Thank you very much, elababa007

WES have already received my wife's certificate. I would need someone to help with the transcripts at OOU. Can we connect please? Could please PM me?
You wife should go to the school (transcript office) and speak to the people there. The woman in charge when i collected my transcript in 2012 was very helpful.

:PS She should not go and claim right oh, she has to form humble.

Does working in Nigeria qualify for this following question under the crs tool

"How many years of skilled foreign work experience do you have? It must have been continuous, paid, full-time (or an equal amount in part-time), and in only one occupation."

To be honest this policy lacks vision, wisdom and the present reality on ground.

Ebanking makes life kind of convenient. I can't stand unnecessary queues in the banking halls. Major Glitch over ebanking is unavailability of interswitch network...aside that, it's a preferred choice. But, the day you mistakenly transfered money to the wrong account, you are on your own smiley
Interswitch has a 99.99% availability rate. Its mostly the bank's network that is down .

Yet Other Questions: 1. What is the propriety of Buhari's receipt of the putative SUVs ostensibly valued at about USD300,000 when the average man on the streets can barely afford three square meals?

Stella Oduah was maligned and vilified for acquiring cars of similar nature with those given to Buhari. Why are we shifting the goalposts?

2. What is the connexion between the office of the NSA and the replacement of the status cars of past political office holders? In other words, is it Dasuki's call to replace Buhari or indeed any past office Holder's cars?

Questions all over the place...
1) Stella Oduah bought cars outside of the budget, it doesn't matter if it was a Volkswagen beetle or a Santana.. Stop comparing apples and oranges.
2) The office of the NSA is charged with security of past head of states, and that includes providing armoured vehicles for the past head of states.

Shove your Latin down your throat, Mr cosmopenticus, and answer the question.

It is expected that no matter how miniscule, a sector of the populace ought to be feeling the cleaning.
People are feeling it, they just don't know. The fact that people are complaining that there's no money is a proof of that.
In the past, someone would have taken out money from the treasury and spent it indiscriminately, so the mallam who sells goats would have sold a trailer load to one politician, Hotels would have been over booked e.t.c, Now most of this things aren't happening (due to TSA and people hiding their loot) means there's less money in circulation so everybody will be affected.
To the woman on the street, its a bad thing but to people like me who is educated and knows that true change doesn't come easy, we know its the price to pay.

PS: Even as far back as 2014, NOI had warned us to brace up for hard times.

The question is are the tenants in Nigeria, if yes then nobody who pays rent in dollars would pay you in cash.

Removing petroleum subsidy looks good in theory but as Nigeria is today it's a terrible idea.
1) We do not have a functional anti competitive agency to checkmate marketers so they would sell at exorbitant prices ( no competition would not work).
2) NNPC is not yet at the place were it can offer completion to the marketers.

If the vote is for the party then the party should have the right to withdraw it mandate from a sitting Governor or perhaps they can be switching the candidates monthly...
Also it should be possible to conduct a general election before the primaries since the vote is for the party and not the candidate. i.e after the general election then any party that emerges the winner can then conduct it primaries
The supreme court judgement in Amaechi vs Omehia says it all.
Omehia was the candidate, Amaechi became governor.

Go and read the judgement....

The Biafrans have come to understand these issues, that's why we think you are the biggest joker for thinking Biafrans are jokers.
Talkers will talk while doers will do.
What has the senate/ house of rep got to do with building a seaport?
You only need federal approval via the NPA and a SS man was President for the last 5 years.

We have been saying that Lagos is overpopulated, Lagos is congested but the government has refused to create the enabling environment and policies that will decongest Lagos.

Why can't there be policies that will make it mandatory to import certain type of goods through like a PH?

What is delaying the construction of Ibaka?
You don't need policies you need political will. Lagos decided the Apapa wharf is crowded and they decided to build one at Lekki same thing with building an airport.
This is one of the reasons why I think the Biafran apologist are jokers.
What stops the states in the SE and SS from pulling funds together to build a functional seaport and airport?

He's just being politically correct with caution before they establish what happened. And he made that statement before the video of the dead Russian pilot went viral.

Arming the Kurds is a long term project. They'll retaliate soon cos Turkish jets violate the Syrian airspace all the time.

