1) The woman is not under qualified. She was recommended by the Minister of Agriculture for a project between his ministry and the CBN

Allison Madueke was minister of works under OBJ, she cried on this road you are talking about, yet the road was not fixed. When we say she is the Kingpin in charge of the subsidy fraud(which happened under her tenure)in collaboration with GEJ, you would say we are haters. Another minister who failed to fix that road was appointed chairman of NPA by GEJ.

Like i said yesterday, you don't compare failure with failure cos it leads no where.. If OBJ and YarÁdua failed comparing GEJ to them mostly likely means he has failed.
