I'll start from the beginning.

As a child, I used to be very anxious, it's even worse now that I'm a grown man. My anxiety can be so bad that my heart will be beating super fast like I want to die. This even happens when I'm with a woman, or when my woman tell me she's coming on so-so-so date. I've tried breathing technique but it doesn't work.

When I wake up in the morning, I get normal erection, say thirty minutes, after urinating. But when I'm with a woman, I can't perform. The only time I get effortless erection is in the morning. Every other period it's not so easy, and especially before sex.

Once you identify the triggers of your anxiety, there are 3 things you need to do;
- EXERCISE
- CHANGE YOUR DIET
- MEDITATE

- EXERCISE - I recommend lifting heavy weights over the head, helps regulate your breathing and gets your head sharp. Get dumbbells/barbels at home. I also recommend core exercises morning and night i.e get your 6 packs. Do exercises daily and like your life depends on it. Try swimming too.

- DIET - I suspect your anxiety is from the stomach. Quit drinking carbonated drinks/ Quit biscuits/quit fried foods(puff puff etc)/ remove sugar from your foods/no alcohol/no smokes/quit foods that are difficult to digest like fufu or semo/ or even if you’d be eating swallow eat before 6pm. Generally try to cultivate the culture of eating your last food before 7pm.

- DIET - Eat Bananas like you’re a monkey, it saved my life/ Take Avocado/Take Oranges/ Eat Turkey/ Eat Sardines/ Add Oats to your meal/Eat More Boiled Eggs/ EAT YOUR GREENS VERY IMPORTANT. Greens like Spinach/Ewedu or whatever leafs are popular in your area.

MEDITATE - Get yourself in a dark room, lay on your back, use YouTube to find sounds for meditation, close your eyes and try to get lost in the void of the darkness. Start with that 4-7-8 breathing technique. Your heart will beat fast because you’d feel lost and out of control and you feel like you’re floating but remember to tell yourself that it’s okay. Try to calm yourself down. Enjoy the cruise even. Do it for like 10 mins every morning.

Now, 2 hours before you have sex, get tigernut, coconut and dates. Blend, sieve and drink. Even if you don't have blender eat them but spit out the chewed tigernut remains, don't swallow.

Lastly, do a lot of pre-intimacy with your girl and try 69.

I remember back in the late 80s and early 90s when as a kid in Festac Town, Eyo Festival was done and it was a sight to behold. The festival for almost three decades have stopped at festac. I think it only holds at Lagos Island. Such a beautiful rare event.

If the film portrays Eyo Festival as bad, then the movie should be banned. That's a sacrilege to a culture people practice.