I'm waiting for Putin's speech.
This bold part is a given, an incursion by the Turks would be disastrous. They won't even get a warning.

Although the Turkish ambassador to the US is talking tough. Have you seen his tweet? Its up there in the link someone posted.
Foreign Affairs › Re: Turkey Shoots Down Russian Jet Near Syrian Border by AZeD1(m): 1:39pm On Nov 24, 2015
Shymm3x:
Turkish jets violate Syrian airspace all the time to bomb the Kurds. And since Russia has s400s in Syria, they can easily shoot down those planes. Putin can't let it slide - he's a man known for showing leadership and someone needs to teach the crazed Erdogan a lesson. Then you have the home-front - Russian won't let it slide.

Europe will never go to war over Turkey. Turkey is a US project, and there's a reason why Turkey was never allowed to join the EU - despite pleas from the US. Funny enough, France, the only strong European country that's active in Syria right now and Turkey don't see eye-to-eye. France also happens to be the biggest Turkey-hater in Europe and the country that blocks everything concerning Turkey in Europe.

Only the US might be dragged into it - and I know the US wants war with Russia. Sabre rattling and posturing - that's where it will end.
Frants Klintsevich, deputy head of Russia's upper house security and defense committee called the act “extremely agressive,” and says "NATO countries are trying to demonize Russia and discredit its actions against international terrorism." “This is a provocation," he added, but did say that direct confrontation with Turkey would be "absurd."

If Turkish jets get close to Syrian airspace, it would be downed, that's a sure thing but Putin would not declare war on Turkey. They are a small fish to him. Expect the Kurds to get some sophisticated weapons from the Russians soon including some SAM's
Foreign Affairs › Re: Turkey Shoots Down Russian Jet Near Syrian Border by AZeD1(m): 1:32pm On Nov 24, 2015
Mcbussy:
Bro, fly into Russian airspace and say this after they shoot down ur plane. Flying into a country's airspace without authorisation isn't allowed, whether manned aircraft or drone. Even an allied nation would ask before doing so.
Actually no sane person would shoot down another country's aircraft even if it flies into your airspace. The smart and frequently done thing is to intercept.
Foreign Affairs › Re: Turkey Shoots Down Russian Jet Near Syrian Border by AZeD1(m): 1:22pm On Nov 24, 2015
Shymm3x:
Letting it slide would be political suicide for him at home, especially with the videos of the dead Russian pilot all over the internet. It was a deliberate escalation and he has to do something.

Forget NATO, if Turkey ever gets hit by Russia - they'll just talk tough with sabre rattling everywhere, they won't do anything. NATO is not united and Europe won't go to war with Russia over Turkey. There's a reason why Turkey was never allowed to join the EU.
Putin will not hit Turkey directy..He would go proxy (most likely with the Kurds) but not a direct confrontation. He stands to gain nothing from bombing Turkey.
Putin also knows that if he tries to bomb Turkey, Europe and the US would mostly likely be dragged in to war somehow.
Foreign Affairs › Re: Turkey Shoots Down Russian Jet Near Syrian Border by AZeD1(m): 1:08pm On Nov 24, 2015
Shymm3x:
Making trouble, you say? After Turkey shot down a plane over Syrian airspace while claiming it violated its airspace, no?

Turkey instigated whatever consequences it gets back in return. And I doubt Erdogan acted based on his own accord cos it looks like deliberate and well calculated escalation. Apparently, the jet was also shot down by a SAM - not F-16. Videos of a dead Russian pilot is also all over the internet.

I doubt Putin will let it slide cos most Russians would be fuming right now. So expect retaliation.
Putin is too smart to be distracted.. Like i said earlier, Moscow would summon the Turkish ambassador and extract an apology.
Foreign Affairs › Re: Turkey Shoots Down Russian Jet Near Syrian Border by AZeD1(m): 12:24pm On Nov 24, 2015
Shymm3x:
Lol.

How can a plane allegedly "violating" Turkish airspace crash in Syria? grin

These folks just want a big war. The Russians will send a missile to Turkey soon. grin
Putin will let it slide. There nothing to gain from retaliating or making trouble.
The highest they will do call the Turkish ambassador on Moscow and extract an apology.
