Nice write up. I play a lot of games online. so obviously I need to have a static IP address. Do I get it from my ISP or set it up myself inside my router?
You don't need a static IP.

Who did geregu II and Olorunsogo II? Between 2007-2009 those projects were stalled because of inadequate funding. Was only resumed almost @ yar a dua's death, completed and commissioned by jonathan. It just like saying Gej did Alaoji II if it becomes completed in 2019.
They were stalled because Yar'Adua paused it not because of a lack of funding.

If you have read properly, you would have seen where it stated - empower, license, checkmated

Empower means to assist in developing
License means to approve
Checkmated means to supervise

You would have also noted the part where it said we can buy our crude with our Naira refine and sell..

If we can have thousands of small scale refinaries (meeting Nnpc standards and safety), why cant we empower them..

The journey of a thousand miles begins with a step..

Moreover stating an opinion with an insult clearly shows complex and anger
There's already a process to acquire a refining license. This guys don't want it because it means they have to pay for crude, pay tax et al.

As for the bold, you should direct that to the person I quoted.

It's funny when a certified olodo calls someone else a dummy.
The reason the refineries are illegal is because they steal crude.
How do you licence a thief?

What you and the OP are saying is the fastest way to create jobs is to licence thieves.

Dr. Boyo on his part saw a more prosperous business opportunity in the development of airport in the State, adding that more global investment would be attracted if the State could develop its own airport and not have to depend on its neighbours, noting that only 2.5 kilometers was needed to get a runway that would fly a plane outside the country.
What's up with Nigerians and building airports?

The four abi five airports in Nigeria doesn't even serve as much as traffic as Heathrow yet someone is talking of building another airport in Ogun state?

If you really get to the Niger Delta, honestly, you will pity them. Especially Delta state that I have been to.
Dude I am from Delta State and a great percentage of the sufferings there is the making of the people.
How did the likes of Tompolo and Ayiri become billionaires?
Most of the community leaders collect money from the Oil companies and squander it.
Half of the pollution was/is caused by the youths who break pipelines.

I like your point. I think that should be a major reason the president needs to attend to that part of the country.

They sustain the economy, yet their lands are polluted and count out.

The president should attend to them. Not to marginalise them.
Erm the President wants to start the clean up of Ogoni land, the President refused to sign the budget and one of the reasons was because of a train line that would pass the South South.

So that idea that they marginalised won't fly.

The environmental pollution cause by blowing up pipelines is worst than gas flaring. To top it up you won't have light cause obviously most southerners depends entirely on gas plants for electricity. The North you are trying to hurt have light. Keep on destroying yourself, They won't be much work left for the Fulani herdsmen.
The sad fact is in the country breaks up today, the northerners still have their land in tact while the so called idiots cheering their fellows idiots will live in the polluted land.

The media in Nigeria are interested in dishing negative reports from our region and neglecting positives. They paint our region as dangerous and volatile while ignoring our prospect. Every society have their challenges, ND is not different.

However, we can't accept using the negative to represent our image.

Niger Delta must work
Erm the media doesn't paint the Niger delta in a bad light, we do that ourselves.
NDA website, Tompolo, Asari and co coming on TV to issue treats, destroying oil installations, Rivers state election.

The list is numerous.

Free basics goes against the principles of net neutrality.

In a nutshell, Mark Zuckerberg determines what site you can visit, so if tomorrow, he teams up with the government or any company, they'd be able to block sites that are unfavourable to them.

You need to research on the consequences of environmental degradation. Is it not the same Niger delta militants that are complaining that pollution has spoilt the land yet they continue thinking they are affecting Buhari.
Oil will come and go, so will Presidents but environmental degradation would be around for a very long time. You don't set fire to your house to kill a rat.

As for the rest of your post, if survival was based on resources, Africa would have been the richest continent while Japan and South Korea would have been among the poorest countries.

Trash! Buahri must go through the same fate. You can't eat your cake and have it!
Buhari can't suffer from the same faith. His kinsmen are based in the north, they won't suffer the consequences of the environmental degradation.

Even if Nigeria splits today, the people in the Niger delta will suffer the consequences alone.

There are already power plants available. The installed capacity of power generation in Nigeria is greater than 10k MW. The idea thing should be to get the already built power plants working at optimum level first.

This in no way can affect the Chairmanship position, those that feels the party chairman seat should not remain in the north east should take a holistic review of their position.
The emergence of GEJ forced the South East to lose the chairmanship of the party but the emergence of a Northern presidential candidate should not make the North loose the chairmanship of the party?

Anyway what is my own.
