos do anytime OPC comes out to protest or protect our Yoruba land? Will you come out and fight them in Lagos, since you now own Lagos.
3. If you guys believe so much in yourself and ability, how come the igbo land is still like a getto, how come you cant make your homeland better than places like Lagos, London, New York.
4. Will you Igbo's soon ask that you want to become the Oba's of Lagos or all yoruba states lol.
5. How come 95% of the music and entertainment industry can make it internationally only through Lagos and not in your igbo land.
6. Would you IGBO'S COME BACK TO YOUR SENSES ONLY WHEN WE GIVE YOU THE HAUSA TREATMENT, BY KILLING OR Massacring YOU IGBOS. WHY DON'T YOU GUYS JUST RESPECT YOURSELVES AND DON'T PUSH YORUBA'S TO START KILLING YOU ALL in the yoruba land, inorder for you guys to COME BACK TO YOUR SENSES.

DONT YOU LIKE THE FACT THAT YOU ALL ARE SO COMFORTABLE IN THE YORUBA TERRITORY, THAT YOU PREFER LAGOS THAN EVEN GOING TO YOUR IGBOLAND. DO YOU GUYS PREFER YORUBAS TO START KIDNAPPING, KILLING, ROBBING, BOMBING, ASSASSINATING YOU IGBOS IN LAGOS BEFORE YOU WAKE UP FROM THIS YOUR SENSELESS IMAGINATIVE dream.
funny you should say making it in music industry in lagos.say who controls the distribution of music and films in nigeria?
Politics › Re: Ndigbo Wont Vote For ACN In Lagos by asha80(m): 9:44pm On Jul 22, 2012
seriously though if some yorubas are not happy with the 'igbo invasion' into lagos then they should also join the average igbo business man in pleading with the fg to make eastern ports especiaaly ph , calabar and onitsha port to be functional so that traffic can be diverted away from lagos.otherwise they can continue enjoying the 'invasion'.

Dipwater: Bros I understand ,obi is trying sha but we expect a lot 4rm him.the thng u met on ground were constructed by ngige the former gov. Its not as if obi is not working ,its just that ngige achievements has dwarfed obi' s work. I am 4rm anambra state ,my people are industrious ,they don't depend so much on the govt, they make thngs happen by themselves

Every state has its own challenges .anambarians could be difficult atimes
ngige did nothing about education in his time.the roads he constructed are in anambra central.he did not do anywork in anambra north.

osajojo: The anambarians hate him becus he doesn't invite them to loot. Do u know why apga is losing legislative seats in anambra its bcus obi will not pay a kobo to bribe villagers to votem they criticise him cus they feel he is stingy. They don't know he is protecting their future. For instance edo state where I come from and currently resides owns as debt over 140b. Let's now compare what's available to these governors and they compare their work. In anambra there is not public secondary school without an ict department. One day obi rejected an expensive wristwatch given to him as a gift and ask the person to use it to purchase computers for schools. Anambrarians are they ones killing the state they are trying to bring him down. They don't obey rules and are very dirty pple hence the outlook the state has. I can go on and on. For my governor oshomole am praying he does really well but if u think what he has done is worth it then we r prepare for the worst. I ate govnors that are cosmetic. I challenge u to google it, anambra is the next most developed state after lagos and abj. We r talking about rural development and standard of living not street lights et al

osajojo: There's no village in anambra state without road, pple attend public school cus they have standard, pple condemn peter obi cus of awka d capital but I think obi is not the pretentious type. This years budget for anambra was 66b one of the lowest. Anambra doesn't no own a dime and no taxes like in other states. Obi built the longest bridge ever built by a state government the amaoukpala oko road. He pays copers d most. Teachers in anambra liv big. The truth is that he doesn't bite more than he can chew. I served @ anambra and I travelled 18 out of the 21 lga and I hv not seen a state with such development all rural area have alist a road. He is not a wasteful govnor. Plz let's appreciate a diff type of person who we will soon discover is the best.
i see that you are not new so it is not case of one registering with another id just to talk.so which state are you from because some anambrarians hate the guy and will not agree with your verdict here.

I couldn't find a RELIABLE IGR data (manny4lyf and co will know what I am talking about, as we have had this argument before). However, think about the logistical difficulty Lagos face compared to Imo (remember, OVER 28 times Imo's pop density). Also, no matter the IGR, IMO still receives 13% derivation, yet you think Rochas is better?? I have not hear of many capital projects from Imo state ( the only thing he has done is the free education which I commend) but just yesterday Fashola commissioned 3 projects, even Chime is better in that aspect!
funny argurement.fashola and chime commisioning capital projects.both have stayed five yrs in office.they would have been goats not too.rochas barely one year inoffice and you want road construction jobs(not tarring ooo) completed?will such roads not be substandard?you think he is only about free education?use google as he is your friend.also type ICAPS ROCHAS and follow the website displayed and tell me what you see.

comradefery: Nigeria is a nation where lawless people have the shortest of memories. My greatest annoyance with PDP and these criminally minded faul crying L.G chairmen is not just that they were unjustly selected at the expence of many qualified candidates from other parties, but the fact that there was a Court Injunction restraining Imo state government under Ohakim and IMOSIEC from conducting the election, yet they went ahead, now they have remembered that there is something called a "law court", funny nation with funny characters!
exactly.i remember there was a court injuction stopping imosiec from conducting that sham called lg election yet ohakim still went ahead.well matter has moved to SUPREME COURT let us see.
Dont twist my words around!!

I was diicking about on the thread where I insinuated that.. However, regardless of my bais towards Rochas, can you tell me what he has doe to deserve being made President above other proven governors like the Akwa Ibom, Rivers, Enugu and Anambra guys?!

Nwokem, stop selling us hypes, we want to see physocal eveidence.. The days of free things politic has passed.. We want to see roads with drainages and not 100 Naira salary for children...

Speak if you have points to make in support of Rochas..

Insha allah, we shall continue with teh election reforms and with each passing year come closer to a a free a d fairer election.. ROCHAS will be lucky to see the Aso Rock gate let alone become President.. Even some highly regarded Ndi Igbos on Nairaland have started to see the light that Okija Juju had seen a long time ago about Rochas..
first why do you like comparing okorocha with people who served nothing less than five years in office?though i am one those who defend him do not bring peter obi into this argurement ie if you are aware of anambrarians in different fora including nairaland say about him.if you are so desperate to find out how rochas is 'failing' you go around the state and look for yourself.if it was about displaying 'achievements' on the internet ohakim would have continued to be governor since he was a good internet governor.by the way who are respected or 'eminent' igbo nairalanders you are talking about?
